It's a quiet community. Parking can be an issue. The carpet is a very cheap quality. I can hear my neighbor snoring. The location is great. Easy access to 101, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

Good Apartments. Low Noise level, Neighborhood are good. Staff support is excellent. Never had problem. Good Quality of Service. Support staff are friendly and respond to requests and issues. I would like to thank them for their prompt support. Just Play area is not sufficient.

We really miss the fitness center and feel cheated out of some of our rent money due to its absence. We were told it would be remodeled and be done in mid October. It's not being remodeled, just reduced in size. We feel pretty mislead and cheated.

The apartment complex is very nice. The staff is friendly. The complex has cool spots where it makes you think that it is your own personal space. It is a very safe community and the pool and fitness centered is conveniently located in the front.

Palm Court is good! I lived here for 9 months and loved it. The office staff is nice and helpful with any issues. They have definitely made me change my outlook on apartment living.

I have to say I love this property! I was in a bad spot with financial and personal issues. The manager and Assistant manager went out of there way to help me out so much. All of the staff were so sweet and understanding they really made me and my kids feel at home. My mother who is disabled also lives here and they treat her so good and always make sure her needs are taken care of. The maintenance team is so professional and quick to take care of all issues I have. Palm court always does special things for the residents and awesome events for kids. Choosing this property was the best decision I could have made for me and my family. ;)

Just moved in a week ago and very happy I made the decision to live at Palm Court! The community is quiet, clean, and the staff are both personable and professional! The fitness center is currently being remodeled and I can hardly wait to start my days there! Loving my new apartment so far!

I am really impressed by this apartment community. It's a gated secure community in a quiet area. The apartments themselves are above average, clean, and come with many of the things that were on my "wish" list like a washer and dryer already in the unit and a dishwasher. The kitchen appliances are simple and NOT high end, but they are modest and look just fine. Same with the cabinets - I do miss the artisan cabinetry of the place I moved out of, but these are simple and do the job just fine. Carpet was cleaned, rooms were spotless, and move in was painless. The apartments are next to the freeway so you do get some traffic noise outside on your balcony, but that's kind of what I signed up for by choosing to live in one of the top ten biggest metro areas of the US. People are clean, quiet, and respectful. LOTS of pets - this is a PET OWNER CENTRAL. Every time I pay rent, people come in the office with their dogs on leashes, etc. Would not rent here if I had crippling animal allergies. The office is very modern and nice, and the staff is pleasant and efficient. The fitness room is pretty outdated and barren, but they're remodeling it currently and they say it will be open next year. The pool is pretty small, but it's quiet and people know how to behave themselves. Not too many screaming kids etc. The trash can be overflowing sometimes but there are little "houses" that sit around the dumpsters that hide it. The place "looks" very nice and has great landscaping. They go through a lot of trouble to keep it looking clean. Really nice place to move into, and their move in specials were pretty great as well. Would recommend.

When I first moved here I didn't expect much. The staff has definitely outdone my expectations. The grounds are kept nice, and maintenance does a great job! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and also has easy access to shopping and restaurants

I am enjoying here. have stayed in other communities in this area; but I have found this one better than the others. Apartments are nice and spacious. Neighbours are friendly and well behaved. On top of that, management staff is courteous and responsive (other communities lack this quality). I am already advocating this community to my friends and many of my friends/acquaintances have moved in here.

BEST AMONG BEST! Truly, from my personal experience! I have been to a lot of Apartments and enquired about their Unit sq.ft, monthly rent and other service. Every Apartment management in this location says 800-900 sq.ft and luxury Apartments(1B/1B), which is not true at all, it is so small even you can see the distance where TV outlet to the place where you can put your cough or sofa. But Palm court is the most spacious apartment I have ever seen for this average rent, even the celling is so high, which gives more comfortable look than other apartments matchbox look. About Service and Staff, best customer service and friendy maintenance will be on time. What ever you ask they try to fix it or give you advice on it. I had nightmare about moving out, but they helped me with all type of help I needed.

