My overall experience at Carlyle has been good so far. Love how big the 1 bedroom apartments are. I do wish the maintenance response would've been quicker. It took maintenance two days to come by to fix my toilet that wasn't flushing. I do wish the outside lighting to be more brighter. It gets dark early and the lights are dim.

    Not good when it's about maintenance! Been calling them almost everyday since we moved here (10/06/2017) for them to come and fix the kitchen sink, they sent maintenance to "fix it" then a plumber and everything has been the same!!!!

      Community is ok. Staff is not that great compared to the previous owners. Maintenance is bad. Gave to request multiple times. Rent is high comparing to community standards and the amenities they provide. Seems like management is money oriented rather than client satisfaction.

        Awesome experience from start to finish. This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting anywhere. All office staff was knowledgeable and on top of every email and call. My unit was remodeled, all new appliances and it was exactly as described to me.

          I really like this complex. I have stayed in many different ones in the past 6 years and this so far is the best. For the most it is quiet, good neighbors, grounds are kept clean. Most pet owners pick up, front office personal are professional. If the main room area or there was a club room to rent, that would even be better.

            My experience was horrible! My apartment was in unacceptable move in condition and it took the complex 8 days to repair: broken tile, blinds, stuff still in drawers, a bar of soap in tub, inoperable refrigerator and ice maker that shoots out dirt in the ice..! Absurd!!! How can a complex be ok with renting a unit in such conditions? If a tenant were to leave the unit in unacceptable conditions, they would receive a hefty bill for damages and clutter.

              Very nice and safe place. Lots of parking and great pool areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful and office is open good hours. Clean community and quiet despite being close to freeway. Very well lit with lights and easy to get around.

                Friendly staff, fast to respond to issues. Nice and clean apartment. Gorgeous location walking distance from South Mountain for the avid hikers and trail runners. Traffic noise from the I-10 freeway is noticeable at times inside the apartment but it's faint enough that it doesn't really bother me. Overall a great community. I like the availability of personal garages as well, to keep your car protected.

                      I pay an expensive rent plus extra & when I moved in there were a lot of minor damages. When I requested maintenance to come several times I still have yet to receive any service. The office ladies are a bit rude depending on who is working, but besides that these are really nice looking apartments.

                        I've had a decent experience so far, but things not functioning properly is not ok and a huge inconvenience when I am trying to get simple things done. The doors have been an issue, things being left from previous tenants still there at my move in time.

                          So far, so good. Apartments are a bit spendy but you get what you pay for. We love the area and the convince. We have had no real issues and we have met some really nice people. The official staff is very nice as are the maintenance team.

                                Beware of the smiling faces. Do NOT move here. You will regret it. I promise you. 1 year ago I read the previous reviews and figured that I would form my own opinion. I regretted that decision TWO days after signing my lease. They have had 3 management teams that promise to be better than the last. DON'T believe it. Believe the reviews! Good luck with your search.

                                  Big upgrade from my last apartment. Facilities are new, applicances are new. Close to freeways and schools. Staff is nice and friendly always willing to answer any questions. Glad I choose this community to call home.

                                        I really like this place. It's beautiful, great price and great location. It's very convenient area, I really enjoy to stay here. Every Monday morning here is cleaning company for outside area and they are very loud cleaning area. They are started around 7 am which is too early for residents.

                                            Carlyle is a great place to live. The property is kept up for the most part. Every once in a while lights are out but it's a safe complex so even in the dark you feel at home. The apartments are nice. Spacious and the floor plans are smart and open. Staff is pretty attentive but changes often.

                                              I've had a great experience living at Carlyle! Everyone in the office is very helpful and maintenance is great. I was worried because my AC went out but it was fixed within 30 minutes of me calling to report it. Great apartment complex!

                                                Leasing manager is great, but few of the staff can be more courteous. Leasing staff should be given minimum confidence from property that they can give minimum grantee that tenants stay will be pleasant. They have zero confidence to help you make decision about living at Carlyle. Maintenance so far has been very bad, Roger the new head of maintenance does decent job. The noise from apt above is unbearable due to walking heavily and moving stuff around that too in the silent hours (10pm-6am), this makes it harder to fall asleep.. Walls are paper thin and plumbing pipes are not insulated which creates a ton of Noise when we or up stairs apt uses any sort of water.
