We been through many management companies. However caf is not the greatest when it comes to work orders. They take to long. Over 1 month for a broken microwave and November 15th my husband called for the kitchen sinks and dishwasher clogged the work order was put in wrong and they came today. How long were we supposed to wait for over kitchen.

    It's not that good, staff is friendly but useless most of the time. It's way too busy and not enough staff to cover all the residents here. Maintenance is so lacking that they do a half --- job on ever and it takes months for them to even do it!

      I like the area and the apartment is a great value for the cost. Office staff is friendly and amazing to work with. Move in was easy, no major complaints. Joe is a great office employee and was very helpful during the move in process

        The apartment complex is beautiful, staff is very helpful and wanted to truly help me find a place that would be perfect for me and my daughters. Jordan is great, apartments look great, especially with the upgrades, looking forward to moving here once my home sells.

          Community has gone down hill from when we first moved in (from front office not answering the phone to maintenance requests not being addressed and even our car getting broken into to). When we first moved in, none of the above were an issue. The community used to be maintained well, our maintenance requests used to be handled within a timely manner and the front office used to actually answer the phones.

            Beautiful property but due to the frivolous fees for thing's such as covered parking and the washer and dryer seem to be overkill, especially in this economy. Due to this, I can see where there will be an issue with future renters.

              Not very good for the past 6 months. My dealings with the office staff have been very frustrating. The service has really deteriorated. The state of the complex is becoming very bad with people leaving their trash on the landings all day and sometimes overnight when the valet trash is not of service that day. The office staff does answer phone and when you go to the office they dismiss you.

                I've honestly had nothing but unnecessary issues living here. We will be moving at the end of our lease. I even incurred an eviction judgement when I paid late. And was never obviously evicted. So bad.

                  Nice place to live overall. I love how bright my apartment is from natural sunlight. Neighbors overall seem solid. Parking issues can be annoying, but that happens at all major apartment complexes.

                      Property team is responsive. Relatively quiet location and nice Floorplan. We like the location in relation to things to do and easy road access. The property is well kept up. Only wish there was better consistency with trash service and pool area maintenance.

                        Love the apartments they just need to to some updates in the actual apartments themselves. I've recommended that a few people move in and they love it as well just but say they wish they had updated appliances.

                          Make sure you check your lease and you lease time because I asked for a 12month lease and stated multiple time and was put in a 13month lease. Make sure you get everything in writing. Make sure you look at your apartment you select

                            Biggest downfall of this complex is the cleanliness of the complex. Trash is everywhere, dog poop everywhere. No enforcement for animal owners to clean up their dog poop. Other than that nice apartments on the inside

                              So far can not complain everything has been smooth and done with excellence. Staff and facility are great! It's been a little over three months and so far I do not regret the move. Area is also pretty quiet and calm I do appreciate that as well.

                              Our experience moving in was horrible the apartment was not ready and had roaches. The cleaning lady was still cleaning. Anthony was horrible rude and the lady in the office was no help. They both need to be replaced.

                                    The apartments are very nice, they serve the purpose that is needed. The garbage that is on the ground throughout the complex is one my only complaints. Everyone is the office is friendly and attempts in their hardest efforts to reach out and respond to concerns of questions as soon as they are able. I like the community overall it's pet friendly.

                                        Don’t go off the model

                                        I was so excited to move in based off the model I was shown..I moved in and my apt was nothing like the model. Mind you I asked for upgraded apt and what I got was stainless steel appliances but definitely not upgraded. I have an ugly backsplash in kitchen and bathroom. Dead bugs were on floor, fridge was dirty on top and bathroom in master wasn’t cleaned. Had at least 10 maintenance requests and only been there a month. I’m not comfortable and pay over 185 for services like valet with no one taking the trash, washer and dryer that doesn’t work properly. Mail key barely works its just been a horrible experience

                                        Horrible would not recomment moving here everything is so cheap inside and outside the compelex. Poop everywhere it's extremely dirty . Toilets are always clogged and leave a dirt ring around it considering the toilets are extremely old and they refuse to put new ones . Tub paints cheap everyday . Instead of replacing old blinds they take blinds from different fixtures and cut them to make them all look the same . Rent is way to high to be living in this

                                          Awful, no communication what so ever. Send so many emails and call them and no answer. Trashes are always over filled. Maintenance request haven't been fixed. Nor reply or communicate with us why something is wrong.

                                            The amount of money I pay is not worth the value of the unit. The outside of the neighborhood looks better than the inside. The leasing office employees are messy and talk about residents behind their backs. Paint job is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. Was horrible when I moved in and took months to fix! Once they finally did fix it they got paint on the ceiling from the walls that are a different color. Plumbing was waaayyyyy less than desirable with tampons coming up in front of my door and being threatened with additional fees when I'm not the one in my building messing up the plumbing. Lastly the fees Are crazy!!! Fees should not be $300 when the inside has cheap vinyl and cabinets are wood in the kitchen. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are not luxury and look better on the outside the the inside
