I found the process to be very convenient. The staff was very helpful in finding the right unit for my needs. The fitness center and Clubhouse and pool areas are very clean and well-maintained. And the apartment Landscaping is also very well maintained.

It is a large apartment community. Staff is kind and professional, the maintenance is expedient and professional. It is very quiet in the evening which is rare when there are more than 360 apartment homes. In the day you can expect to hear children laughing, playing and enjoying the playground and pool. There's also a mini dog park!

So far so good. However, you need promptly re- stuff supplies in gym including water and water cups. And the bathrooms in gym has been not allowed to use for too long time. This is urgent matter since I am using the in daily basis and it is right now very inconvenient

Had issues but most have been resolved. Security issues involving back wall are still ongoing issue. Lots of moisture and related problems like mossy walkways . Overall complex is decent and staff is prompt and friendly.

The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is very responsive to service requests. On a very stormy day, I put a work order in. The maintenance worker showed up within a couple of hours and took care of my problem.

We've been living at Zinfandel Village Apartments for 2 weeks & so far everything is good. The staff was so great from Day, very inviting & made Us feel at Home. Our 2 bed 2 Bath is the perfect Size for our Family. A couple cons are, of course, There is never any free parking (IF you have Guests) & the parking spots are very tight, I literally hit my door on the pole trying to get out. Other than that The Complex & Units are Great! Everyone pretty much minds their own business.

Clean and safe community in good neighborhood area. Staff members are very cooperative. Maintenance is quick and completed on time. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants, post office , school and many more as available within 2 miles. Large size washer dryer available inside the apartment units . To conclude, the community provides a very comfortable and quality lifestyle.

Heater started blowing cold air so I called main office requesting a repair order and they sent the after hours emergency repair staff who replaced the furnace circuit board and now it works fine. Fast response and repair time.

Living at Zinfandel Village has been great! All of the office staff are incredible and handle all questions/concern promptly and professionally. Maintenance staff is also fantastic and fix any problems quickly! The community is kept up nicely, and it is generally quiet. Would definitely recommend living here!

Lack of organization in remodeling of buildings. Example. Pressure of washing of buildings was scheduled during known water shut off for water system repair. Inconvenience to tenants to store patio in furniture in apartment for work that wasn't done. Parking is not monitored. Broken doors cars parked in free parking with cobwebs growing underneath. Parking is already limited. Why should we pay for jump yard parking?

It has been a very quiet community. My neighbors and staff have been very helpful. Not all appliances are up to day but kitchen was and that's a must! They gave me a bathroom with a mirror peeling and said they could not replace it. Bummer for $1200 a month. Overall I'm happy with my place though

There is a lot of vandalism to cars. To both me and my husband's cars and several neighbors that we have spoken to. Smoking tenants do not move far away enough from the buildings as they are supposed to do. And leave their butts all over the grounds.

Get ready to deal with bugs everywhere. The maintenance staff is nice and I know they are doing all they can. Theres a intense amount of cockroaches on site. It makes its uncomfortable to sleep because waking up with them on you multiple times isnt nice

iGood location. Near office, church, public transportation, shopping area, quite, lots of trees, friendly staffs, has inside laundry is a plus. The staff celebrate commons holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year, 4th of July etc. Recently a few months ago they gave away free breakfast on the way out. It was a surprise of just to thank you for being here.
