My thoughts on Palm Court Apts.
I've lived at Palm Court for close to a year now and have thought of both Pros and Cons for living here: Pros: Affordable - Their rent prices are a good value, most comparable apts are more expenisive. Clean - I've had no issues with the cleanliness of the my apartment. I have gotten ants once, but management acted swiftly and I haven't seen any since. Proximity - The apts are very close to highway access (101 E/W and I17 N/S) and Deer Valley 30 Center. (Movies, Target, Restaurants, etc) Management - Usually are fast to act concerning rental updates, policy changes, etc. Management up front is always able to answer my questions. They are objective with pricing aswell. I am a bit concerned about moving out, it seems other reviewers have lost their deposits for arbitrary reasons (such as a 'per second' labor charge to throw trash away or to clean a freezer) and that my move in/out check list has a massive listing of what I could be charged if I break/damage/discolor something. I will have to wait and see. Neighborhood - Is relativley quiet and safe. If is close to an industrial park and bank. It is worth noting however,… See More>2/4/2019

We hate Palm Court!!
We kept our apartment up and made sure it stayed clean... the whole year we lived there!! And when it was time for us to move out we left it in tip top shape. So we called and asked the office staff if our whole deposit would be refunded, and of course the liars told us yes! We went to pick it up and they kept almost $50 bucks out of our deposit because apparently it is very very expensive to wipe two crumbs from the freezer and heaven forbid have to clean your oven.. by the way the ovens were made in 1902. They take pictures of there nasty apartment oven and your apartment number and take advantage of you!! SO make sure you take your own pictures, if you decide to live in this nasty place! ALso, they charge $1 per second they have to walk to the trash can. We accidently left an item in the laundry room (that we wanted) instead of getting a call to see if we meant to leave it.. they took it upon themselves to throw it out and charge a ridiculous price for it. ($7 bucks just to walk 7 seconds… See More>2/4/2019

It's not as good as it seems.......Don't be fooled!
Ok- here are some facts:1) Parking is horrible, unless you get an apartment that has a parking space right in front of your building. We, on the other hand, go down our stairs, walk through rocks till we get to a sidewalk, follow the sidewalk around the back of our building, walk down a long sidewalk until we get to our parking spot. We tried to get our parking spot changed to a more closer spot, because I, as a woman have to go to work when it is dark, and walking that distance in the dark with very poor lighting feels unsafe to me. They would not have anything to do with changing us to a closer parking spot. 2)Maintenance has been to say the least, very up and down. Once we were having problems with ALL 3 of our fire alarms beeping every few minutes, the maintenance guy came out, took off the covers of the fire alarms, and stated that there was nothing wrong with them, and that they did not need new batteries. Well, after he left, it was only a few hours, and all 3 fire alarms started beeping again-think of hearing this when you are… See More>2/4/2019

Nice place to live
It's a fairly quiet place, both inside and out. Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that may come up, and they do it right. There is one covered parking spot per unit, and a few "first-come-first-serve" scattered about. If you have two cars it's likely you'll sometimes have to put one in the large dirt overflow lot in the rear of the complex.

I love living at palm court
I have lived here for 2 years and i love it. The maintenance is awesome and the leasing agent in the office is so helpful. Living at palm court has been such a wonderful experience. I feel safe living here and if there is ever a concern or issue i am having, i always can trust that it will be taken care of immediately. It feel like i really am at home here. overall i have no complaints.

Lived here too Long!
Not Very Safe, not a very helpful Staff or Manager. No parking.
Anything that I find wrong with this place usually has to do with the management. They are notvery helpful when you have a concern. I will say that the Maintence persenel are very helpful and efficient. There is never enough parking. I feel as though anything that we see as an issue with our living condidtions is just blown off. Also my Car has been Broken into twice and Vandelized once.

Overall decent, but parking sucks
If you have 2 cars, don't even try to live here. They have no extra parking except the dirt lot in the back which is completely unsafe and not well lit at all. There were several break ins while I lived there and not much done to inform residents.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I have lived at Palm Court Apartment since 2004 and absolutley hate it. Since we have lived here we have had our car broken into and then stolen in the middle of the day and it was parked in the very front of the complex. When we told Diana that our car was stolen and she said "oh I didn't hear any reports of cars being stolen" She didn't hear any reports because we were reporting it just then. The office obviously does not have high standards when it comes to their employees. They were unreponisve and unhelpful about the whole situation, not to mention COMPLETELY unsympathetic!
I think Palm Court has the worst staff I have ever seen. They all smoke inside the office and are not personable at all. They are the most unorganized that I have ever seen at all.
When we were first touring the apartment, Diana was showing us around. She has absolutley no personality and seemed to act as if we were bothering her. We went with Palm Court because of the price and the amenities.
I feel very unsafe everyday that I live here… See More>2/4/2019

Mostly Good Experience
I have lived at Palmcourt since 1999. The experience has been mostly good.
1. I always pay my rent early so I have never had any problems with rent disputes.
2. I have never had problems with any appliances and I have lived in both the 2X1 and 2X2 aparments. Because I've had no problems I don't know the maintenance men. I do see them around the complex and they smoke like chimneys, curse a lot and are not friendly at all.
3. The manager is not friendly or approachable. The new office girls they keep hiring are very unprofessional. BRING BACK RHONDA! However, any voicemails I've left have always been responded to and taken care of.
4. I have never had any problems with my vehicles and parked in the gravel lot for at least 2 years. It is a hassle to try to find an empty spot for a second vehicle.
5. I feel you get a great deal for the price and size. I've looked at dozens of aparments this year to see if I wanted to move and I can't find anything that compares.
6. My problem with Palmcourt… See More>2/4/2019

My Expierance at Palm Court
I´m not registering so I come up Anon..but I will tell you about my exp in Palm Court... First of all, in the local news, this complex came up as one of the worst to live in...shortly after we moved out. Which will validate the complaints made below..

