Horrible. Wish I never moved in. No one responds back to you. Work orders take over 25 days to get looked at. Then they done get completed. Office doesn't reach out to you. Maintenance doesn't reach out. You can't get a response back. Get told lies when in the office. They told me 4 different days maintenance would be in my apartment. They never came any of those 4 days?

    We have had problems since moving in. I would never recommend moving here. Management is a joke. We have had problems from the very beginning. First off the unit that we were getting kept changing. Then the unit we were given wasn't ready on our live in day. Now a month and a half later we still have maintenance issues that havent been fixed and have to complain constantly to try and get anything fixed. The manager always has am excuse or tries to blame someone else.

          The community and leasing office staff is extremely welcoming and kind. Kayla especially always takes care of us in prioritizing any concerns we have and always helping up. The community as a whole is one we are happy we chose and went with.

            This place has been amazing since the day I came to view. The moving process was super easy and smooth. Everyone here has been very helpful and super nice. I have referred a couple people over to come check the place out and hopefully they will be my new neighbors some day.

              The worst I've ever experienced. Nothing fixed. Unlovable conditions I can not buy or store refrigerated items. I can not shower at all. I can not use one of the toilets. Nothing is ever fixed or addressed at all.

                They have gone so far downhill. They don't follow up, wait a week plus no matter what the service, AC out, Fans falling, lack of cold water. Don't respond to Emilio's or message portals and you can't get through when calling advertised numbers

                  Staff is passive aggressive and goes on power trips. Grounds are not kept up. Maintenance requests go unanswered and are closed out without someone ever coming to your place. Major issues with wild animals, made worse by improperly cared for trash. Just overall worse and worse experience as time goes on.

                    I love this apartment. I live on the back. It's always pretty dark over here though. I don't like that. I hate the trash service. I think that's unsanitary to have trash sitting outside your front door and you have two apartments this face in each other. I think that's so unfair and just But that's the only complaint that I have. I've had a really nice experience here other than I went one summer without air conditioner for a week I feel like I should've had some reimbursement there, but I have no complaints other than the trash really the trash is ridiculous and then we didn't have service for X amount of months and we didn't even get reimbursed

                        I've had a great experience visiting here so far! The management is responsive and always willing to help with any concerns. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and I feel safe walking around at any time.                           WARNING! DO NOT RENT HERE!

                          The apartment complex can never get your rent correct and will add on afterwards. They don't take responsibility at all at the leasing office, and they switch staff about once a year. They do not take care of the holes in the ground which has caused injuries. They allow kids to run around and jump on cars. They have had many hit and runs in the complex itself. A lot of your neighbors will steal your packages. They charge you a concierge package and don't even pick up your trash. Their rent portal is a joke and scam which never reflects the amount you owe correctly and then the apartment holds you liable for it. . This is also NOT a safe community, we had someone trying to kidnap kids in the complex. This is section 8 housing in disguise! Do not give them your money!!!

                            The experience was very enjoyable the property was clean and Kayla was very nice professional and knowledgeable. I feel this is a great place to stay. Close to stores, restaurants and family. It is a gated community which makes my family happy.

                              The service requests will be ignored unless it's an emergency. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and we only have one assigned parking space, which is a bit annoying even when I offered to pay for one. The lights around the property are broken which makes it really dark at night and can feel intimidating being a woman walking alone. The apartment itself is spacious and cool. I like the location too.

                                This is honestly a horrible place to live in. The management is a joke. Nothing was ready for move in. There is alot of things need to be fixed. I got a run around for over two months on the new apartment. Truthfully this place needs new management and better maintenance. All they do is walk around smoking and close out maintenance requests without even walking into the apartment

                                At first it was ok, Kayla is a lifesaver for this place. Everyone else is just so unorganized and unprofessional. Customer service does not exist, communication does not exist, no matter how many emails you send asking. When you do talk to someone, they have no idea what's going on or what to say. I would NOT recommend!

                                  Horrible. I signed the lease and the unit was not ready. Unit was dirty and in need of several repairs. I've been here 3 months and repairs have yet to be addressed. The first month I was ignored and I had to pay for a unit to sit empty because no one communicated with me.

                                    I love the beauty of the front entrance. The office staff has been great and very helpful. My apartment is spacious and very nice. Everything in the apartment was functioning and clean. The trash is picked up several times a day which is good so they don't get full. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Even though my apartment is next to I-10, I can barely hear traffic. Great location and close to many restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping desires.

                                      It has been a nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone. There are no light on the premises. My car was broken into and stolen. The security gates are always broken. My work orders were not completed until 10 month after intiyisl complaint.

                                        It's been absolutely horrendous. They haven't handled anything. I've lived here for 4 months with nothing but problems. There are MUSHROOMS growing in my bedroom because the water heater is leaking thru my wall!!! You would ------- think that would be a major issue but they don't seem to think it requires any urgency!

                                        It has been subpar at best. The apartment doesn't respond to requests. It started off horribly when we showed up to move in and they we're not done cleaning or fixing the apartment and wouldn't let us move in until the next day. The apartment offered us $100 for the inconvenience but never gave it to us. We had to stay in a hotel and pay for an extra day of the U-Haul and we got no reimbursement for any of it. I have not had a good experience here.

                                          My trash has not been picked up for 3 weeks & still paying for services not rendered. The trash company does not pick up trash. I have gone to the office to let them know but no response. The last time I visited the manager said it is trying to change company for the trash.

                                            maint takes forever or does not show. It took months to get a new amenity key. I still haven't got a garage opener for the new garage I was assigned. The office doors are locked when the office should still be open.

                                              Not the best at all. Right when we moved in there was multiple issues with our apartment. One of which would include there being a huge stain in the vinyl in the bathroom. Later we discovered that it appeared to be black mold. We were given new tile but a complete different color so it had looked uneven. We also experienced multiple scorpions and they never went away. We are still discovering them.
