Many maintenance problems that increase monthly bills. Noise level is from neighbors makes time at home not a time to relax. Several maintenance request required to get things done correctly. If any maintenance issues happen after hours or weekend, it must wait for Monday 9am to be addressed.

I have been very pleased with my tenure at this property. The apartment, grounds and staff are all wonderful! Haven't had to live in an apartment in more than 25 years and wasn't sure I'd like the adjustment. This property has made the transition easy and feels as close to HOME as possible.

I moved in Liberty Park Apartments less than a month ago. When I moved in three small items needed some additonal attention. I emailed the maintance folks and upon arriving back at home the next day all three items had been nicly taken care of. Landscaping is excellant!!!

The office responded to my service request within one business day. Hence, the service provided was prompt and exceeded my expectations. I was not present at the time; however the service worker left a note card stating that he/she has completed the service request.

The leasing agent Katie is the best. So friendly and professional. She is always helpful and accessible. She has made the whole process of moving and living here easy and great. I would recommend CGI at Liberty Park to everyone I know. Great place to live!

When I first became a resident I loved this community. I have steadily watched the level service decline over the time I have been a resident. The management team is not interested in serving existing residents, but only in leasing new units.

Upon arrival my family and I had to move to another available apartment due to the fact that the apartment we were suppose to move in wasn't move-in ready. The management team and office staff including maintenance responded quickly and came up with a resolution that satisfied our needs. Great job!

I moved here because at the time it was the best option in the Birmingham metro area in regards to quality and safety. That is changing as more apts are being built. This property group seems to be stuck in their ways with no interest in adding new or even existing amenities offered at other places. It's a gated community but the gate doesn't work. If you are told "they are working on getting it fixed", they are lying to you. It's quiet and safe overall. There are a lot of extra fees that are not optional like $45/month for Bright House basic cable whether you want it or not. You pay a monthly pest fee but don't get monthly pest service. They want turnover since that's how apt ratings work. Your rent will increase each year to the point it would be cheaper to move into a different apt that's exactly the same. It's looks good for their numbers but bad for your pocketbook and time. Community areas now require an outrageous deposit. They say it's because someone ruined furniture while using a patio area so now everyone has to pay the price for it. They should handle things like rather than school the rest of us for it. There's no way to pay rent after hours if you don't want to use online payment. They say there will never be an option for that because people accuse them of losing their rent checks. Again, they don't handle things from an industry perspective that benefits tenants. They take the easy way out. Talking to the office staff often feels like being a kid in the principle's office.

I just moved in to Colonial Grand at Liberty Park last week. I love the location, and especially the setting; the arrangement of the apartment buildings; they are spread out & separated by trees - it doesn't feel like an "ant colony" like many of the other places that I looked at. I feel like I'm home in the woods - very nice! The apartment itself is beautiful! The spaciousness of the floor plan is great. I LOVE the open kitchen! My balcony is large and overlooks the woods, absolutely spectacular! The staff is friendly and helpful, including the Maintenance men that I've met so far.

We really like the qiuietness of the area and the feeling of be in a country surrounding.Also the amenties such as the pool,grills,fireplace ,the gym,and the lake are a plus.We recommended her daughter to move here and she did.It is our home.

Overall the complex is clean, quiet and well maintained. Some of the units have been upgraded, not mine, and appear to be very nice. The older units are still very nice. I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years and will probably continue to be here for another year.

Everyone is nice and welcoming. I feel like it is a safe community. I have enjoyed my time so far here. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful with everything. The apartment was clean and looked taken care of when I moved in a week ago!!

I have enjoyed living here. The only downside is that it is so far from stores and gas stations. Im used to be able to run down the street to grab something quick but now all trips away are planned. The area is beautiful however. Another negative is that my bill keeps increasing but i guess thats because of water being included.

Overall my experience has been pleasant, but I do feel that the apartments are extremely overpriced--which seems to be par for the course in suburbs of Birmingham. There has been an extremely high turnover rate of staff at this property in my time here, which annoys me. Several times requests and various things have fallen through the cracks and then it took an act of congress to have it resolved. The property is pretty and they have nice amenities for it being over 10 years old.

The staff at colonial grand are always eager to listen to the ways they can make our homes better.Always professional and caring and quick to respond. When things are out if line, they make sure to fix them immediately. I was going to purchase a home but chose to stay in my apartment here instead. A beautiful place to live!

Nice quiet community. Staff very responsive to residents needs. My only problem is with the rent increases significantly every time I renew my lease. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to any one. Maintenance staff is friendly and respond quickly to service requests.

Megan and Katie have been very helpful and clear as far as the apartment! It was also incredibly clean and affordable for the space. I was nervous about touching the countertops after seeing how clean they were. The place is also in a secluded setting with plenty of amenities.

This is a great "neighborhood" type feel, even though it is an apartment complex. The grounds are well kept. The people here are nice. I've met many people who have lived here for several years without plans to move. I did not even consider leaving as my first year lease just ran out.

So far it has been an exceptional experience... with all issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. My apartment is quiet and very clean and my kids feel at home in our new apartment community. We are very pleased living here and it is a nice community. The staff is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We have had no problems here and every seems very nice. We enjoy living in this complex and plan to stay for a couple of years.
