    I have been living in Carlyle for about 3 years now. The location has been great with access to all the major stores. Walmart, Frys, Costco and major restaurant chains are also nearby. Its a good place to live in.

      I have been here for 1 month, right now my opinion of the place is good. I very much enjoy the proximity of the apartments to the surrounding culture, commute to ASU is simple and quick. Community pools are great for the kids, just wish the were deeper than 5ft, and the lights and jacuzzi worked, they do not work all the time. I will add another review in 6-12months

        Ashley has wonderful customer service and truly cares about helping us with any needs or concerns! Love the new dog park and that the office offers dog treats when we visit. I like that we have had community parties lately. Love living here!

          I like living here for many reasons. The staff at the leasing office is always friendly and helpful. There's a package receiving area that's accessible 24 hours a day. The maintenance staff know what they're doing and do it well. Problems are usually taken care of the same day, of course that's not always possible but they do their very best to make sure everything is in working order, quickly. Since the new owners took over, this is an improvement. My apartment is very nice. The two bedrooms are separated (don't share a wall) so there's more privacy. Also, we rarely hear our upstairs or next door neighbors. The master bedroom is large and the walk-in closet is pretty large also. The other bedroom is good sized and there are two closets with sliding doors facing each other forming a walkway to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or the hall. The kitchen is nice and there is plenty of storage. The living room is a little smaller but it's okay and we have a fireplace. There's a small dining area and patio. There are 2 nice pools, grassy areas with lots of different bushes and many trees for shade. My little dog loves to walk here and so do I. One edge of the complex butts up against a golf course and residents are allowed to use it. The people who I've come into contact with here are usually friendly enough and some are very friendly. There are children who play near my place, in one of the large grassy areas sometimes, and they can get a little loud but only during the day. I personally don't mind children yelling and laughing. Overall, this is a quiet, peaceful place. I would never move except a job offer in another part of the state came along.

            New management is not as efficient as the previous management. There were several months of issues with utility bills and I contacted the office about an issue with the annual inspection and there has been no follow up. I've had service requests cancelled or marked completed when no repairs have been made. Overall the grounds are nice and I like the parcelpending lockers.

              I love living here. I've lived here from 2010 in two different apartments. Both the same floor plan, which I love. I will most likely live here for quiet a while. I am able to have my two rescue kitties with me which makes it perfect!

                Excellent. Good service, professional, courteous, no complaints. Will recommend Carlyle Apartments and townhouses to family and friends. There is no noise, the grounds are kept clean and manicured. Maintenance is wonderful and the office staff is very professional.

                  The apartment complex is affordable and in close proximity to all freeways. The maintenance staff is excellent and gets work done quickly. My only suggestion is to have more community events that allow residents to mingle and more lighting around the apartments for safety.

                      Overall experience is good. Play area for children is very small and also there is lot of dust on the slides etc as this is beside highway, please make sure it is cleaned sometimes. There are lot of mosquitoes and other insects near building 15. Please take care of this

                        My experience has been good. Not a lot of complaints. Like any apartment complex you get your good tenants and bad. I just wish everyone picked up after themselves. Not everyone cares about keeping their living quarters clean and that can be frustrating.

                          Everyone is friendly. I like the staff and how it's all online. Except not being able to pay with cashier's check but the online system is pretty fast so it works out. The gym could be better. I enjoy it.

                            My unit inside is nice. Outside the landscaping is old and needs work - dirt where gravel should be, lack of bushes/greenery by some buildings, old drip system hoses sticking up everywhere, see animal feces a lot and garbage dumpsters are overflowing and with food falling out of them onto the ground.

                                  For the rate I was being charged what I was receiving was great. When I first started in 2014 I only paid $750 a month. Now I'm at $1210. This is the rate after 4 years of living here. The quality of the apartment is still the same if not even worse.

                                    Great place to live for the past year. Management not always responsive to issues lately especially which is concerning. Never had issues with maintenance but lack of communication between office and the maintenance staff left a simple work order incomplete for weeks

                                      My experience was alright. Staff wasn't always so friendly ( the only one who was always amazing was Ashley). - When I would put it maintenance requests the job would get done but never properly . I want to continue my lease but the unit I was shown that I thought I was going to live in wasn't even close to the unit that I moved in to. But it was already too late to not move in. Said I was getting a renovated unit. But nothing was updated or close to faily new.

                                        - the jacuzzi in the pool next to my apartment has not worked once in the year ive been here. - the front office lied about why my pool area has been chained locked for the past 3 weeks. - I have Carlyle apartments on speed dial in my phone due to the number of maintenance requests ive had. - my apartment was not move in ready the day i moved in, and management later admitted that. - front office once lost my package and then told me it was never delivered. Meanwhile i spent the next 3 days fighting with UPS and USPS trying to locate it, all to later find out the front office had my package the entire time and simply lost the key to the package box and didn't want to admit that to me. - i spent all day christmas eve with a flooded bathroom and no water, and it took the emergency maintenance people over 4 hours to get someone out here. However everytime i called to see where they were, they kept telling me someone is on their way and will be there very shortly. - I had to have Kelly from management personally come and do a walkthrough so i can show her the amount of things broken or not workingin my apartment. I can keep going with a few more things but figured this would suffice for now.

                                          The location is hard to get to and from during rush hour because of the multiple stop signs and limited number of lanes available, but it is close to a golf course and mountains that make for a beautiful atmosphere and view for sunsets.

                                            It was easy to find and everything is easy access. Management was knowledgeable and professional answered all the questions I had.                                                   The move in process was really easy. Ashley, the leasing director, was extremely helpful and attentive to getting us through the process. Unfortunately, when we moved into the apartment there were multiple issues. The washer hoses broke, flooding the apartment. A ceiling fan and patio light were out. The kitchen cabinetry is loose and falling apart. Stuff breaks so that's not a big deal. What is a big deal is that it's taken maintenance more than 3 days to respond to our request. We have no clothes washer. It's really dissapointing so far. We've been in for three days so hopefully it improves. Also, the hot tub is cold.
