Moved in over a week ago. Had to put in a maintenance request as soon as we moved in for a hole and leak in the bathroom and was very pleased with how fast they fixed it and how nice staff is. So far so good.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the grounds are beautifully kept. Parking here is not good, there's a waiting list to even get a garage, but the apartments are kept nice, maintenance staff is nice and the price is very good.

Ive lived here for 10 years never had any problems, the staff has been great. The office personel were prompt and helpful, and the two maitenance guys that came by to do the work were on time and professional , they noth wore masks, and completed three separate repairs right away and were dine in about an hour

I lived there for about 18 months. I asked for the water heater to be checked because the shower would run out of warm water after about 10 minutes. They said they fixed it, but the water still ran out at 10 minutes. Luke warm water the entire time I lived there. The sidewalks are covered with green mildew and leaves year round. The grass is non-existent in some areas due to constant dog pee. There is no noise buffer between floors, you can hear the 'activities' upstairs and the stomping is like a marching band of buffaloes. You can hear the upstairs people pee, and you know which person it is. Bring your own Roach traps. I had to. The hot tub is always full of kids, and is not a 'hot' tub. Apparently, they want it luke warm for the kids to play in. Pool parties are not monitored and blaring music was common. If you like to sleep, don't rent here. If you like warm showers, don't rent here. The staff was nice enough but most of them left within months of hire date.

This community has been great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative is the nearby neighborhood is a bit on the ------ side. I wish the back wall and area behind the garages was less accessible to people up to shady things. I have had to call the police a few times in the last 5 years and a couple years ago a neighbor's car was broken into via the back window. This kind of issue could happen anywhere though and when the apartment needed to get involved, they did.

First time for us to move to Rancho, and this apartment complex is the best deal for a medium income family. Very close to very many supermarkets (Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS) and also you will find Fedex and UPS. Restaurants are abundantly located close by the complex.

Generally, it has been a great experience. One bad neighbor during these years almost made me move, but upper management stepped in. If the pet waste and mailbox cans were emptied more often, walking my dogs would be more pleasant. The grounds definitely need help.

I've only lived here two weeks, but so far I've had a positive experience. The complex is quiet, has decent amenities, and is below average price for the area. Some minor negatives: the stove is electric rather than gas, and the floors are almost fully carpeted.

The community and location is great. It's the apartment itself that's not so great. Cabinets were in bad shape & still are. Outdated appliances at end of life. Terrible, scratched up linoleum. Over spray everywhere interior paint. Single pane, leaky windows. Mailbox cluster exterior lighting has never worked along with some of the carports. I clean my own gutters. On top of it all, I still get my rent raised every year with very little negotiable options.
