Beautiful well kept apartment and surroundings. We really love living here and the office staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to the recent events we are unable to use our amenities, but I am sure in time that will change.

This community is very friendly. It has all amenities. It has pool, workout place, kids play area. This is not a big huge communite, its litte and sweet community to live. I strongly suggest living here.

I am really having hard time with maintenance issues in my apartment and I have received minimal help from the community to resolve the same. For any request multiple followups is a norm.Extremely frustrated.

I like it here, the area is nice and its super quiet very clean I always get the help whenever I call the office. Its a great place to live. Its very spacious and I love how it looks inside looks very cute.

I like the community and the apartment is nice and clean. There should be a recycling program and the parking could be improved in the back of complex. The fitness center is always dirty and the machines dont work.

Overall could be better we do feel safe here as weve foolishly left our cars unlocked before and nothings ever been touched or removed. I cant say the same for my last place so I do feel safer here than any other place Ive lived. I just wish communication and maintenance were better

Only been here a little over a month. So far so good. Very quite when Im home. Only thing is they need additional parking for when you have people come to visit. Other than that its a great place so far.

Maintenance requests take longer than average. Parking spot is very far from my apartment. Office staff used to have long time employees and that was great, they knew us by name and were super friendly. Now they come and go and are not very personable. I do love my apartment though and it's close to the freeways, schools and shopping centers.

NEVER GO! 1. Poor management. 2. Roaches in apartment. 3. Very noisy. Near loop 101. 4. Noisy ceiling. 5. Suck your money after you vacate. Min. $2000-3000. 6. Racist front office personnel. 7. Charge you for renovation, full carpet replacement, all appliances replacement, paint touch up and cleaning when you vacate. You can never get your deposit back and you have to end up paying atleast $2000 for some or the other reason when you vacate the apartment. Very poor management. You need to wait one year to get your work order done. Rude front office personnel. I think racist against certain people. They answer as if they are not willing to answer any of your questions and wanted you to run away and make you think DON'T COME BACK!. There are roaches in apartment. The treatment is ineffective in such a way that they still remain in the house and they charge you for replacing all the appliances saying roaches present when vacating the house. If the treatment was effective then why the roaches still don't go away. You can count every steps and everything your resident above does when you stay in first floor. Since it is near loop 101, very noisy on the roads. Sometimes, bikers, racers wake you up in nights. Also some type of very small insects in the carpets. Not visible to your eyes but it bites you. Especially with kids, be careful. For all residents who vacate, they charge you for paint touch up and cleaning even if there is nothing to clean or marks on the wall. They even charge you for complete renovation, carpet replacement even if the carpet is more than 6 yrs old. Looks like manager wants to earn more credits from Greystar by sucking residents money when you vacate. Don't be fooled by 5 star positive responses. They pay credits for giving positive rating. Just for free pizza and drinks people risk others' life. Its up to you to decide!

Very nice and comfortable place live. Close to work and shopping. Great community for families and kids of all ages as well as pets. Fun activities for the activity form release to participate during holidays

Great apartments, and neighbors. Nice and quiet and you have your own space to enjoy the outside weather. Nice pool to enjoy with family and friends. Exercising room is nice and clean every-time. I would recommend.

I requested not to be contacted by Heather. Today 10/8/2019 Heather, yes Heather called my cell phone harassing me at work again. Thankful my husband and I can afford to pay the fake final Bill! Be careful and choose wisely, because a company that doesn't care about it tenants will destroy your Life. Also beware of reading the fake reviews to offset the truth. One star is to many for this credit ruining complex. Palm Court Apartment ( Scammers ) I did the walk through - No mention of Additional Changes owed. I shouldn't have to pay $500.00 fee for used carpet. I I shouldn't have to pay to paint my apartment after 2 years of residency. I'm being billed for normal WEAR. I have pictures and video to prove how I left my unit. Management changed and tolerance for others went away. I was treated poorly by management, so I decided to move out after my lease ended. Now I am being over charged and punished because I moved out. I should retain an attorney to see if Palm Court apartment actions are legal. I did everything asked of me . I gave a 60 day notice. I was forced to pay fair market value rent my last 2 months because I didn't sign a new lease and now Palm Court apartment wants an additional $900.00 fee to Re-rent my unit. I truly believe the manager Heather has a vendetta against me and my family. Heather has tried to destroy our credit. We , (my husband and I) did everything asked of Us.I Gave several walk throughs and appliance checks. I felt throughly harassed before finally moving out July 2019, but we continued to pay the rent until our full rental obligation including 60 day notice was met, and on September 7 2019 We paid a final payment of $1370.21. Now Im receiving a notice saying I owe an additional 900.00 for painting and used carpet. The carpet was used when we moved in. We lived in palm court for 2 years . We paid rent on time every month. Now we owe for painting the unit. ( I have photos) This isn't fair . You shouldn't treat Good hard working tenants who pay rent on time each month this way. Palm court was a lovely place to live before Heather and her cronies took over . I'm saddened by this situation. Palm court apartment is failing because of Heather. I moved out because of the treatment I received from Heather and Kyla over my broken microwave. It took 3 weeks to fix. so today I left Greystar Management a message. I hope we can reach a resolution. I am praying Greystar is a stand up management company. Im unable to deal with Heather because of her language and attitude towards me. Heather has a nasty attitude and she's very unpleasant person. Heather has contacted me at work and tried to argue with me. In my opinion most business thrive from word of mouth. I am positive I am not the only tenant with concerns regarding Heather and her office staff -

