appt is great area is nice and the garage feature is perfect. only two problems, anthony in the front office is ugly and smells terrible. and it is a nice complex so there are a lot of families in there. so if you stay up past 8 pm then you will be sniched on by elderly asian men with nothing better to do then to get you in trouble.

Rude Staff
From the very start the staff was rude. I moved into the complex for the convience of work travel, but now believe I should have taken more time to look for other options. After signing my lease, I thought the process would be easier and the staff would show more helpfullness. Instead they treated me with more disrespect. Although, the property and units are average, access to local freeways and shopping are excellent. I would urge anyone who deems staff cooroperation as important to your dialy living in apartment living (considering you have to pay their saleries) to not consider this complex.

3 Bedroom 2 Bath
Parking is aweful!! Other than the one asigned parking spot per apartment, parking is hard to find. Often, at night, we have to park a quarter of a mile from our apartment and walkway are not lit. We also had ongoing problems with noice. Both the residents below us and beside us play music at all hours at high volumes despite office intervention.

TWO BEDROOM - TWO BATHROOM
THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY WAS OK. HOWEVER, IT FELT LIKE A COLLEGE DORMITORY COMPLEX - PARTIES IN APARTMENTS & NEAR POOLS. FINDING AN UNASSIGNED PARKING SPACE WAS DIFFICULT AT TIMES. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
