I have lived here for over 10 years. I have been fortunate enough to have a quiet- and friendly community of neighbors. I know not everyone on site has had this experience. Maintenanc here ( in my opinion ) is far superior here than at other complex's my friends live at.

Maintenance crew was prompt on maintenance requests. Staff in office had high turn over, not always in a good way. Staff doesn't seem professional nor courteous. I do like when property management engages via events, with residents.

I like being here it's very quiet and very convenient for me to work I haven't run across any problems with anyone on complex I am a vet and I have recommended this complex to three veterans two out of the three have moved into this complex

I wash having trouble with my washing machine not working. I put in a work order online through my resident portal account and maintenance came out and fixed my washing machine within 24 hours. The maintenance tech was great. He was really quick and efficient. My washing machine works perfectly now!

So so Staff in this apartments are really slow. They never answer in the office or maintenance. Takes so long to get to your apartments and fix the stuff. This property is the best move I have made. Neighbors are polite and not too noisy, staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The complex is in beautiful condition. Thank you Zinfandel Village! We will definitely be interested in signing another lease once our current one is at its end!

I enjoy living in the Zinfandel Village Apartments. The staff and residents are all friendly, polite, and respectful. The complex is well maintained, clean, and offers many amenities. I have never noticed any crime or disruptive occurrence on the premises. I feel comfortable and welcomed here. Additionally, I really enjoy it's location and the design of the interior of the apartments. Lastly, I love that there is a patio for my plants ??

Nice units a little bit older but everything is much well kept. My only complaint is that it requires quite a bit of preventative pests maintenance. That is the only complaint I have. Other than that the unit is very nice.

The grounds and units are well kept and the staff is friendly and professional. There is also a security service that patrols the community. The complex is pet friendly and offers stations for disposal of dog poop. Including providing the poop bags which makes it convenient for walking pets. The community also features a dog park.

The 50 freeway is near by apartment. And there are small mall and restaurants and gas station and grocery like safeway, Walmart also . There are elementary school,high school, too. I think it's convenient to live.

This property is clean and quiet. The entire staff from the front office to the maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. It is an older property but well maintained. Having 2 pools on the property is a plus so they are never over crowded and the Amazon hub is the best! No stolen packages!

Zinfandel Village gets it right. They have staff that is not swept up in whatever is going on externally, they seem focused on Zinfandel Village matters. The community was designed as a bunch of little houses. Washer/Dryer in unit. 1 car garages. As long as the rent prices stay reasonable, Zinfandel Village is the only choice for Rancho Cordova.

The rent fee is so expensive. Every year keep going escalate rent fee. But I know that all property is getting expensive. Could you please open the leasing office on very Sunday as last year? If so , many tenant would like it.

The property is outdated (both inside and out). There are often trash or unwanted items around the building and parking area. But overall, the management and maintenance staff were quick in responding to issues reported.

The units are a good size and it is very nice to have a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. One thing I wish they would do better at would be to stop people smoking from their patios. I have a floor unit and find cigarette everywhere. Overall I have enjoyed my time here and maintenance has been great at getting work orders done quickly.

I moved here from the Bay Area to this complex at one point, moved to Southern Cali for 20 years and when returning to this area, retuned to the same apartment complex, I would say that speaks volumes for this complex. I have found it to be in the perfect location to everything you need for convenience, entertainment and freeway access. I find it centered perfectly, great place to live, very kid and pet friendly. I am very satisfied to say I made and excellent choice twice.

Everyone is very nice. My apartment is very hot, (Top unit) it would help to have a rollable shade for the patio window and to save AC costs. I feel safe in my apartment. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Experience good with the complex but not happy about crime in neighborhood and the increase in crime. Since October 23 last year I came home to crime scene tape. Then No. 1 a man was shot several times near where I park my car.

In the time that I have lived here, I have found the complex well managed, and the office staff and maintenance staff courteous and professional. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Office staff were helpful and supportive when I have had questions or issues.

The staff and residents at zinfandel village are all wonderful. The staff are always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The grounds are kept well maintained and lovely and they even blow off the balcony if you ask them too.

The property management staff is polite and helpful. However, the maintenance staff leaves things to be desired. There is a bit of crime in this area (A shooting, apartment break-in, and drug deals witnessed in the course of 1 year living here). At least there is an offsite security that patrols the area. Sadly, swimming pool amenities are not very inviting as the central pool is in desperate need of renovations. The gardening and walk through spaces are well kept and peaceful for a relaxing walk. Overall, the experience living here is good. However, $2,155 seems about $200 too steep compared to other options of similar quality for a 2-bed 2-bath 980sqft apartment in Rancho Cordova.

finally got a new washer and dryer so i am happy the old ones were so noisy and washer did not spin right and dryer sounded like it was falling apart . but now its so much easier to do laundry so i am very happy

I have very good experience in my apartment call them and they will take care of the problem. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. The staff is very friendly. The area is always clean and safe is also say for kids they have a playground. Also, we have a doggie park, it's great I'm happy here
