You get what you pay for, single panel windows, mold, ancient cooling equipment. The office staff are really nice people. There is a tendency from the modern generation to do as little as possible and play on their phone all day.

Overall good! Really no complaints. Not much noise, Pretty friendly pet owners just wish they kept the dog park area more tidy after usage in respect for neighbors who live around the park area! Nice upkeep of property

The grounds are taken care of, and the appearance is fine. The security is helpful and respectful of the caller and surrounding neighbors. Schools and parks are nearby; there is a bus stop right outside the complex. Maintenance is mostly helpful, but it took 4 months to get closet doors ordered and replaced. I'm also still waiting, and I have made multiple requests, for my patio boards to be replaced, as the previous tenant left fire damage, and there is a safety concern for my family - because this is an upstairs unit.

This apartment complex is safe and quiet. The staff in the front office are efficient and quick. I moved here from a different state and had not been here to look at the place before moving in. The staff was great and made my transition very seamless.

Amazing with the maintenance and great customer service at the office. I have just moved in about 3 weeks appears very safe and nice area. No complaints. The office staff are quick to help and the maintenance is amazing.

Been here about 5 months and very happy with staff/maintenance. The property is big but lots of trees and quiet. The indoor washer dryer units are in the kitchen and full sized. I wish there were more handicap curbs to buildings, but thats okay.

Nice apartments, quiet and very quick maintenance team. Office is kind and helpful with any requests. If I have any problem it can be quickly fixed most of the time within a few hours. Usually have to clean after maintenance fixes anything but overall good experience.

It's a quiet place with great staff and reasonable price. I am enjoying my time here so far with my kindergarten age son. Not the largest units fpr the price yet the location and accessibility to the things we need are great.

Property management staff is great. I would say they need to upgrade the windows to help with the cold weather. I would also say they need to upgrade some of their appliances. It is a pretty quiet property.

Don't rent here. Screening process is way too long to approve. They need to hold themselves to the same high standards that they do us. They are so poorly maintained. Even when they are made aware of problems with unit it's not corrected.

So far so good. I would like to see landscaping and prompt removal of junk and garbage like beds, furniture and supplies removed from the property. The property for the most part is fine as far as noise. I wish my upstairs neighbors kids did not run around like elephants or walk super hard, but it's the pros and cons of living above someone.

Great place to live very quite and family oriented. Close to the freeway. Close to safeway walmart and Costco. Close to the post office. Close to jiffy lube and petsmart. Maintenance staff is awesome and very nice

It's okay. The apartment is old but have the necessary amenities you need like a full washer and dryer. The staff is okay but maintenance responds quickly when you need something fix. The location is ideal.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The amenities are nice, and the package lockers are really convenient and safe. Conveniently located and well-maintained grounds. I think it could be improved with a free community table, as a lot of good used items get left near the dumpsters that I think could be put on a designated table instead.

Love it!!

Pros: responsive and approachable staff and maintenance, only need to request less than 5 times a year for maintenance issues, convienent location near freeways and shopping centers, minimal to no homeless because we are by business areas, modern upgrade interior design (kitchen/bathroom cabinet, table tops), spacious kitchen, functional and full size washer and dryer in unit, SMOKE FREE, plenty of storage space (I didn't use them all which is a good problem to have), 80% quiet location the 10% maybe from neighbors disbuting or loud music playing during day time, residential family friendly events (pizza day, food trucks visiting, pool parties, patio decor contest, and more!), super pet friendly (the office cheered and congratulated me when I announced my first pet ownership). Cons: exterior design of apartment can use some new refreshed paint or paint different colors to brighten up the area, patio fences needs new wood bc of wood rot, no air conditioning in gym area because it can get stuffy inside, not enough guest parking, trash areas can get cluttered with residents throwing away large furniture that probably shouldn't be there. Overall, there is more pros than cons and would love to stay as long as I can unless rent goes beyond my budget and/or no change to exterior design.

Fix up the property not worth 2300 a month on any bedroom size. You have the money to do so, so I do not see why not putting hardwood floors, granite countertops, providing more storage, fixing the laundry room, is a big deal to up keep? Also fixing the wood root in the buildings would be nice. To much to ask for? With this company yes!

I really enjoy living here. The area is very quiet and clean. The trees provide plenty of shade and breeze. There's enough parking so it isnt really ever an issue trying to find a space. Dog friendly as well!
