The front office just ignores you. No communication, and maintenance has no answers to this issue they are not qualified to resolve this issue and they don't pretend to be, which is good. I'm in the dark and this is a health and safety issue. Also had an electrical fire twice since we moved in with outlets we don't even use, but maintenance has fixed those issues timely. I do know that several other units have had the same electrical fire issues as well.

Excellent location! I love the privacy - people keep to themselves and it's quiet. While you do have to drive to get groceries or other household items, it's within reasonable driving distance (approximately 5-7 minutes). Excellent amenities- pool, 24/7 gym, Amazon lockers, filtered water refill station, BBQ area, and a lounge area that you can rent out. Staff are really nice and helpful!

Palm court is an amazing complex everyone is respectful/quiet which is always a plus. Almost never any issues within the apartment which is nice, no bugs, friendly maintenance workers and staff at the front!

My issues are with the lack of care from the office staff. I’ve only lived here to months started to notice roaches. I’ve already had them spray twice and they have bomb. A week after the bomb started to see them again. I don’t like having these harsh chemicals in my home with my toddler

I have not been here long, but I like it very much. My apartment is awesome with a great layout, the location is great, maintenance team is prompt, and the staff is helpful. Looking forward to this summer to use some of the amenities outdoors!

Very nice community to live .Overall Apartment are nice and contains all the amenities.Everything is within reach or nearby.Maintenance staff is very helpful and polite.Maintenance work is completed on time.

The dog park is nicknamed Paro Park, because people do not pick up after their dogs and there’s standing water in there that is saturated with dog urine. And the park is not small, dog friendly. On a good note the maintenance team is good at their job.

I've had cockroaches for the last 3 months. They have sprayed 3 times with little results. The bugs are still the same if not worse. They are in my dish washer and in my toaster. I don't even want to cook at home.

The water is shut off at least once a month, sometimes with no warning. I’ve mentioned my frustration of me having to find another place to stay when this happens and management ignored my email. Everything else here is fine, but the water being shut off randomly is a big deal.

Maintenance need to improve coming from Texas and getting to hot apartment is not a good thing and waisting my time after a hard day of work to clean it is not good.. office people are great………………………..

Lots of bugs and car break ins. Not enough parking. No security patrol yet they say there is one. Water gets shut off at least twice a month due to breaking pipes. Would not recomend living here long term.

We had a leak in the apartment above us that leaked water into our apartment downstairs. Repairs were made to the unit upstairs & it was re-rented. Damage done to our unit was never repaired. Even after making a repair request. Tub diverter leaked also & a repair request was made. New tub spout was installed but still drips.

It’s taking a bit of work, but since 2021 the management has gotten way better maintenance still is trash. When I first moved in my apartment wasn’t even ready so they extended it a few days and then when I did move and they had to come fix the paint because they painted over a water leak in the roof a huge bubble above the shower, so they fix that there was paint all over the floor because they had just painted the apartment paint sticks all over the store patches everywhere, but at least they tried to fix it. But like I said maintenance still sucks they have new people all the time nobody wants to do the job and just like everybody else’s job I’m sure it’s hard to find people who actually want to work so I don’t necessarily blame the office.

Nice community. Good neighbor. Good staffs and fast maintenance services. Gated community. Bus stop is near by. No roaches at all. Only cons is small lawn food kids to play. But we have nice community parks near by.

The complex is quiet and most of the residents are respectful. The staff is horrible and lack any concern or care for the residents. The grounds are mostly kept clean. The hot tub has been unusable since I moved in 7 months ago.

In the short time I have lived at Palm Court, I couldn't be more pleased. • The staff is extremely helpful, personable and professional. • The grounds are spotless. Kudos to the maintenance staff. • The accessibility to the highway is key. • A secure gated community is a priority for me as I'm an older, single female. • The apt homes are laid out great and nicely updated. Clean clean clean. Love it. • Community is quite given I have noticed small children. I haven't noticed any rif raf which is a priority of mine. • Although I have been living at Palm Court for a short time, I am extremely pleased. • Highly recommended.

I have been here 8 years. You moved me out of my prev unit to upgrade the unit i get that. However you then move me jnto the worst unit in this complex there is no way others are worse than this. The bath was dirty when moving jn food still in garbage disposal dishwasher wasnt working bugs cabinets missing loose laundry mat doors exposed pipe in bedroom i have put in so many requests to get fixed and still not everything fixed. I have had normal maintenance requests in prev units so its not like i have a history of this i need management or corporate to reach out to me because this is not ok especially how much you guys have up charged and took advantage of the market

If you’re paying $1000 it’d be worth it. Emergency maintenance is more like a suggestion, I’d move out right now if I could. We wait 4 days - 2 weeks for emergency maintenance on basic necessities like toilet and shower issues. The apartment was disgusting at move in and we were relocating from out of state, only had pictures to go off of.

Staff here is professional and very efficient. Team is continuously making improvements to the property. The turnaround time for service request is 48 hrs which is really good. The buildings are old, it must be difficult to keep up with so many service requests.however the staff is doing a great job maintaining it.
