This is the second time that I have lived here. The staff has always been responsive and professional. I feel very safe. My one request is that I feel the apartments need to be updated for the price.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my life here. The staff is very professional and also very caring. I like the people who live in the apartments The interior of the apartment is the best in Birmingham. I have recommended the apartments many times.

Good, safe location, apartment grounds are maintained well, maintenance staff are timely, courteous and competent. Unfortunately same cannot be said about apartment management when it comes to negotiating for lease renewal. Constant raise in rent for last 3 years without any added amenities. Had to wait 8 months since I moved in for the bath tub to be fixed, found 8 mouse's inside the apartment due to hole in HVAC unit outside but the issue was found by pest control after their 4th visit. I was patient with the management while these issues was resolved but I am afraid the same courtesy won't be extended to me when time comes for negotiations for lease renewal. Overall would recommend only if you have kids that go to Liberty park school district, if not much better value can be had with apartments in US280 with much better amenities and at a lower cost. Please be aware management will not negotiate with you during lease renewal regardless of how long you have been a resident.

It is very quiet around the complex. Many natural elements are left in the surrounding landscape. I especially enjoy the wildlife that is a part of the surrounding wooded area. There are many birds, squirrels and chipmunks that inhabit the surrounding wooded area. I am glad no further development has happened, so far. I believe the woods keep down the road noise from 459, which is still loud even with the woods.

This is a fantastic place to live. The staff care about the residents and are very responsive to their needs. The apartment homes and grounds are some of the most attractive you will find. CG at Liberty Park is an amazing apartment complex due to the privacy of the location, diligence of the office staff, and the regular upkeep of the apartment community. The application and move in process were beyond smooth, which made my moving experience so much easier!

We chose this facility because of its location and available space. The office staff was very informative and gave excellent service. The gated community is safe and the grounds are kept clean and beautiful. The maintenance staff is friendly and does excellent work.

It's been very pleasant so far. My last apartment was run by people that gave the impression that their only goal was to take as much money as they could from us and provide the lowest level of care possible. Work orders here get taken care of within 24-48hrs of submission every time. The front office staff is very real and doesn't pretend or act fake when dealing with issues or criticism. The units are very clean and quiet and the community in general is very professional and homey. I wish I had moved here 4 years ago when I first came to Birmingham.

Colonial Grand has been a clean and quiet place to relocate. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of the premise. I would definitely recommend this complex to others. I feel safe and secure living in this complex!

Excellent in every way. Work orders are done within an hour of request. Maintenance have superb respect for residents! Grounds are immaculate! Office staff are very courteous. I am so happy that I found this lovely complex to make my home. Thank you!

I have pleased with everything so far. It's a nice community. Friendly staff and residents. I love that it has a lake and locked gates at nights. It is pet friendly. It is family oriented. I have no complaints!

Maintenance is perfect, they respond to my request very quickly. The circumstance is great, clean and neat. Service is great too, you could find people to help all the time. There is a lake in the neighborhood, a good place to walk.

It was great, just relocating as all rental prices are very high right now. The apartment was very quiet and all of the neighbors were friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I'm also very impressed that they allow all breeds of dogs, as long as they are leashed.

Peaceful, relaxed setting in the woods. Community atmosphere. Rent goes up every year. Grounds around apartment buildings could be better cared for and dog park needs attention and to be expanded or duplicated. Maintenance will bandaid problems over and over before they will replace or get to the underlying problem.

Wonderful place to live! Very convenient to everything you need. Friendly neighbors, great staff. I lived here in 2016-2017, and returned in 2020. You could not find a better place to live! Very nice apartments and always beautifully landscaped.

Colonial Grand is safe, quiet and comfortable yet the location is convenient to many local amenities. The staff is professional yet friendly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the wooded areas allow a natural feel.

Great community...I would highly recommend as a wonderful and safe place to live. Maintenance is there immediately to fix any problem and will respond after hours. Family oriented community. The area is growing and is bringing the business that is required to prevent us from leaving the neighborhood.

CG at Liberty Park is an absolutely beautiful apartment complex in a great location outside of Birmingham; close enough to everything you could need but far enough away that you don't feel like you're in a big city. Everyone is super friendly, and the apartments are so nice!

Absolutely beautiful property. Has a lake sontou can fish or canoe. All apartments come standard with surround sound hookups and washer & dryers. I upgraded from carpet to wood flooring and it is absolutely beautiful. Quiet neighborhood and residents. Front office is beautiful with gym and yoga room. Definately worth the money!!!!!!

Love the MAA Colonial Grand in Liberty Park, AL. Service is great, people are very nice. This property is located minutes from shopping and entertainment. Property is well maintained with all requests handled properly with in 24 to 48 hours. Great place to start a new life in a new city and state!

Beautiful community and wonderful staff! We love the location of the property, secluded and quiet. Our two bedroom with the attached garage is fantastic! The lake/pond is great for fishing. And having the new Publix so close by is definitely a plus!

We had a fantastic move-in experience, and the entire staff has been wonderful. The community seems to be very full, but we've been pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is (even on weekends). Parking has never been an issue, and we love the amenities.
