City Lights' maintenance service is perfect, as is everyone in the sales office and at corporate. The location cant be topped. It is convenient to everything. Both the insides of the apartments, as well as the outside, have all been recently been upgraded. Beautiful!

We have loved living at City Lights for the past 4 years now. It's clean, staff is friendly, maintenance is incredibly helpful and on time, love the new amenities by the way! But over the course of the 4 years here, rent has increased too much. Although we would love to continue to stay, the only way we could is if rent decreased, and I have a feeling that may not be possible.

Overall, decent complex. I think i'm a bit picky so I wasn't as impressed with the quality. The leasing agents I interacted with were great, knowledgeable, and very friendly! It's a great environment and neighborhood very close to literally everything you'd need.

This place is significantly overpriced given the ongoing problems. Dog poop and plastic poop bags are left scattered everywhere on the walkways, lawns, and common areas—management does very little to enforce pet waste rules. The walls are extremely thin; you can hear every footstep, conversation, and door slam from neighboring units, including repeated loud stomping after I submitted a noise complaint. My car was broken into because the entry gate is unreliable and provides almost no real security, with management offering little effective oversight. Construction work is constant, creating disruptive noise nearly every day. Theft is a frequent issue—multiple residents have reported stolen e-bikes and similar incidents (recent Yelp reviews mention the same problems). Neighbors are often loud and inconsiderate at various hours. Overall, the property feels neglected and unsafe for the rent charged. Look elsewhere if you can.

I've lived at City Lights for over 10 years and have lived it. Due to my apartment being renovated I have to move to a different apartment. Hayley helped me find a great apartment in the same building I've been in since 2015. This is by far the nicest community I've ever lived in. The staff and maintenance are all amazing here, I highly recommend City Lights.

The renovated units are very nice and easy to maintain with enough upgrades. The site is easy to look for the exact floor plan and unit. Having dedicated covered parking in the garage is nice, but can be annoying living on a higher floor (some buildings/floors have fewer guest spots so the garage may fill up quickly with second cars). The move in process was easy. All staff (office, maintenance, etc) have been wonderful and responsive to concerns or questions.

Absolutely love City Lights Drive; it's a gorgeous resort looking community in a safe area with lots of surrounding stores and ammenities. The pools are amazing and I LOVE using the gym, I actually cancelled my regular membership to the gym because this one meets all my needs.

This has been a quiet community to live in. I enjoy the tranquility of the water features I can hear and see on my balcony. It is clean and close to all of my favorite restaurants. I rarely hear my neighbors, including my upstairs neighbors.

Complex is a work in progress with most of the updates already taken places with a few items still being taken care of currently. Overall the community is mostly well behaved with a few bad apples (mostly irresponsible pet owners) that won't pick up after their now pets. Ive been here since 2021 and plan on staying as long as I can.

Citylight Town Centre is a fantastic community. The staff are professional and responsible, and the residents are very friendly. I've lived here for almost a year now, and I absolutely love our community. The location is great, very close to the Town Centre, so I can often walk to shop, dine, or meet up with friends. Oh, and there's a movie theater nearby, which is just amazing!

Cory Lights is a beautiful apartment complex with incredibly fantastic staff and team members, and lovely neighbors. This apartment complex is beautiful. Security is not so great and the fire alarms go off frequently at all hours of the night and day. The neighbors are generally very nice. However, that being said, it is a nice place to live.

Thank you so much! This apartment company is good! With a dining place and a swimming pool, this place is awesome especially the hot tub. The people here have good manners. Except sometimes there are too many fruit flies and fire alarms. But other wise it's good.

City Lights is a beautiful place to live. The only complaint we all have at home Is the constant alarms going off on the hallways. At any time of the day and night interrupting our sleep badly and the lack of security on parking buildings specially on last floors where cars have been broken into and stolen too.

City Lights Apartments in Aliso Viejo a beautiful community. The main pool area feels like being at a resort because of its aesthetic. The gym is also very nice. We appreciate our light, bright, apartment. The staff are very courteous and communicate well about any work being done on the community. It is relatively quiet for as many people who live here.
