I just moved out and I'm sooo glad I did. Management is the WORST here!!! They need to get their act together. They are incompetent and incapable of running this complex. They will assign you the wrong parking space. It takes forever for maintenance to show up. There are stray cats everywhere. Cat poop on the grass...and you will smell it too. Gross!! I stepped on it once and it ruined my shoes. I was so pissed. Don't fall into the trap and become enticed by the cheap --- rent. It has become really ------ now. I hear people talking loudly late at night. The staff are low quality employees that are not there to help you. I have never had such a horrible experience like this before. Don't bother looking at this place. You will be wasting your time. If I could give this apartment a zero rating, I would.

    Lets tell a story. I was locked out on my patio the other night, cats were wrestling around and ended up hitting the foot latch inside the door. Immediately we start to freak out as we don't have our keys, it was cold, the cellphone we did have was nearly dead, and it was about 1:30 in the morning. Called emergency maintanence for assistance, the dispatcher said she'd have someone by soon. 30 minutes later i call, she states she has called the Manager ------- (Who is not the manager, but is acting manager since the real one ---------------------), and that she would be trying to get ahold of someone to unlock the door. 40 minutes later i call again and ask what is going on. Apparently the fact that my husband and i are locked out with no food, no water, no way to use the restroom, nothing to keep us warm in the cold weather is not emergency. We ended up STUCK OUTSIDE FOR 9 HOURS. Luckily our neighbor was able to throw over blankets and pillows, an air mattress, some water, chips so we can at least sleep in something other than our lawn chairs. The next morning at about 9:45, my neighbor heard someone from maint. cleaning up around our apt. She started telling him what happened and he said "No one has called or told anyone about this." I cannot believe someone would be okay with themselves letting two human beings suffer in the cold with no food, no water, no warmth, for such a long period of time. It is cruel and unusual.

      A honest review...DO NOT MOVE HERE

      I have lived in these apts for around 3 years and things have went from ok to horrible. The moment I moved in things were not right but I try to be low maintainence and I stuck with this place for far too long. Here is the brief run down..the move in specials are inticing along with the washer/dryer in the apt but what they do not tell you is the condition of YOUR apt. Sure they will show you a nice model apt and then stick you in one that has old 70's woodgrain appliances and a halfa$$ job on everything in sight. The riff raff that come through these apts are scumbags that make you feel uncomfortable for walking in YOUR complex. These little wanna be thugs hang around the pool selling drugs and pimping out little girls letting them go in and out of the pool restrooms with different guys. OH and wait til summer hits, ALL of the lovely section 8 folks from around the bend come take over the pools so you can cross that off the "amenity" list. The management is nice at first but that changes the moment you move in, actually you would be lucky to keep up with who is the manager because they change so often. If something breaks or lets say a huge MOLD issue like I had you will be lucky to get them in there "whenever they can" because that is the attitude they give when you call in something. Or they lie and say they will get to it that day and you wait a week or two. Overall this place is not good for anyone young, old, or in between. I work in customer service and I know how to thoroughly review someones preformance and this place is a 2 on a scale to 10.

        Dont do it!

        they might look nice, but a lot of negative people live here. I dont even let my kids go to the pool because it seems like everytime we go there people are smoking marijuana. A lot of theft. Not a good place at all. I cant wait to move out!!!!!

