Management and maintenance are great! Always on top of their game and super fast response/repair! Neighborhood and neighbors are great too! Very Happy about the decision to move here. I feel safe, and at home here. Couldn't have picked a better complex

I have to say I was skeptical when I was apartment hunting because of some of the older reviews on here. I absolutely loved the staff which is why I ended up applying and giving it a chance. I worked with Patrece on my application and the manager made a point to come out and introduce herself to me the first time I visited before i applied which I thought was really great because you don't see that very often at a big complex like this one. They were the reason I decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad I did! They made the move in process so smooth, I have lived at other communities and it has never been so smooth! On my second day here I dropped a piece of jewelry down the sink and maintenance was there within an hour and got it out for me! So happy I gave this complex a chance because it has been a great experience so far.

Its a real nice place to live so far, we haven't been here that long. The staff is awesome, the neighbors seem nice. The only thing outside that bothers me is the dog droppings the owners don't pick up. I jus wish I didn't have to constantly watch where I'm walking.

It's a great community..I just being here for less than 30 day and I love it, safety is good..neighbors don't complaint about schools close to everything recommended this community to everyone. Great Weather is awesome and great restaurant and close to mayor cities.

When I first moved in, the office and maintenance staff were awesome. I have went through I beleive 4-5 new managers & new office/maintenance staff. I think there is one maintenance guy left from the original crew. I wish the original staff was still there, because it seems that no one cares about the apartment tenants, noise levels, garbage, lights out, mistakes in payments, etc. I see changes made to buildings, but those are surface changes. I'm not so sure I would recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I haven't been happy with the maintenance/ staff in office. First work order was to get refrigerator fixed. Maintenance guy completed the work order without doing anything. Was told by Manager that because it wasn't "Urgent" and fridge was working okay that there wasn't anything they could do. Fridge made a loud banging noise every 10 mins. Not something I can sleep through. Was told by property Manager that fridge would be replaced. The same maintenance guy came back the next day after I spoke with property manager, saying he doesn't have a fridge to replace the one in my unit. I told him he needs to talk to property manager because I was told it would be replaced. He continued to say that she didn't give him a replacement. Guy left and came back 15 mins later saying he is looking for fridge to replace mine with. He came back 1 hr later with fridge. Next maintenance request was regarding toilet, maintenance guy missed my appointment, call wasn't made until 3 hrs AFTER appointment was over. Call should have been made at least an hour before missed appointment.

I started leaving just one month back. As far as I liked much. and found this place very good. The condition of the apartments can be little better. Found the kitchen cabinets and shelfs little old and not in good condition The maintenance people are very good. They respond to our request very nicely and took action to fix those

My experience at this complex so far has been a positive one overall. Some of the neighbors are a little rowdy, but for the amenities and price, it's a good place to stay. My favorite feature is the full size washer and dryer in the apartment, which is very hard to find. And most of the staff is friendly and responsive, and will help you whenever they can. Plus, the apartments are very spacious.

I have lived here for going on 6 years and also years in the past. I think if they updated things inside the units they would be much nicer. Adding dual pane windows/sliders would be wonderful. The office and maintenance guys are good though!!

I enjoy living at Zinfandel Village. The staff is always curtious and the matienece people are quick! I've never had to wait more than two days to get somethng done. Some areas near by are a little sketchy, but the complex is very nice. I feel safe here.

I've lived at the Zinfandel Village apartments for over 4 years. I'm very please with the friendliness, and professionalism of the front office staff as well as the maintenance crew. I'm very glad I chose this apartments, and I can't imagine me living anywhere else.

I feel there have been a number of challenges this complex has faced(besides individual apartment unit), despite some improvements that have been done over the years(i.e., asphalt, wood deterioration, electrical lighting issues, etc.). Also hoping something can be done with the old laundry/therapy pool area in the rear area of the complex. It would be nice to have a clubhouse to rent for resident functions, just as Bishop's Court has with their Knight's Retreat clubhouse. Hoping these items can be addressed in the near future.

So far, so good. Staff is friendly and accommodating - has responded to all my inquiries very quickly. There is plenty of storage space in the closets, with an extra storage unit on the patio. Occasionally in the evenings we will hear the residents yelling to one another - which can be quite annoying, but it never goes on too late. It seems most of the residents work so night time noise on the week days has not been an issue.

my experience at Zinfandel Village apartments is somewhat amazing especially when it comes to providing maintenance service. The staff are very helpful explaining issues and other matters. however, I have not seen any newsletter explaining what is happening at the complex or in the neighborhood.

I love this place office's staff are the best.The new manger she is great.I gave the hole office staff toprating.the maintenance mans get there job done.five stars.they are a good team of pepole and they care about therependants.im glad I moved here

I love this place. I've been here since 2014 and everything is kept up really nice. I enjoy seeing the maintenance and peeps in the office, they know me by name and usually wave to me as I pass by. l love this place because you really feel the since of community which is AWESOME!!!

My apt is in a quite part of the section. Everyone i have met are nice. I have great neighbors.we have a problem with the first apt, the lady and her kids are so rude and loud mouths they hang clothes all over the patio all week?, and the kids break the fence every day going over it. I hate to say this but she's black and sets on the stairs. In very little cloths, its so nasty.

Community is very friendly. My unit is not good enough /not clean up/ It was not repair correctly. Still need lot of work to get it well condition. I would like to say as community this is very good but as a living standard i have doubt about this.

The staff is exceptional. All repairs are timely and professional. They arrive on time, they are polite and clean. The grounds have litter and unpicked up dog feces. Most people who live here are polite and quiet. I am unlucky to have the noisiest neighbors who think their lives are more important than anyone else's. They had burst water pipe but didn't report it, so my furniture and carpet were soaked. On a daily basis, The noise from my upstairs neighbor, from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m, jumping and screaming. If that could be solved, I would be a spokesperson for a wonderful place to live.

Overall the move in process went ok.The front desk specifically Janine everything we had an appointment she didn't have it down or wasn't prepared. On the walk through on my apartment was just messy, dirty and plain just not ready to move into. If it wasn't for specific people in the front desk ie. Lauren I probably would not of moved in.

I really enjoy living at the Zinfandel Village. They truly make this place feel like home. The lady in the front office Jeanene is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure the residents at the complex are well taking care of! Outstanding customer service. We need more people like her! I feel safe every time I come home at night. I would love to stay here for as long as I possibly can because I am comfortable with my neighborhood and the Zinfandel Village Team! Keep up the good work!

We love our new home. The apartment is spacious and the grounds are kept clean and in good condition. The move in process was fast and we were well informed of the communities amenities. Very satisfied with the community. Will recommend to others

excellent customer service the ladies in the office are very professional and made me feel special they work so hard to make us feel at home and honestly their welcoming made me decide to rent here , I stopped looking for a place with their hospitality when I actually moved in the apartment was more than expected it had new carpets new flooring and large bathrooms very nice kitchen too

I have lived here almost a year. I find that the staff will work with you on getting you moved in. I love the fact that if something wrong in my apt with in 24 hour maintance is in and they leave notes about the repair. It's very peaceful at night the they keep the area always clean. I would recommed any of my friends to live here. As big as they are i also like the fact that they have two pool's the gym is open 24 hour and they have neighood watch meeting ever month.

Great office staff! The girls are so friendly and on top of everything in the office. The pool is nice and quiet. Tanning bed and fitness center are convenient. Great location for freeway access. Night security staff is friendly and informative as well.
