Community is good but when I moved in this apartment it was not clean- fireplace,taps,patio,kitchen sink. I want to say only carpet was clean that's it. It is like my second week here no one came and check the apartment.

Very easy move in and great staff! Community is clean and kept up well. Easy for getting to major freeways and near by shopping. Apartment was updated with all new appliances and carpet. Very wise choice to live here.

Liberty Park is a nice quite well kept apartment community for my living experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to my requests and needs. A big shootout to Natalie, Jackson, Griffin and Staff.

The apartment complex is nice overall, little outdated. Residents do not collect their dog poops. The exercise room needs update. No water or sanitizer is provided in the gym.The mail delivery of large items are inconvenient. There should be some bigger lock boxes for the large items that resident would pick those up themselves rather than going to the office.

Very nice apartments! Friendly people, quiet and safe. Love the pool, nice workout room. And grilling out on the pool patio you can make friends easily. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and very good too.

This is a safe, friendly and beautiful community. I have lived in this community for two years and I have been very happy. Although the location is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants, the community itself is quiet and peaceful surrounded by trees and a lake. I highly recommend these apartment homes.

We chose this community for its safe location and cleanliness. It feels like a home- very quiet and peaceful. The team is warm and welcoming but didn't pressure us when we first visited. The commmunity is also very dog friendly! It's nice to come home and look at the lake!

Nice community. Because we live on the lakeside, bug and insect repellent treatment inside and outside of unit is needed. Response time to maintenance requests could be faster or provided with a status update.

It's a nice place. However, the stairs are connected to my bedroom wall and they vibrate every time someone goes up or down. Loud enough to wake you at 3:00AM. They have not offered to move me to another

Love the community love the outlet to everything and the school system is excellent. The convenience of Publix and Piggly wiggly is great as well. Would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member

The community is peaceful, clean, and well-managed. The amenities are easy to use and well-kept. Ifeel safe, even as a single female living alone. Parking is never an issue, which is amazing. Great place to live!

Outstanding. Great personnel, grounds kept immaculately, very quiet, private, and fun when appropriate. The amenities are more than we bargained for. The neighbors are very kind, friendly, courteous to each other. Pets are allowed and neighbors keep areas with respect, take into consideration everyone's needs.

Overall it has been very good. The office staff is great and for the most part maintenance isues are corrected timely. I would say that the painters used are not very good. I noticed paint on the carpet and on the floors of the bathrooms and kitchen when I moved in. The paint on my balcony door is peeling off.

I have enjoyed living at this complex,it's quite and there haven't been any issues with other residents. The staff is knowledgeable and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. I would recommend this complex.

Great management office. Any maintenance I need taken care of is done within the week I report the issue. Clean facilities and friendly neighbors. Not in the middle of city but close enough to the main highways to get to surrounding places quickly.

If you are looking for a safe, quiet and beautiful place to live, Colonial Grand at Liberty Park fits the bill. The office staff is amazing! Griffin and his team are responsive to any and every need. When I misplaced my mail key, I expected a fee for a replacement. Natalie offered to provide a copy for free! That's one of the many reasons I've chosen to make this community my home.

Quiet safe place with good view. My kids and I love the hills and lakes around us. The service is very good, and the people here are very friendly to their new neighbors. I also noticed that the post service is excellent.