          WHY DON'T THEY CARE

          MY BOYFRIEND AND I MOVED IN HERE AT ZINVINDALE VILLAGE 3 1/2 MONTHS AGO AND RIGHT AFTER WE MOVED IN MY SON HIS GIRLFRIEND AND MY BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTER ALSO MOVED IN A FEW APTS.DOWN. ALL OF US THINKING THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A GOOD MOVE FOR ALL OF US.AND THEN !!!!!!! WE HAVE A 1 BEDROOM AND ALSO PAY FOR 2 GARAGES ONE AT THE FAR END AND THE OTHER ON THE OTHER END. GO FIGURE! ANYWAYS THEY SHOWED US A MODEL HOME NOT THE APT. THAT WE WOULD BE RENTTING. AND THE LOOK OF THERE WAS NICE, BUT NOT OUR APT. THE CARPET WAS NASTY. THERE WAS CAT LITTER AND CAT FOOD ALL AROUND THE EDGES OF THE WALL EVERYWHERE THE CARPET TOUCHED AND ALL OVER IN THE CLOSET. WE DONT EVEN OWN A CAT. MANAGEMENTS RESPONCE TO THAT WAS YEA WE PUT DOWN IN YOUR FILE THAT YOU ARE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONCABLE FOR THE CARPET.CAUSE THE CARPET ALSO HAS STAINS AND BURN MARKS ALL OVER BUT WE STILL HAVE TO LIVE AND LOOK AT THE ---- ALL OVER THE CARPET DAILY. THE OUTSIDE STORAGE CLOSET OUT ON PADIO HAS SO MUCH ROTT THAT 2 OUT OF 3 OF THE DOOR HINGES ARE NO LONGER ATTACHED, AND THEY TOLD US THAT THE DOOR WAS A SPECIAL ORDER AND THAT THEY WOULD ORDER US ONE AND HAVE IT REPLACED. WELL HERE WE ARE 3 IN A 1/2 MONTHS LATER STILL NO DOOR AND TWO DAYS AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD OREDER THE DOOR THE MAINTAINACE GUY TOLD US THE DOOR CAME IN AND THAT THEY WOULD BE OVER TO REPLACE IT.BUT NO ONE SHOWED. NOW THE DOOR IS NO LONGER EVEN ON CAUSE THE HOLE DAM THING FELL OFF A FEW WEEKS AGO WHEN WE TRYED TO OPEN IT. AND BECAUSE OF THAT 5 NIGHTS AGO WHILE WE WERE AT WORK SOME ONE MUST OF SEEN THAT THE DOOR WAS MISSING AND DECIDED TO HELP THEMSSELVES TO MY LITTLE GIRL BIKE THAT WE INSIDE IT. THEY STOLED A 4 YR OLDS BIKE. I MEAN COME ON WHAT KIND OF ---- IS THAT. AND EVER SINCE WE HAVE BEEN HERE EVERYNIGHT AFTER THE SPRINKLERS HAVE COME ON 2 OR 3 TIME THIS LARGE 1 1/2" TO 2"S OF WATER ACCUMULATES RIGHT THE SIDE WALK IN FRONT OF OUR APT. AND I HAVE EXPRESS TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAMS ABOUT THE WATER RIGHT AFTER MY LITTLE GIRL TOOK A DIGGER RIGHT ON HER BUT TRYING TO JUMP OVER IT TO KEEP HER SHOES FROM GETTING WET. BECAUSE HERE IT IS A 50 TO 50 HIT AND MISS TO WALK ON THE GRASS AND NOT STEP IN A PILE OF DOG POOP. AND WERE ALWAYS TELLING MT LIL ONE NOT TO WALK ON THE GRASS CAUSE WE DON T WANT HER STEPPING IN S#%$. I'VE BEEN TO THE OFFICE TWICE NOW ABOUT IT AND STILL NOTHING DONE. SO TODAY AT 3:30 IM TAKING MY BOYFRIEND TO A SPECIALIST CAUSE LAST NIGHT WHILE TRYING TO GET OVER THE FLOOD OF WATER ON THE SIDE WALK HE TOOK A NASTY FALL. AND THIS MORING WHEN HE WOKE UP HIS HOLE LOWER HALF OF HIS BACK AND HIS UPPER LEGS ARE SO STIFF AND SORE HE CANT EVEN GET UP OUT OF BED. WHICH ITS A SURPRISE SINCE ONE OGF THE GARAGES THAT WE RENT HERE FILLS UP WITH WATER EVERYTIME IT RAINS. AND THE SNAIL THAT ACCUMMULATE ALL OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE WALLS ARE THE SIZE OF GULF BALLS. THIS PLACE SUCKS, I'M SORRY. AND THERE IS STILL SO MUCH MORE TO TELL BUT I HAVE TO GET MY BOYFRIEND TO THE DOCTORS. THANKS ZINVINDAL

            Cheap rent, but there is crime and no police around.

            On the plus side the rent is cheap and the ammenities are ok (pool & spa, tiny gym) however there is crime & my car was broken into twice & the staff did almost nothing about it. The first time I left the car door open and they took the battery and some fuses, I chalked that up to being my faullt for leaving the door unlocked. The second time they cut a huge hole in my ragtop and unlocked it from the inside. The theif took everything in the car (even worthless junk) then went thru the glove box and made a mess. But the worst was that they cut out the electric motor for the convertable top, and they didnt even take it, they just left it outside the car. Senseless crime. Do your self a favor and pay the extra 50-100 bucks to live in one of the nearby complexes that are a bit nicer.

            Crap Hole...

