Overall Palm Court is a nice, quiet living community and very accessible to the freeway and shopping. There are amenities like in unit washer & dryer and a community pool as well as gates. The environment is usually quiet and people are friendly.

It was a good experience however there are some things that can be worked upon. Pest issues and the finishing touch before providing apartment to me was not up to the mark. Seems like the work was not completed before handing me the apartment

I just moved in and love the community. It is very clean and peaceful. Highly recommend. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance responds very quickly. The people that live here are friendly as well.

Overall, the actual apartment itself is very nice and I have no complaints about my unit or living space. Maintenance has been consistently thorough, responsive, and very kind, which I really appreciate. Management is also friendly and genuinely eager to help with resident needs, which makes a big difference. That said, the community aspect could use a lot of work. Many residents are rude and inconsiderate, and there is a serious lack of supervision when it comes to children. Kids are frequently running around the parking lot, playing between cars, and even throwing rocks at vehicles, which is both frustrating and unsafe. Families also tend to bring their children into the gym, which takes away from residents who are trying to use the space as intended. Additionally, many people are not good about picking up after their dogs, and the dog park itself could really use some maintenance and improvement. If the community rules were better enforced and shared spaces were respected more, this would be a much better place to live.

Palm Court is a wonderful community all around. I have always felt very safe and comfortable. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond. Everyone is very friendly, grounds are well maintained, and it's a peaceful environment.

I’ve only just moved in but Palm Court has been a great place to live. Quiet, secure, and very attentive to any issues we’ve had. I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of submitting a service ticket for 3 items upon move in Saturday and they were all taken care of by the time I got home on Monday.

Except maintainence team’s work rest all looks good. Leasing office staff are really good and warm. Maintainence team does not show up quickly and did a bad job and the issue still persists.i had raised a new request again but no one showed up yet

Been great. Only a couple things I would change. Better blinds & windows, door seals, neighbors are extremely loud and can hear them banging on the stairs and their door all the time. And feel the vibrations of the stairs in our apartment even in the farthest bedroom

I would love it here more if enforcement of quiet time was done. Neighbors are excitedly loud, multiple complaints have been made with zero action taken. Otherwise I would really like it here. Also, the maintenance team rocks.

The office manager Stephanie is dishonest and inconsistent. Don't fall on hard times, they don't make it easy to make payments if your payment declines. The office manger told me if I renewed, I'd be able to make free payments again online. I renewed, and this did not happen. I still have to pay a fee and go to a third party to make my monthly rent payments. When I asked about this, she told me I had to do this for the remainder of my residence. Despite her telling me otherwise to encourage me to renew. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing.

I tried to get another person on my lease to find out the person had been denied and then I have been trying since the beginning of the year to have charges removed and refunded and still haven't seen the fee removed.

Great environment, kid-friendly spaces, great staff. Needs improvement on quick responses to emails but I feel great living here. The staff has been helpful. Maintenance were not quick. The took too much time to fix a rather easy repair.

This community has been nice, the staff is great, the upgrades are nice. One thing I'd like to implement is having a valet trash service for the price we pay for rent and utilizing the back area near the freeway to build a small little gym area so there are two gyms here. It would also be cool to see the gate updated. The keypad and card reader are out dated and the map in front could also be lit up.
