Overall nice experience. Spacious floor plans. Quiet community. Old appliances. Would recommend this place to any of my friends. There is no play area inside the community which is really bad. At least a swing and slide would be great. Should think of adding it.

Hi, Make sure that parking spot and apartment location are verified before signing your lease else you'll be end up in no where. No one here is humane enough to admit their mistake are be courteous. It's just pay your rent, keep your space clean and forget about anything else. And oh yes, if you are religious then it's no place for you. They'll threaten to sue you if any of the religious sign is there on apartment.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Been Great service when you call in to report an issue. Everyone in office is very nice. Apartment rates were very reasonable. My neighbors wll frdly and no loud noises at night. Overall a great experience.

so far so good other than waiting for maintenance to fix minor issues. I enjoy the layout and the office staff is friendly. great location and the grounds are nice. I especially enjoy the pet area. The fitness center and pool are a huge bonus for me. I like a pet friendly community.

David is the only one on the maintenance staff allowed in our apartment. HE IS AMAZING! The female office staff is rude and unfriendly and never takes responsibilty for their mistakes and they don't follow up or follow through on problems!!

Typical apartment issues coupled with many non english speaking neighbors that tend to be little disrespectful when it comes time to sleep. We married and when we made arrangements to break lease they (3 different peole) all said 30 day notice with 1 month paid that you will not be there. when it is now time to hand over keys they want double the $$$. so shady business practices at palm court! They admit their mistake but refuse to honor our agreement.

My roommate and I are happy with the apartment size/appliances and grounds. The maintenance sees very quick and efficient, which is also good. On the downside, our lease was not ready when originally promised. It was a day late which made things a little difficult as my roommate and I work completely opposite schedules and could not both return later together. In addition, a bed bug was found on the second day. The office staff was very quick in getting our apartment scheduled for a exterminator on Monday, however, they told us that we "did not have to do anything" and that we "could be in the apartment during that time". This was completely wrong as all of our things we unpacked had to be repacked and we had to leave for 4 hrs. Because of the confusion we had to reschedule the exterminator on Wednesday. My roommate was especially frustrated by this as she moved all of her things in and unpacked Monday morning just to pack it all back up that afternoon. Hopefully, the rest of our experience is good. We are really excited about using the fitness center and pool this weekend.

This is very nicely maintained facility. There is a lack of guest parking. Residents take up all the unassigned spaces. The maintenance crew seems to be on top of things and the office staff is great. Great pool if the kids were better supervised

simple & up to the mark in most aspects. Need some improvement on the fitness centre to make it up to the expectation.Community event should be arranged. Good landscaping & wonder work by the service team for maintaining it. I would definitely recomend it.

I have lived in the same complex in 2003 / 2004 and in 2012 -2014 there is absolutely no upgrade in any of the internals or externals and you can notice it in every aspect of it. Cabinets are chipped , wiring is exposed , air duct is filled with dust , a/c not effective after successive filter changes , parking is an issue & neighbours are noisy. Barbecue in any area they want etc. Slow draining faucets .

Horribe maintenance. Roof leaks. Never fixed. Extra parking blocked off due to not paying for extra lot. When I first moved here pool was heated. Now its not. Management is cutting corners. Not for you if you want to be satisfied before they cut more corners.

It used to be great. Now everyone in the office has changed except the manager and they are not nice like the others were. It's like once they "got me" it didn't matter anymore. I'm just an apartment number. We used to do community events why not anymore??

Overall, we have been satisfied. We enjoy the spacious kitchen. The large closets are very nice since they are built out and not taking space from the bedrooms. We had new carpet installed because of 2 LARGE stains, and that is greatly appreciated.

When I first moved here one of my neighbors hit my car. He was drunk. A few months after that, a dog attacked my dog while I was walking her. I have also started to get a coackroac infestation since September 2013. I like the complex but not the dirty people!

Great location for shopping and places to eat. Conveniently located close to the 101 which allows quick access to all parts of town. Highly recommend moving into this community. Very clean grounds , pool, and gym. Very helpful staff and friendly.

I found this complex through Valley King Properties and was very surprised by the value compared to other places that weren't as nice (in my opinion). My greatest complaint is with apartment life in general (noise, parking etc.) but I can't blame the complex too much for that. My neighbors are still nice people and kept the noise down when asked. I'd recommend Palm Court to anyone.

My roommate & I had to get an apartment in less than a week and at that time one of our friend introduced us to Palm Courts. We met with Nidia who is extremely friendly and humble. She went out of her way to get us the kind of apartment on the dates we specified, with few additional requests such as fans in both rooms as we moved during extremely hot summer. We moved around the dates quite a bit but Nidia was extremely patient and empathetic. Also we had to drop in just before closing to sign the lease and submit insurance doc while Nidia was kind enough to wait and allow us complete sign in even though few mins past her closing. We have great experience with Ginnifer too as she helped us resolve one of a very noisy lousy neighbours problem. We enjoy staying at PCs while Nidia, Ginnifer and those men from Servicing dept make it so easy and great for us. Thank you Palm Courts team

I've always had good experiences here. The only thing it is really missing is a courtesy patrol. There are plenty of times that courtesy patrol could be utilized. Also, valet trash might be a nice touch. Other than that, we've loved living here. This is the longest I've ever stayed in one place.

Never any parking!and God their is an obvious smell of illegal narcotics in the air at times. I don't feel safe running through the complex many creepy people out in balcony making rude comments. Carpet sucks mmaintenance sucks. And no special perks. The staff has no emotional connection strictly business. Quite rude if you ask me. And the apartment itself low quality.