            Let me start by saying the one good thing about the place....the maintenance staff. Those guys are GREAT! They honestly have been the best part of living here. Not only are they quick to respond to issues but they really look out for the well being of the residents and their property the best they can, even in their off time. They can't prevent a whole lot in their job capacity but they at least try to go the extra mile for you whenever they can. Now, with that said, my car has been broken into twice, my husband's once plus his car was hit by a drunk driver overnight while it was parked in our covered parking space here. Our garage, along with about 10 others got broken into one night as well and they stole motorcycle helmets, tools, and other very expensive stuff. We had the normal lock on the door plus an extra lock that we added and they popped out the main lock and then cut ours. They did that with all the garages in a row along the back of the complex. A lot of the people that live here are just rude in the terms of they don't pick up after their dogs or keep them on leashes. There is trash everywhere. I currently have an innertube in a tree outside my apartment along with the ground being littered with cigarette butts, buckets, shoes, clothes, trash, and anything else imaginable. I deal with noisy neighbors. They're up at all hours of the day and night banging on doors and windows. Kids run wild thru here at all hours and the privacy wall does no good because kids from the next subdivision jump over it and come here too and they're all a bunch of little punks and delinquents which the cops have dealt with on more than one occasion. The have broken out the lamps on the walk ways so many times that the management doesn't even bother to replace them anymore, the pools are filled with trash most of the time and it's a constant struggle for maintenace to keep them clean because they use them for a dump and think it's funny. The cops are always here for something. Twice this week alone they've been to my building for people fighting. We've complained to management but they don't do anything about it. But then again, considering that management company has changed 3 times since I've lived here, ya can't expect much. Dumpster divers are a huge problem. Every night they come thru and you have to listen to the banging and rattling of them gathering their goods. It's not illegal but a huge annoyance when they do it in the wee hours of the morning. Stray cats are another problem. They're everywhere and into everything. You can't walk two steps without a feral cat coming out of somewhere and hissing at you. Not to mention they use the kids playground as a litter box. If you have kids, watch out if you go to the swings because you're kids are sure to step, fall, or play in cat poo. The rent here is cheap for a reason!! I'm so glad my lease is almost up and I plan to be out of here by summer's end.

              Great Place to Live

              I have lived here for about a year and I am getting ready to relocateto another area for my job. If I didn't have to move out I would resign a lease for another year. I have had a great experience here, the staff is very friendly and addresses all my work orders the same day most of the time. If I get the chance to move back to this area I would move here in a New York Minute!

                Formerly New Tenant Moving Out

                So I've lived here since 2009 (2009-2011 regardless of what the sites says), and here's what I have to offer: - Rent is actually kind of expensive compared to other areas. $750 for a 1b1ba and $840 for 2b2ba. - Our car was broken into and stolen within a 6 month period -- however, shame on us for parking next to the apartment complex with Section 8 housing (Chesapeake Commons). Also note that our car tops the list for most commonly stolen. Our other car, parked towards middle of the apartments at all time, has *never* had an issue. - The maintenance is great. They're on time about everything and get the issue fixed. - Walls are not thin! Can't hear our neighbors and hopefully they can't hear us. - Exercise room sometimes needs fixing, though it's very small most of the machines are working at any one time. - Haven't had issue with management before. At one point they stopped taking packages, but recently it looks like they're holding packages if you're not present. - MANY kids. I come across a few different kids every day and there's a playground available for them towards the middle of the complex. This side of Rancho Cordova is nice, and gets nicer once you go towards the houses towards Lowe's and past CVS. However, there is still crime that spills over from the other side of the highway and we've seen quite a few people being arrested. I would also warn that if you don't like the sounds of helicopters and planes (as it IS a former AFB and many planes/helis/random unmarked blackhawk still use the runway) then don't live in the Rancho Cordova area. Upside is that you live literally at the VA if you're a veteran and it's within walking distance. Parking there sucks so you definitely want to walk.

                  Awesome community

                  The management team here is awesome especially the mananger. My move was very nice and easy. The management there worked with me. I requested a new mirror put into my bathroom and within days of moving in, I received a confirmation that it was ordered for me without any hassles. You never have to worry about parking, and lots of families live there verses single LOUD people. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

                    Awesome Apartments, Great Staff, Cheap Prices.

