Beautiful complex. I feel very safe. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this complex to my friends and family. The only draw back is not enough parking. Overall, I am very happy with my living situation.

When I started the process of looking for an apartment, I was nervous about going to a new place. When we started the process, the management was very kind and helped guide us through the process. They were always willing to answer any emailed I sent (which were a few haha), and when we got everything set up, they were thorough on everything. I've been enjoying it here so far after it being a couple weeks

The lease office was kept very nice and clean and felt very warm when entering the office and the staffs were super friendly and was greeted professionally. I enjoyed the Interaction with the staffs and the area is a great place to be at.

It is a quiet community apartments and love the full size washer and dryer and fiber optic internet connection too is great I have it for the past 2 years now the nice extra storage space and the water heater is outside of unit

The staff was very responsive and informative when we first called. They seemed to care about us as people rather than just potential tenants trying to find a new home. The staff continued to help us through the process and applying and kept calling to make sure that the whole process was easy.

They could have done a more thorough inspection. They do give you a week to notify them if anything was missed. Coming from a different state, I wish they would have shown me around the property. Instead they just give you a map. Moving your things are also very difficult since parking may not be close to your apartment. Overall the apartment was pretty clean.

I have been living here for over 6 months. No problems so far. Everyone is really friendly and very quiet. Office staff is very helpful and manteinance is always on point and time. Lots of extra parking space outside. Just love it here

Always courteous office staff. Maintenance crew is wonderful. The gated dog area needs to be cleaned up and having some grass in there would be nice for the dogs. I appreciate that there are doggie clean up bags provided to use. Just wish more people would actually use them

It is close to the hospital I work and the neighborhood is comforting and safe. Access to the mailbox and packages are secured. Disposal of recycled materials and waste was at good walking distance from the unit and they keep the waste area organized.

Nice and quite apartment. Management are really helpful and answer your questions right away. Service repair request are usually super fast. Either done on the day of the request or the next day. The community is pretty quite.

We are very happy here. This is our 3rd year. The community is quiet and close to everything without the busy city feel. They are quick to address issues within the community and fix anything that is broken or not working properly. They even will change your light bulbs.

It's super quiet and everyone is so friendly, I love the fact that there is a playground and everything is so close together. There's tons of options for parking and my parking spot is right by my door

It is pretty quiet and the community accepts pet and there is a full washer and dryer. The only complaint is the walls are a bit thin when u live downstairs. Perhaps the unit is old. Also wish there was an option to go with vinyl flooring instead of carpet.

From the leasing office to the maintenance team..these folks are awesome! Price of the space rented is affordable and location is also nice. Grounds are maintained well, although, trash is seen from time to time, but maintenance does a good job of clearing it. Some neighbors are awesome..some others not so much..normal apartment complex stuff

The community over all is good although people are stingy about free parking spots and never move their cars. This is really frustrating when coming home late from work and seeing that the same busted car hasn't moved all week!!

We love it here! The community has been very nice. Everyone in the office was so nice to talk to and very helpful! Zinfandel village has may it a wonderful first experience to renting our first apartment! And we truly appreciate all the help we have received. On move in day, they had everything ready for us and everything was done accordingly. Apartment felt new and clean as well! My husband and I couldn't be happier. We look forward to many more years here.

The 1970's called and want their apartment back! Very outdated, poorly maintained, poor repairs, no microwave oven included, uneven floors, bathtub installed poorly, closet doors are old and close uneven Overall property is below average for the amount of rent
