Great staff and community. Great place to live. The staff since we have moved in has been professional and very attentive. The community feels safe. This community is great we're a parent can feel comfortable having there kids play outside without the feelings of something happening to them.

        The office is beautiful, staff is amazing and the process was very easy! I would definitely recommend this property to someone else the unit is spacious and the view on the porch is amazing I absolutely love it

          Conveniently located not too far, not too close to freeway entrances, stores, drugstores, gas stations, restaurants and other entertainment. Personally I like to location of my current apartment because of its privacy.

            It's a good apartment complex but people make it a bit less livable. Everyone is just onery and aggressive. I've seen many dogs offleash and once in awhile there's just no poop pickup. Maintenance tries their best to keep up with people just being plain trashy.

                I have only lived here a few days so far. The move in was super smooth and painless. The front office staff is amazing, they are the reason I felt safe and confident about moving in. They're prompt about getting back to you, and professional. There were only a few minor concerns when I moved in. I let the office know, and maintenance came to fix everything either the same day or the next day. My only concern now really is that the cabinets are warped and ugly, I wish they would have replaced them before we moved in because it's hard to look at them, it makes me feel dirty. Also I have seen like 5 bugs (roaches, earwig, and ants.) pest control came and sprayed so I'm hoping that's the extent of the problem. Neighbors have been quiet and the community is quiet and peaceful honestly. The unit itself is super cute and spacious and overall I'm glad I moved here.

                  Having lived here for over 20 years, I've seen several management companies come and go and the overall quality of the community decline over the years. I love my apartment overlooking the golf course and the access to hiking trails. However, the condition of the grounds has deterioarated. Pools are not properly maintained and are often locked up or closed. Lots of broken lights and trash on property. Not the community I moved in to 20 years ago and will likely not be renewing my lease.

                    Extremely professional and courteous staff. Always helpful and friendly. My only concern is both gates don't close at night and I've seen cars drive through the exit gate since it's open and accessible.

                      Staff is great! Kayla is amazing! Apartments are spacious! Garages are available, covered parking? Their maintenance crew is great! Free access to a Gym is a great perk!! Great pool and pool area! Great place to live!!!!!

                        Last year, when I arrived, the community seemed calmer, but lately we have seen more people who don't follow the rules or maintain a calm community. This is one of the reasons why it is uncomfortable to go to the pools or the gym.

                            It was awsome getting approved but once moved in it was the worst move in i ever had. Apartment was not cleaned to standard and i put in work orders and they still have not been completed: I believe if my leasing agent Quinn was there i think everything would of went smooth

                                You need to put pictures up of the apartments. There are only two bedroom apartments displayed on you website and on the Didn't know you had three pools until I got here. You should have a cleaning crew come in and do a nice clean before people come to their new apartments.

                                  It's a nice place. But it's going on 1 week of moving in that my master bathroom tub is leaking. Told them on move in day about the problem they said someone would come by. No one showed. Day 2 we went up there to tell them again and they said someone would be stopping by. No one did. Then day 4 we went back up there and that's when they told us they needed to get the part and it has to be approved by higher ups at management. This problem should've been caught when the front office did a walk through before we moved in. Also can't contact them efficiently they don't return phone calls and barely answer email. If you have a problem or question you will most likely have to come to the front office everytime.

                                      The former management team took the time to address residents concerns. No one answers the phone now or responds to voice messages left. You must go to the office, in person, to have anything answered. When our last (3rd lease) was written up, it included all kinds of charges for things that did not (and never) applied to us. Such as pet rent (we don't have a pet here) and we were being double charged for our garage. My best advice-check everything fee on your lease agreement before signing and even on your charges. On former monthly rent bills/fees, we saw charges for things like "electric" 3x, but all with different fees. When I went to the office to ask about it, I was told that their system codes things that way/they could not re-name the way fees were coded in their system. A first in 15 years of renting for me and my spouse. Also, watch your vehicle. My catalytic converter was stolen 1.5 years ago -along with several neighbors here. It happened in broad daylight one afternoon. While I understand that it's not the apartment complex's fault, take note that there are no cameras onsite and the gate code has been the same since May 2021 (when we moved in). Who knows how many people have it. Even Uber drivers who brought me back from the airport already knew it before I mentioned it to get it lol. Plus, if you're on foot or a bike, you can just come through on the side of the vehicle gate off Guadalupe Road anyway. The complex looks nice, but you'll pay for it -expect several fees on top of your base rent for maintaining the property and for the outdoor lights in your bill - these things they never tell you. I pay for pest control, but it must only be for the grounds because not once since May 2021 have they come inside to spray. Luckily for us, we have never seen/experienced bugs or critters in our apartment. The pools have gone downhill in years. Torn up furniture outside and no one ever cleans the pools. The only reason we have stayed this long is that we like the area and it's close to our jobs. Honestly though, it's not worth the price we pay.

                                        I loved the entire move in process. From the day I came by to view the apartment to the lease signing I enjoyed the entire process.                                                 Fantastic community. There are always people walking their dogs day or evening here because the grounds are nicely maintained and there are lights by the sidewalks so you can easily see. You feel very safe here. The staff are friendly and helpful and any issues are resolved quickly. There is a real sense of community here as the staff have activities going on every month. There are email alerts to these so no one will miss out. There is a gate that closes from the evening until morning for extra security. This is truely the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

                                                  I got my keys, the pool key didn't work, the carpet has been cleaned 4 times and still is incredibly dirty, the dishwasher is growing mold and cannot be used, there is a crack in the ceiling above the shower head, and the corner of the baseboard in the kitchen isn't attached