                    I stayed at the apartments from Sep 2007, up to July of 2008. We only had one maintenance issue, and it was fixed before we got home from work the same day we reported it. The staff is very, very, very friendly and courteous. This has been by far the best renting experience I have had. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking in the Sacramento Area to choose Zinfandel Village. By far the were better than any other apartments we looked at. Thank you so much Nita.                       Live Here-Staying Here

                      I have lived at this apartment for a few years. Before that I lived at some other places that were awful. I have really liked living here. I get along pretty well with my neighbors occasionally someone moves in that is not fun to deal with but they usually leave pretty quickly. I have made some pretty good friends since I moved in here. And if there are every any problems that I can not take of myself I have always received help from the staff at the apartment. I also get along well with the head maintenance guy John. He is always cool do deal with at helps out the best he can when something comes up. If you are looking for a place that has a lot to offer and won t kill your wallet then I think that you would be happy at this complex.

                        Horrible, unsafe too

                        My living there years ago I thought was done when I left, but I just recently got a letter in the mail saying that they had a break in and some files were missing and in those files were my personal information! WTF!!!!! I lived there almost 5 years ago, Why is my personal informations till in an office that could be broken into?!?! Not only was the management dumb and rude and the property was very unsafe and noisy, but now almost 5 years later they still ahve my info there and it gets stolen. I wasn't even going to write a review about them, dispite how bad my experience was, but after getting that letter I'm SOOOOOO FURIOUS!!!!!! Don't move there, what ever you do, it's not worth it. Now I have to put a fraud report out to the credit buerus and keep a super close eye on my credit. They didn't even offer to cover the cost of credit moniting, but I've filed a complain with fair housing and they are working in contacting the company and requiring they to pay for the service to watch my credit. Be careful also cause it may look like a decent area, but it's surrounded by trashy areas and the crime rate is way high there.

                          disappointing...

                          As far as the apartment itself goes, this place isn't that bad. It is nice to have included washer and dryer units in the apartment, and the rooms aren't too tiny. But as far as management goes, it's the worst I've ever dealt with. For awhile in 2006 there was a new person in the office every time you went in. Now, it is run by a bunch of untrained people with attitude problems. They have no idea what they are doing, and they aren't concerned at all with informing their tenants of different maintenance issues or important police issues. No matter what the issue is that you are seeing them about, they are automatically defensive and rude. There have been multiple rape and sexual assault cases and there is absolutely NO security whatsoever. The pool is never locked up at night and can be visited from nearly anyone who walks by on the street and feels like a swim. The maintenance guys are pretty painless to deal with but usually can't fix something correctly the first time. There are about half as many parking spaces as there needs to be, most of the sidewalk lamps are burnt out so the place is pitch black at night. If you have unbearably noisy neighbors they won't do a thing about it, no matter how many different tenants complain. Broken glass out by the pool almost every morning in the summer from the people partying every night that probably don't even live here. Oh, and when you move, if you leave your apartment even cleaner than when you got it, you'll still get about a third of your deposit back with a bunch of things listed that were on the original walk-through papers. Non-negotiable. I've found the area to be pretty average. I've heard the crime is enormous here, which I wouldn't argue, but I personally haven't had any extremely negative experiences with the area. But if you want to go for a jog you should probably reconsider. Close to the freeway which is nice.

                            Great apts in 2001

                            My wife and I lived in an upstairs apartment from 2001-2002. We did not have any major problems. Maintenace was slow to respond and usually didn't do the job right requiring them to return again. The walls are very thin. The biggest problem was the return of the deposit. We are very clean and left the apartment in better condition than when we moved in. I even steam cleaned the carpets myself. The manager decided to withhold half of the deposit citing new "damage" to kitchen drawers and marks on the wall that were all pre-existing. I checked my copy of the walk-through inspection sheet and found the manager had added the allegedly damaged items on her copy *after* I moved out. I sued them in Small Claims Court and won. I highly suggest demanding a walk-through inspection with the manager before you move in and then again before you move out. Also take photos of the empty apartment before you move in so you have proof of any pre-existing damage in case the management tries to swindle you later. The complex was safe when we lived there but I've heard there is a lot of property crime in that area. Vehicle burglaries, vehicle theft, etc.