1. This complex is a gated community which would be a positive, and I understand that does not deter anyone from getting in, but that should still help the situation somewhat. There was a period of about 6 months that we had to be on "alert" for suspicious folks walking around the parking lot due to "excessive" amounts of vandalized vehicles...

2. There was a severe lack of parking, which was remedied by opening one of the apartment walls and putting up chain link fence around a vacant dirt and rock field...of which you most assuradly had to use due to the lack of parking. This lead to the "teenage testosterone car doughnut burnout" syndrome and numeros vehicles were damaged by dings by flying debris....the apartment´s response to this was "we don´t own that land, so we aren´t responsible for anything that happens to it" in which I reply: if you don´t own that… See More>2/4/2019

Too much money for what you get
I have lived at Palm court since the early part of the summer of 2003. What "appeared" to be a quiet gated community now has turned into the security gate being broken on 3 different occasions, kids screaming at all hours, cars blaring their radios to a very limited gym facility. For a 25.00 deposit, you´d think you would get a bit more. I have on 2 different occasions called the "courtesy officer" only to never receive a call to let me know that he even got the call or that the issue was looked into. So much for security. Based on other communities which are closer to downtown, this complex is a bit pricey but I figured "eh, at least I don´t have to worry about trash living here"...BOY WAS I WRONG.

I will be happy when my lease is up and I give my business to some other apartment community that lives up to its name.

DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!
I moved here from Maryland the second week of December and I did my research on the web as to finding a SAFE apartment community to live in for myself and my boyfriend. I was of course enticed by the many higher-income apartment complexes that touted gated access, secure/limited access gym facilities and safe neighborhoods. I had called and spoken with Palm Court on more than several occassions and I was informed that all of these would be offered, that there would be timely 24-hr maintenance, and specifally a waived security deposit. I moved here with two cars, a motorcycle and a 7X11 trailer behind me. Upon arrival, I was informed that the information provided in regard to my waived security deposit was FALSE and that we owed them $702.00 for the deposit. Had we not had all our belongings in tow and had been so stressed out, we may have opted to look elsewhere but this was our only option at the time since funds were low and we were so excited to finally have arrived!!!

Living here for almost a month and half now, I have had several SEVERE issues with my contract and with security.… See More>2/4/2019

Was great until recently
I have lived at Palmcourt for over 4 years and until the past couple of months would have loved it and recommended it to anyone and everyone. Until recently I never felt like I was living in an apartment complex because it was so clean and quiet. I had become very spoiled and would never have even considered moving. Now, the residents that management have begun to let live here are turning the complex into white trash city. I frequently smell people smoking marijuana, kids run/ride bikes/skateboard all over the sidewalks/street/covered parking/gravel, kids are constantly screaming and yelling until very late at night, a large family has moved into the building across from us and keep us up with parties until all hours of the night, parents let their kids leave toys and trash all over the stairs and in the middle of the walkways, etc. It seems as if there is no longer a standard as to who can live here and that management will let anyone in. I´m sure many people would tell me that what I am encountering now is "typical" apartment life but for almost $800/month I expect a little more.

Palm Court Apartments
These apartments are nice but the management staff will stick you for a deposit equal to one month´s rent and deposits on every other amenity the apartments offer. Covered parking is available if you like walking 500 feet from your assigned space. All in all they are just ok, a little pricey for the location.

DON´T LISTEN TO PAST REVIEW!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!NOTIICE!!!!!!!!!!!11

There is absolutely nothing wrong with these apartments. I have no idea what that person was talking about that they charge a full months rent for a deposit. Rent is 778.50 for a 2bed 2bath, and we paid 350.000 to move in, deposit, and all the utilities, and cable internet, phne all together. This is a very quiet community, and if you know how apartment living is, you will realize that this apartment community is a great place to live for the price.!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
This apartment looks nice ont the outside but do not let that fool you. When we moved in there was paint everywhere and most of the phone jacks, major appliances, and fans did not work. There are unsupervised, out-of-control children that make unbelieveable amounts of noise and leave the planters and the property looking like a trailer park. They run you down with their scooters and big wheels and play on the stairways- I live on the second floor and many times have had a hard time getting to my apartment past these rag tag kids- even though they all live on the bottom floor. The management refuses to do anything about the situation unless something happens during office hours where you can call them and they can personally see the incidents as they happen- now how often will they happen to be there right at the exact moment? Never. There is crayon all over the side walk and juice boxes and water balloons everywhere- the kids don´t clean it up, the parents don´t even bother to come outside, and the maintainence man doesn´t have time to keep things nice because there is only ONE for… See More>2/4/2019

Palm Court is a great place to live. It is a quiet neighborhood with a great staff that cares about taking care of the community and screening tenants.
