The community is generally quiet and rhe campus is well maintained. Our neighborhood is fairly safe and the quick access to shopping and entertainment is very convenient. I moved here 7 years ago for close proximity to my work office. I've found a little jem of a community to enjoy, in the process.

So far everything is going okay, but there are so many little things that could have gone so better during the moving process. Make sure you ask all the questions you feel you need because they won't check in with you at all about anything.

I've lived here in my apartment for eleven years and because of the staff they've made apartment living tolerable. Apartment living wasn't my first choice but I needed to live close to a VA hospital. So being a mile away made it perfect for my needs.

I just moved in, but my experience at Zinfandel Village has been great so far. Everyone in the leasing office has been very kind and helpful. The other tenants are friendly and nice, but don't intrude on your business. My dog loves it here as well, lots of room and routes for walks.

I have lived here for 16+ years as was very close to my office. The front office staff and maintenance team are top notch. There have been a number of community upgrades over the years like new LED security lighting, repainting of exterior etc.

The common areas are well maintained and the management and maintenance staff are very responsive. The childrens playground is a great benefit for our family. There are a fair number of dog owners here. There is a small dog park but one area of opportunity is for people to pick up after their dogs.

My experience has been a very positive one! Management, Maintenance, and the landscapers ,that come once a week ,keep the property very clean! This has been my home ,a one bedroom apartment, for 14 years I have had no problems, feel safe, respected , and love the property with all the trees and it is pet friendly. I have had 2 dogs live with me and it's the Best. Thank you!

Overall safe community with minimal car break-in's(mostly on the street). Lawn and landscape maintenance is consistent and apartment staff are always readily available to help. It would be great if they didn't rent upstairs units to people with small children for the downstairs unit's sake.
