well I have to say that this place cost way to much for what you get . hard to believe it cost over $900 per month for a little one bedroom place that is built as cheap as it possible. we hear people all over town also saying rent cost is outrageous and everyone says renting is not the way to go and we strongly agree .

When we first moved in, or maintenance request where taken care of with 24 hrs. Now, it takes abut 4 days to a week, to get a response. Especially through the online Greystar website. Regarding the gym... It seems much cleaner now, the treadmills won't turn on sometimes though. I haven't figured them out yet.

I’m a new resident and was in the hospital with pneumonia when I signed my lease. My parents had to step in and take care of all the paperwork and moving in issues, and Shelby and Aundry and everyone else in the leasing office were really, really helpful to them, which I really appreciate.

I wouldn't give this place any stars if I had a choice. The ladies in the office are very rude and very snotty. The only nice one in there is Lisa and I heard she got fired. We lived there for 14 months and I asked a few times to get out of the lease. A guy broke into our place. I had a guy come onto my patio more then once and I tell the office and the Manger says to me * If you don't know who it is how am I suppose to know* That made me even more just want to leave. There was dog poop all over the place and dog piss. When I went onto my patio I can smell it. Cig butts on the ground but it's a nonsmoking place. It must be a very bad place to live if a staff member told someone not to rent there.

Actually we missed our 45 pairs of shoes in 2 days incidents. It was unexpected as there is a camera surveillance too.We like the neighborhood.Most of the times dog poops are there on the ground or footpath witg very bad smell.

My experience is very bad at palm Court as front office staff is very bad and non supportive ..their renovated apartments are too bad.. not in liveable condition .. I will not suggest anybody for palm courts

I can not wait to move out if this complex. Walls are thin and buildings are old. I hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do. Grounds are ugly, a lot of dirt where there could be grass. Too many fees in addition to the base rent. There is not enough open parking spaces.

I just moved in this month and have already experienced the best treatment. The leasing process was fairly easy. Moving in has been a breeze and the staff has been so helpful in getting me whatever was needed in a timely manner.

These are the best place to stay. All with new appliances and surroundings are very well maintained. Nice spa and pool. Close to all shops within, hospital, schools like Valley Academy and Adams Traditional Academy. Apartments are spacious and fitted with modern amenities.

I am In this community more than 4 years. I can say Palm court apartment are like home, more comfortable renovated apartments. When we have any issues leasing office staff is very friendly and flexible to accommodate especially apartments manager Shawn so kind to understand the situation help the the community. In this we had some issue with rent auto payments and the third party company posted 2 months charges, when the issue reported to Shelby ( another manager) and Shawn both cancelled auto payments and supported community not to charge late fee until 6th. This is just one example. Thanks to Shawn and Shelby..

these apartments are nice and in one of the safest areas of phoenix. only bad things i can say is the rent is a little expensive, and living on the first floor is horrible because you can hear people walking and running around upstairs all day and night and it really upsets my peace of mind.

The administration has been great here. They're very understanding, and have worked with us when there was some confusion. Also the maintenance workers were very knowledgeable. Particularly a worker named Raymond was very helpful, as well as Shelby, and Shawn who work in the office. Multiple times I found these specific employees to be a great asset, and very fair. The prices fluctuate depending on the renting market, but I found I was paying less for rent here than friends who lived in places that were not as nice. The gym and pool are very well kept too, which was great. Really enjoyed my time living here.

Apartment rate is competitive. Rooms are spacious. It offers 1 BHK, 2B 1 Bath and 2 Bed 2 Bath floor plans. Staffs are friendly and community is clean. Gym has new equipments and Swimming pool is being upgraded right now.Overall Good Budget place to live

Palm Court Apartments are very nice. They have renovated apartments with wood grain looking floors, new cabinets, new counters & new appliances. The fitness center is brand new. The gtounds are well maintained too. The move in process was very easy. Shelby is very helpful and a great leasing agent. I enjoy the conveinence of shopping, dinning & entertainment.