                              i hate these apts

                              where to should i start to rant & rave about how i hate these damn apts ? <br><br>anyone who wants a cheap low coast living life style in a quite area then this is for you but keep in mind they really do suck. the water leaks , power goes out if you have more then 3 lights on in the apts , there is no walk way lights or hardly any parking lights for your coverd parking. if you get lucky you will get slugs in your bath tub & also the ants well hell i spry & set traps & still get ants WTF ? <br><br>maybe it is because Rancho Cordova is a hell hole dunno but if this is what you are looking for then move in ;) <br><br>

                                a horror movie that's come to life

                                Zinfandel Village has to be the worst place that I have ever stayed at. on 12/20/2006 The Rancho Cordova Police Department cordoned off this apartment complex for 2 /1/2 hours on foot with weapons drawn looking for a suspect who had committed a crime on the premises. Management has tried to cover this up along with at least two other felonies that have occurred on the premise in the past 24 months.<br>After living here, I have witnessed drug deals, dumpster divers, pools that are never kept up, The manager of this complex has a bad reputation with other realty agents...very POOR social skills.. Do not move in under any circumstances..Make Sacrifices to live somewhere else...I could go on and on...but these people are not woth my time or yours for that matter.. For the truth Go to Rancho Cordova Police Department..and get the stats for yourself.

                                  DO NOT RENT HERE...EVER

                                  Shot at. Car Broken into. Car stolen. Apt. broken into, everything stolen. <br><br>My d/stairs neighbor shot a gun thru our floor, into my daughter's bedroom. So i demanded to be moved. Took 2 months. My car was broken into during that time... So I demanded a garage (which i was charged full price for)... <br><br>Once in the new apt. I noticed the garage didnt lock... so i told them specifically "if you cant fix this now, give me another garage.. my car is not safe (a show car, w/over 8grand invested in the stereo equipment alone)" They said they'd fix it. About a week later.. my car's gone. <br><br>Then a month later.. my apt was broken into.. and everything stolen. Then.. the management informed me my other car (my beater) wasnt registered (tags expired like.. a week prior) and I said, "hey it's not runnin, i'll have it towed out tomorrow" They said ok. I woke up, the next morning and they had towed it. Refuse to take responsibility for ANTHING that happened.<br><br>Management is bad. Maintenence is bad. Apts are torn up. Bad neighborhood

                                    Very bad management

                                    Management will always try to find a way to blame you for your problems, or they will minimize a problem, or their attitude will be "prove it."<br><br>While I lived here, there was basically a series of managers, all of whom were either incompetent or seemingly trained to be as unresponsive as possible in terms of affecting a solution.<br><br>The first week we moved in we had a problem with the dishwasher in that it didn't clean the dishes well at all. Response from management was to instruct us as to how to use a dishwasher. UNBELIEVABLE!<br><br>Also, while moving in, the garage we had also rented was dirty and had items in it. We hired movers, and they were being paid while I, the maintenance man, and the hourly paid movers moved the items out of the garage into another location. The maintenance man then did a quick and not too good of a job in terms of cleaning it. The management's response was to ask, "can you prove it?" The maintenance man apparently was never questioned about this.<br><br>Bad management, do not live here!!!

                                      The ammenities aren't too new and the bathroom is small but the community is quiet, comfortable and afordable. I lived there for over a year and never had any problems except for ants in the winter and they took care of it fast.

                                        me and my b/f been living upstair for 6 month i was hesitant before because of all the negative feedback,about the loud noise,rude staff, and car's being breaked in and i have a really nice car bling' bling lol but i needed a place ASAP the house i was renting was sold i was tired of paying 1,700 rent and needed to save money. i decided to move in because me and my b/f work just don't the street.i highly reccommend paying the extra buck and getting a garage the apt next door reserve was charging $900 for a 1 bdrm $90 w/ garage me and my b/f got 2 garage for $75 each and are $745 rent and it still didn't add up to $900 dollar reserve was charging w/o a garage.the maintain guy john is a super nice guy hes always in a good mood,he came and told us that one of are garage was left open and my b/f bike and car was in the garage w/ the window rolled dwn.and it was late ater 9pm,as for the staff you well get no where with them if your a push over. you have to demand them to take care of w/e u called in for.because by law they have 72 hours to fix your appliance..the apt is really outdated it's really old i had alot of problem with my washer they had it replaced w/another antique washer and i still had the same problem...the carpet is disgusting there were stain that came up a few day after i moved in.i had to steam clean my own carpet because there steam cleaner didn't show any improvement,i'll hear occasional noise but it's never that bad, i live up stair so the first floor prob got it worse beacause we get a dirty look every morning and half of the time we aren't hm where always away on business...overall it's not that bad you get what you paid for just live upstair and get a garage and don't let the staff push you around because after some yelling and sreaming there pretty nice and apologetic-

