I am happy living here for the most part. People need to pick up after their pets and make sure if they have their kids walking them they pick up after them too.. other than a few minor things. The location is great and I feel safe living here .

its been a good couple of months living here, but with gods plan, we will not be renewing if everything goes great. The price for the apartments is not worth it. Supposedly the apartments are "renovated " but i can never seem to find where.

It has been good and the quietness is really nice. The only thing is the washer and dryer being a little outdated and the parking but those are things I can over look. The staff has been great as well as any communication. The stairs to my apartment are a little scary because it bounces and makes noise which I think would be needing attention.

This place is deplorable as a business! It started out 3 yrs ago as mediocre and been in steady decline ever since! I have had the unfortunate displeasure of living here for 3 years and am finally able to get out of this abandoned broke down car lot of an apartment complex! "Emergency water shut offs" EVERY 4-6 weeks for almost 6 to 8 months straight. (Most recently at 6pm!!) The new management is just as useless as the old management (which is why, I assume, a change had to be made to begin with) such complete incompetence it's no wonder everything has been made automated. My vehicle was damaged twice on property due to a neighbor (who continuously parked in my assigned parking space and was mad I reported him to the office). How can you justify a steady yearly increase in rent when you only decline in services?! Unprofessional sr. property managers who offer no solutions when confronted with continuous disappointments regarding how they handle things. However they have always been "sorry"...in my honest opinion yes, yes you are definitely "sorry" ..sorry theres no water, sorry the amenities are constantly in need of service or repair, sorry you cant park in your spot, sorry the garage we HAD to give you to protect your property doesn't work properly, sorry your maintenance man didnt recognize that the hot water heater busted (when my complaint was "no hot water in shower") and ran for 4 days before I had to call you back AGAIN to replace it, sorry I had to pay that water bill (oops nope, that was ME that was sorry about having to pay that not you!), sorry your neighbors dont know how to clean up after their dogs, I'm sorry our vendors dont know how to not be respectful while on our property (I have video of them trying to run me over after I came from the office to report them for parking in my spot!), I'm sorry we dont give proper notice when policy changes are made (make sure if you are signing the lease under the NEW management you take notice of when rent is due and how much of your deposit is refunded and when the lease ends it has ALL changed) ***THERE are far better places to rent from near this place, may I suggest you rent from ANY other property***

We just move in at Carlyle apartments, and It has been an excellent experience. Staff has been great. We study and work at the University, with kids, so location is not quite close to it, but security and green areas are really excellent for our kids. We will see how it goes, but for now everything is fine.

Love the apartments and location. Great neighbors but maintenance is really slow. About 2 weeks too slow. Other than that, it's well kept, and 3 pools on property which is awesome. I would recommend for the price and location.

This is a great community. Its so conveniently located & the community management is great. The floor plan is what made me steer for this community, but I have been pleased with everything since moving here.

Going to miss this community. Rental rates are reasonable. Love the two-bedroom design. Perfect for roommates. Cant say enough positive things about the management and leasing team. No issues with neighbors or noise and I lived on the highway side.

I love it here. You cant even hear the freeway from inside the apartment. It's a big community and there is lots of amenities. The office staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help with any issues I have.

Not to happy here for a number of reasons parking is a real issue. Old cars are r taking up parking spaces as they use them as storage. Office sez they do a check every two weeks n that is not so. I have seen cars parked with Cobb webs on tires n not in a numbered space!