This is an excellent community and a very friend people around , the only concern and the big concern is the TURN AROUND TIME for any service request , it is taking very very long time to respond , compared with the other old management -where they have a SLA to fix any compliant , apartment from this , it so nice to be here and feel like own home as always , would recommend and just beware of the challenge I specified above . It is a very very very nice place to live .

Have continuously been disappointed in my apartment here. The staff turnover is unreal and the current newbies have the personality of celery and don't appear to know what they're doing. Certain staff are extremely helpful but will probably be gone soon which is unfortunate. Mail slot recently closed so a big inconvenience for those of us who work odd hours, along with constantly broken gates. Rent goes up and service goes down. Repairs not made in a timely manner, if at all. Been waiting for a security light since January and excuses everytime I complain. Fourth work order put in today for it. Grounds arent properly kept as trash is constant and the many dead trees and bushes are not cleared out. Very disappointed in this place I've called home for almost 3 years. Time to move on.

Currently dealing with a HUGE health issue. My ceiling leaked due to heavy rain recently, I called cause mold starting appearing. It has been SIX WEEKS and they are just now finishing fixing my issue. I never got a copy of my lease. All of the supplied appliances keep breaking on us. Poorly insulated. I could go on for hours...

I used to live at palm court, while I was there I lived in a renovated 1 bedroom, the apartment was really nice, espically for the size and price. If I had any mantinence request they were only ever for light bulbs and air filter replacement. They were speedy and efficent, so I really have no complaints. Office staff was fine, not rude in any way, I felt like I was in good hands!

I do not really know what all the these other reviewers are fussing about. Honestly, apartment living is what it is. You live in close quarters with others; the slobby, the misbehaved, and sometimes really awesome residents. In my opinion, these are the standards in all apartment complexes. I have lived in a couple complexes in the area and have stayed with Palm Court. My apartment faces away from the sun, my area is nice and quiet, and I do not bother anyone and therefore no one bothers me. I have only put in a few new maintenance requests and they have been completed to my liking. I do not really use the pool or gym but when I walk by the pool it looks clear and blue. No complaints there. The apartment insides are decent for their price. Nothing special but you do get all appliances including washer and dryer, which is a delicacy for me. The new management I have not had enough interactions to like or dislike them. They seem to know what they are doing so that is what matters to me. So, in a nutshell, I have nothing bad to say. Oh, and I do love the new enterance! Maybe now when my family comes to visit, they will no longer drive by and miss the complex.

I just moved to Phoenix from Utah in June. My friend that lives here referred me and I absolutely love it. It is a small, quiet community and close to everything. I work at Discover so its an easy commute to work. Since ive lived here I have not had any complaints on noise, partys, parking, etc.. and the landscape is beautiful. The management just renovated the entryway and it looks more modern now. I would refer this place to my friends and family.

I moved in here earlier this year and ever since the new managers took over, it's rapidly gone down hill. There is always trash on the ground around the dumpsters and elsewhere. The old managers kept this place spotless. Also, the new managers do not respond to complaints. The old managers did background checks but now it looks like they are letting skid row bums move in. Pretty much every weekend, there is a group of drunks hanging out in the parking lot outside of my apartment being loud and obnoxious. Kids are allowed to just run free through the place (where are their parents??) and they are destructive. I will not be staying beyond my lease. I loved it here the first few months. I moved in here because it was small and quiet. If I wanted all the noise and BS that's going on now, I would have gone to a bigger complex.

I have lived here for awhile now and love it! The whole entrway is totally different and looks more modern then when I first moved in. There has been a little change in maintenance, but the new staff gets my work orders done in a timely manner and the grounds are looking at its best. I have referred 2 of my family and friends to live here and received $400.00 off my rent for both of them which is pretty cool because I would have referred them anyway!

Just Moved In

I just moved into a 2 bedroom in May. They were offering upgraded apartments for a low price and low move in cost. My parking is really close to my apartment, Which is conveinient because I have kids. The fitness center is also 24 hours which works out well because I get home pretty late. So far I have had a good experience with my neighbors and the ofice staff.
