The apartment I moved into had bed bugs and carpet beetles. On the bright side, the management is very friendly and seems to be responsive to most of my questions and concerns. Maintenance is prompt - however I've now had the same issue looked at 3 times and it has not been resolved. Very disappointing. I like the size of the apartment, the community.

I just moved in three days ago. It's too early to give a review. I will say the office staff have been pleasant to talk to and their move in process was very efficient, user friendly, and fast. The apartment unit is in fair condition. It was given to us in really clean condition. I can't wait to see how I like living here in a few months!

Zinfandel Village Apartments offers great amenities both inside and outside of the apartment home: extra storage, full size washer and dryer, central air, pools, hot tubs, gym, tanning, clubhouse, concierge services, playground, dog park, etc. The community is verdant, usually quiet and peaceful, and conveniently located. Overall, a very nice place to live

This is the finest apartment community I have ever resided in and the only one I have ever called home. I especially appreciate the ability to pay rent and apartment provided utilities on-line and also to submit maintenance requests on-line. Maintenance requests are performed timely and well. The floor plan and décor of the apartment are exceptional. I especially enjoy the full size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen and not having to walk to a laundry room with bundles of quarters. One final note, this complex has garages for an extra rent of $95/month with remote access doors. I was fortunate enough to rent a garage and that is one large selling point.

This complex is quiet and the staff are friendly and get things fixed in a timely manner. Complex is close to parks, restaurants and freeway access without the freeway noise. staff does a great job of keeping the place looking good

The apartment complex and Stack are amazing. The price was one of the lowest in the area and you did not see any difference in what you got for a lower rate. I would highly recommend this property to anyone moving to the area.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The community is nicely landscaped with plants, large trees and green grass areas. The car wash area is not working but hope it will be up and running soon. Maintenance did come and fix the air conditioning unit, which wasn't working on the day I moved in.

My experience has been brief, since I just moved in Saturday and have been there only 3 days. The move in process was simple and easy, the front office staff made sure I was all set and offered great assistance with forms, utilities, and the whole move in process.

They are not that great, management won't fix anything, unless told to by state inspection, wash and dryers are super old, they won't repair or properly clean any carpets before you move in, even if you offer to pay, they tell you no, we have had many packages stolen by people working at front desk (where packages are dropped off)

There is a lot of homeless people going through the trash. My apartment was not all the way remodeled and there was alot of discrepancies. Also the deposit that I had to pay hurt my living statid. So far not the best startr.

The office staff always greets you with a smile and maintenance is prompt in servicing anything you need. There is ample guest parking and I've never had anyone park in my parking space! Landscaping is well maintained as is the rest of the community- common areas, pools, mailbox and parking area. It's a relatively quiet community, never had a problem with neighbors playing music too loud or too many guests just hanging around the property. Some of my favorite things include the appliances being newer, the large patios and decent outdoor storage areas, linen closet (so convenient, just wish it wasn't in the second bedroom) and having a washer/dryer in the unit has been a life saver since I have two kids (one human, one four leggged). I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a safe neighborhood.

New neighbors upstairs are very noisy overall community is getting better need a place to wash car that the hose works. Parking at times becomes a problem when someone parks in your spot. Recommendation is to paint the curb entry exit by pool red. It is hard to see getting out because of cars parked close to the entry

so far a good experience, regular apartment living, but the staff is nice and the neighborhood is nice. not a whole lot of noise besides the garbage trucks and I guess that's only a problem when your apartment is right by the garbage!

There were fleas in the apartment, pest control should have been done before my move in date. This was a nightmare to imagine that I am living with the fleas which came from dogs and cats. Pets should be banned in this community.

Apartment complex is close to shopping and dining, which makes is very convenient. The full-size washer and dryer in every unit is also a plus. A major downside is rent continuously going up every year, without owner making changes to apartments.

We moved in Zinfandel Village just after it was built in 1990 and have been in the same apartment ever since. Over the years Office Staff has come and gone, but the overall message was one of a "Community". Watching out for the neighbors and the property and reporting to the Office Staff if anything needed their attention. Living here we know the grounds and what is happening better than most. Team work to keep on top of potential problems and get things done in the most efficient manner possible. If all parties are aware then it limits those who would otherwise critize from the sidelines, so it takes the negative to a minimal. A non-functioning sprinkler head to a problem walk way they can be dealt with faster if reported by residents and not wait for a member of the staff to find it. Benefits all to work together as a community.