I'm currently at the Carlyle Townhomes in Phoenix, AZ. From the start, there has been issues. Broken things around the complex, Wifi and cable in the gym that never worked, Vallet trash that we paid for monthly that never got picked up at our door, my car got broken into, trash at pools not being emptied, bathroom at pools down, pools broken, jacuzzis never warm, etc. I tried to post on the apartment portal about my complaints, but the manager didn't allow my comments to post. But I thought this was a community site? What about freedom of speech and seeing if other tenants are having the same issues??? I knew we'd only be here for a year, and so we put up with a lot. My lease is up on May 18th, and we are already out of the apartment as of 4/3. I knew I'd have to pay out my lease. Last month, they sent an email with lease renewal options, but knowng we were leaving at end of lease, I of course didn't renew. Last week on 4/11, I sent an email to the office regarding the renter's insurance. I was then told, that if we were leaving, I'd have to give a 60 day notice, meaning I'd have to now pay until June 11th!!!! I of course looked at my lease, I mean, isn't it standard for a 30 day notice as state law? Sure enough, in fine print it says 60 days! How can I have signed a lease ending 5/18, but have to give notice when I don't renew it? This is TERRIBLE practice Greystar! When you sent out the automatic email about renewing my lease, why can't there be a sentence reminding your tenants that there is a 60 day requirement, and to please give notice by "this" date if you do not plan on renewing? You know the irony in all this, is that I'm still allowed to pick a new lease option until May 2! So I have to give 60 days that I'm leaving, but you only need 2 week notice that I'm staying???? Ridiculous. Another ironic part is if they want me gone, they only have to give me 30 days as a landlord, but as a tenant, you require 60 days???? I have now left 3 messages for the corporate office, and no one is returning my call. Greystar, change your obvious reputation by treating your customers with dignity and respect. Start here. We know you can re-rent out my apartment with no issues. Change your 60 day notice policy, it's not right, and most tenants believe a 30 day notice is sufficient for both parties. I look forward to hearing from SOMEONE in your company.

The staff here is awesome very accommodating and friendly. The community is very quiet and beautiful to be in especially at sun rises/set if you like this sort of thing. A lovely place to live. The apartment is exactly what I have been looking for and all that I expected but the surprise I received was the wood burning fireplace which is a warm touch from home.

This place has pretty good management, its very well upkept, for the most part this is one of the better places I lived in. The only downside I can really say and its not even a major downside, just noisy kids running up the stairs time to time and making noise. Other than that, no complaints

I do feel that their is room for improvement. I know this is a huge community but everyone should be feel like family in a sense...made feel wanted and not a burden/problem. Austin is probably the only one that I trust in the office to follow thru on what he says and that is sad. Everyone else seems to just tell you what you want to hear to get you out the way and you shouldnt treat people like that especially if you want them to continue to live here. Something has to change. My family should not have had to inconvenience ourselves because we had mold. We could have gotten some type on compensation. It took electricity to run those fans for days not to mention I have twin toddlers running around who wanted to touch and tear down plastic causing us to leave and go stay at family members house during the night. It was just too much and could have been handled much better.

process was quick was approved that same day. communication was a problem couldn't get a hold them when I tried calling but they returned my call. office is polite and willing to help with anything they can. the property is nice, good location its tucked away but easy access to freeways. my family and I are really enjoying our stay.

I spent some time with Renee she was great!! Very thorough with explaining the difference renovations that are going on in each apartment. She spent alot of time with us and made us feel so welcome!! The 2 pools we saw were beautiful! We had coffee and a snack while we went over everything. My son was coloring while we were going over stuff.. Wish we were moving sooner.. Will be coming back next year to rent from here!!

This has been my first experience living in an apartment and I can truly say it has been a pleasurable one. All staff from leasing to facility services have been very professional stellar, class A. Any time I've had any issue or concern I have been greeted with concern and sense of duty to resolve and not that of being bothered with any complaint which is very much appreciated. Thank you again and keep up the awesome service.

Everyone is friendly, maintenance is very responsive and front office staff is friendly and helpful. Other than a few occasions when upstairs neighbors stomp, its quiet and the view of the golf course is great.

It is alright but definitely has inconsiderate neighbors. The maintenance team is not great only 2 that I am happy to see because they actually fix my stuff well. The office team is awesome though and try their best. The price isn't bad but i just wish my apartment was in better condition. It is our first apartment so we didnt know what to look for.

Rene is the worst person to deal with. Get nasty phone calls and voicemails. Cars park in random assigned parking spots and office wants you to deal with it. So many emails and calls about maintence that was solved months before. Terrible experience.

No so good. Apartment is old in the inside cracks in the lower walls. Tub and toilets have mold. Mold is growing on the sealing of the storage room. Community is not clean. Sidewalk lights are always burnt out. Etc