My personal experience is that I was handed a set of keys, to which I did not have a key for my storage outside, the mail keys did not go to my mailbox, and I was not given a key for the gate that leads outside. (Literally only way to get out is driving). Then I'm assigned a parking spot to which I get notes on my from another resident that I'm parking in their spot. It's like was I even given the right apartment??? Maintenance is a absolute hot mess disaster. The staff, including the property manager, can never take fault for their actions either. It's a pretty community but looks are always deceiving.

Things take time to repair Rent amount increases for no reason Other than that landscaping is good, apartments look new, its quite, Free parking is generally occupied by second car owners so its hard to find a vacant spot

Good community, clean neighbourhood , I did raise few maintenance requests in the past and office representatives were always accessible and helpful. Garbage maintenance can be improved. Good playing area for children.

Except for the AC issues, the premises offer a good experience to stay. None of the grocery shops or entertainment access I close-by. However, the residents themselves arent much interactive and the rates are pretty higher than you can find in Tempe or Chandler for the same apartment size.

Great updated, clean and quiet community. Quick and easy move in. They just put in a new playground! I was worried parking might be an issue but so far it has not been a problem. I am able to find a spot close to my unit. I would recommend this community to my friends and family!

My experience in this community has not been good I am constantly kept awake by the kids outside and the neighbors upstairs. The walls are so thin I can hear everything. My maintenance has still not been taken care of after 4 months and management does not seem to be worried about the urgency of my issues.

Its like a buffet of disappointment- I don't even know where to start...)Uncooperative management; unless you bake them fancy gourmet cookies and provide a pitcher of margaritas on Fridays- forget any help from them. Don't even THINK about talking to them about anything- they're LEASING AGENTS - they couldn't care two drops of fly spit if you have questions, concerns, or issues about your rent. Instead they'll tell you go fix your skirt. They will toss you a 10-day eviction notice if your upstairs neighbor gets butt-hurt about the cut of your chin. Noise is a given; the downstairs neighbors can hear what goes on upstairs - conversations, TVs, you name it. Call the Police about something and they'll tell you to talk to the Office. Maintenance? They'll always tell you we're short-handed, people quit, one of the guys is in jail, he got deported to Mexico, he overslept, he this, he that... I've heard 'em all & I'm not impressed. Rent is high for the location- you might think being right next to the 101 freeway would be a plus but the only pluses are extra traffic, extra noise, and extra accidents. Its an industrial area, so if your dream is to see and hear a bunch of factories and construction companies, then welcome home. Lots of H1-B [Asian] Indian people here too, for some reason. Happy Diwali. Try Bell Rd. between 12th St. and 7th Ave. instead.

The staff is over worked especially the maintenance men. Which causes maintenance requests to take months to complete. The appliances are crap in the apartments. The staff are never friendly in the office. Do better palm court.

Quiet and clean grounds and modern remodeled apartments. I like that the units have full size washers and dryers in them. The new playground that was recently installed is a great plus for the kids. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

We just love it here! It's very quiet and the landscaping is always beautiful and clean. The maintenance crew is friendly and knowledgeable and so is the management staff. They have put in a playground for the kids and my son is a huge fan. We recommend Palm Court highly!

It's great and the staff here are very nice and helpful. When moving into my apartment the were some issues with the sink and tub clogging and the baseboard in the master bedroom was peeling but other than that everything is fine.