                                          Not bad apt, but poor area and undesirable neighbours

                                          I lived here for 6 months last year while we were in a transition phase and buying a house. We didn't like Rancho too much, but we figured since it was temporary and my husband worked literally down the road, it would be good for now and we could save on commuting costs. <br><br>I had some issues with moving in, the staff can jerk you around a bit if you don't let them know you won't put up with it. After that, they are really nice. The manager is ALWAYS lovely. For example, did you know that by California law they have 72 hours to process your application? I had one girl tell me they had to check my "foriegn credit" because I'm foreign. I informed her I've lived here for several years and i have sparkling AMERICAN credit that I would appreciate if she would just kindly run for me already.<br><br>The maintenence guys are really nice too.. the pool & spa is HIDEOUS. It's constantly taped off saying that it is hazardous to your health. The free tanning is nice.<br><br>At night, there are constanlty unsavoury characters wandering around. I have a nice car and it was never broken into, but then I never ever left anything in my car to tempt anyone and I just have standard wheels... no bling, lol. <br><br>THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!!! YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!!!! IT'S SO ANNOYING!!!<br><br>I can't imagine living on the 1st floor. I lived in a 2nd floor apartment. My neighbour below would grumble and ask if we were moving furniture at 3am. I didn't know what to tell him because I was asleep at tht time - unless he heard someone taking a leak! Who the hell knows? PAPER THIN. Horrible. And unless my TV or music were on, I would hear the people's coversations in th apartment next door!!!<br><br>The kitchen and bathroom and everything is pretty old and rickety. The place really needs to be updated. The linoleum is stained. I think they need to tear it all out and put in new stuff, frankly. <br><br>Overall, if you can afford to live elsewhere, then it's definitely worth skipping this place. It's not the greatest and barely scrapes by as satisfactory.

                                            worst apartment ever. Wouldnt let me dog live here

                                            We had to find a place to live fast. (We were living at my fathers house until his estate closed when it did we had to move) When we looked at the apt when we were looking everything looked fine. <br>When we did our walk thru the carpet was still wet. Didnt think anything about it. A few days later all the stains came threw. It looked horrible. THe carpet around the entry way and leading into the kitchen was so dirty. I called the office and they said they would clean it again. SO they did same thing when it dryed all the spots showed threw again. I called and told the manager she wouldnt even come over and look at it. SO i wrote them a list of all the spots and gave it to them. I wont be held resonsable for this. Also the bathroom in the master bedroom had mold all over the fan and vent I told them they said they would fix it. ALso the bathroom smelled so horrible of cigerate smoke that we couldnt use it. I bought smokers candles cleaned it. My husband nor I smoke. Nothing worked, they sent the maintance guy to paint it with a special deortorizer in it. He only painted the ceiling. In the process painting over the mold. <br>Also the linen closet in the 2nd bedroom smelled horrible. I didnt notice it at first. Until I went to take a shower and my towel smelled so bad. I sprayed a wholecan of lysol still smelled. THen wiped it out with pinesol still smelled but a little better. <br>Our toilet wasnt attached properly so it rocked. THey said they fixed it 3 times. Each time no. <br>In 6 month living here my car has been broken into 3 times. THey dont want to hear it. I didnt know that this was a low income complex. I dont have anything against it but that means not everyone works. Or very little. So they see nothing wrong with parting all hours and being loud. THe walls are so thin I hear all my neighbors. It sucks<br>The parking is so horrible. Pool is reallly discugsting. We are moving this month our lease it up. There was several times that I really considered breaking my lease and just paying.<br>Be ware its not what it looks like.

                                              I lived there for only 20 days and they charged me about $120 for cleaning the apartment. They will never return ur complete security deposit.

                                                DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

                                                This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, the maintenence never fixes anything. So it is no use in calling them anyway. I just heard last nite that my downstairs neighbors car has been broken into twice, and he heard someone else's car being broken into one nite. I felt safe here. There are stains that came up in my carpet after I moved in that I didn't make. Everything is out dated, all of the appliances are older than I am and I'm 26. There is a funky smell in my apartment, I don't know what it is. I think its in the walls. I wish I hadn't signed a 1 year lease because I would have been out of here by now. My parking space is on the opposite side of my building from where I live, which really makes sense. And they can't do anything about that. Once it started raining I started parking in an open spot next to my place, so I didn't have to treck through the MUDD. My reccomendation to anyone, do not move in here!!!!!!
