Palm Court is a very nice community, everyone is friendly. Having a Amazon hub is convenient. Grounds are kept nice and clean. The community is clean The community is clean and the units are good. There are no roaches or bed bugs in this community. They have an Amazon hub locker as well, which is very convenient.

I DO NOT recommend Palm Court apartments. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Inadequate parking and maintenance team. Issues take weeks/months to get resolved (if at all). Water has been shut off several times for repairs. People don't pick up after their dogs. Neighbors are free to damage your car without any repercussions.

I love living here it’s so quiet and kid friendly. They keep the community very clean and even the pool and playground is clean. I would definitely refer this place to people. It’s easy to get in and out of apartment

I had 9 bath towels that were completely saturated I have photos of every thing maintenance also said that their was a large Crack up in the unit and pipes were broken off. I followed what I was told to next day my hospice nurse came out to do a welfare check on me cause I have on kemo 7 days aweek nurse also said it was way too hot in this apartment for me to stay in and dangerous to my health situation we are in the apartment now it is 85 degrees with the a c running. We were told to go ahead and get a room and manager said she would see what could been done. The a.c is on and been on the past 3 days we had to continuously come back several times to empty the buckets of water.

I left 1 star for staff because of Deborah, the assistant manager. She never gets anything done. And I've complained about my upstair neighbors and have sent emailS with videos. And nothing has been done. And to make matters worse. I GOT THE 10 DAY NOTICE. I asked to move to a different unit or break my lease, pay and move out and she said "no because the manager doesn't want that," (the previous manager). I have the worst experience and can not wait to move out of this hell. And I'll make sure to post it on Google and yelp.

I love living on my own. This is a great first apartment, though I have no friends I would recommend it to. Hopefully my icebox gets fixed and my door gets replaced soon. They keep putting all of the tasks to complete together and only one gets fixed.

Apartment is near to offices, market places, 101 freeway. Maintenance request serviced on time, basic amenities available. Amazon hub helps in secure package deliveries. Never had any major issues while staying in palmcourt.

Do Not Rent here ! Once sign the lease they won’t entertain any request or would like to attend you! Worst customer service. They won’t listen or hear anything and no respect for customers. One person sitting at front does not know anything, second person on the right corner office will say her favorite word “No” or “Nothing can be done”. And third person on the left side of office say why did u walk in to office?

Palm Court is a decent place to live, no noticable crime outside the occasional midnight back porch theft and neighbors who aren't interested in getting in your business. Essentially it is a mid-tier complex which wants to be viewed as a high end luxury place to live. Rent is a bit high and has gone up, though I did overhear a potential new resident getting a surprisingly low quote, and getting the employees to do what you need them to takes longer than one would prefer but it generally gets done. All in all it has been satisfactory but I wish I had been in a position to shop around more.

Good apartment but maintenance work orders should be prioritized . Many thinvs were missed like refrigerator plug in , washer not connected properly, dishwasher and kicthen sink not connected properly are the issues faced after movein.These should be checked by the team before handing the apt.

I was looking for 2 apartments, one for my staff, and one for my son and quickly. The office staff did everything they could to make it easy and really worked above and beyond for me. My experience here has been that the people and staff are nice and decent and the apartment homes are relatively nice, no big problems to write home about especially in the current market. I would recommend this place to someone looking for somewhere affordable that is not all around disgusting.

Havent had issues resolved since we moved in. Maintenance keeps quitting or being fired. Efforts to fix our apartment, which was not ready when we moved in, have been minimal. Other than these issues we have had multiple water shut offs with out notice, among other things.

Health has gone down due to incorrect ac filters! They don't filter anything since they don't stay in place! Office has been made aware of this. I was told they don't have to supply the filters and they only do it as a courtesy! The walls are extremely thin and no privacy whatsoever.

When I first moved here things were fine other than poor maintenance! But ever since new management took over things gradually became worse!! The property started to look more trashy and the dumpsters were always flooded with trash as well as on the grounds all around the dumpsters and on the street nearby! Management became very difficult to communicate with in regards to property and maintenance concerns! There were always miscommunication issues amongst the staff members and new ------ tenants came swarming in like cockroaches! This used to be a quiet and somewhat of a safe complex but now all I hear is loud rap music and bass coming from cars and apartment buildings! From what used to be a smoke free complex quickly turned into a cigarette vaping 420 friendly smoke shop! The maintenance made constant promises but had troubles keeping their word on when they would show up or complete work orders if they complete them at all and on their terms!! I could say so much more but I don't think it's necessary! I just want out of this place so bad when my lease is up!! This place is turning so ------ and expensive and is turning less and less neighborhood friendly!! Oh and be careful walking or driving in the complex unless you want to trip on pot holes or flatten your tires since it takes them so long to fix up the property and watch for falling signs!!

I had always given 5 star review to this community, but now I can see they don’t care to maintain it.. Extremely poor maintenance they have, nothing is emergency request for them, my washer is not working, I don’t know how am going to wash my family’s clothes, it’s not an emergency for them, my dishwasher is not working properly, it’s not an emergency for them, vent cleaning is not an emergency for them… Can you guys put a list of emergency request in your website.. at-least your residents will know when they should reach out to you !! Sorry to say this but I don’t recommend anyone to live here !!!

Expect a good location but not living worth the home. Maintenance always takes forever to complete. The recent water cuts made us feel like we live in war zones.. there are no additional benefits we get from living in here. Like no green zone.. so much of a barren lands are out there but greystar dont want to spend a penny on uplifting the looks and make it worth living for its residents. Park area is just so small.. more than 200 families live here and the park size will cater hardly 10 kids.. why saving so much money greystar when you actually make so much every single month. The past years rent increase was more 25% increase, Why such horrible raise ? We dont get promoted every year btw. All these stuffs make palm court very bad as a housing community.
