    only complaint would...

    only complaint would be trash not cleaned up on grounds and smell of multiple neighbors drug use is a constant issue.. but can't be controlled.

        I am disappointed in the fact that I have been living in an apartment that allows smoking for 2+ years and just received notice yesterday that they will no longer allow smoking inside the private units forcing me to move out when my current lease has expired (in 6 months).

          I think that this community...

          I think that this community could be very nice, but that there has not been very good management staff here for years. The people that are in management here are not management material.

              When I first arrived...

              When I first arrived to look around the apartment complex I found a homeless guy digging through the dumpster and I found that very off putting considering it was right next to the office. I thought the standards for the apartments were low but the price that was posted on the website was reasonable. After chatting with one of the very pleasant and helpful staff members I got a better feel of the area and felt better as she took everything I said into consideration and assured I would be satisfied. I was in a hurry to move due to the fact that I was from out of town and my new job was starting soon I needed a place to live so I went forth to applying and got approved quite easily and fast. The first apartment unit they assigned for me was nice from the outside I liked the area but the neighbors were my biggest concern they had a shoe rack outside their front door which can get annoying when I leave and come home and theres shoes everywhere (as per when I saw that there were not only shoes on the racks they were unorganized all over). They had trash stacked on top of each other which can attract cats and raccoons at night. That would be disgusting if I were to go outside and a raccoon or cat jumped on me ( things to consider when leaving trash outside where animals roam at night). Neighbors were inconsiderate of others which might cause conflict in the near future so I asked for another unit with neighbors who were more clean. Yet when I moved in the neighbor in another building were worst they alway blast their ---- music when coming and leaving the parking lot which is annoying. They smoke and drink in the parking lot and holler at girls ( my friends and myself) as they walk by which is ------ and unattractive. I can understand not every little thing can be perfect all the time but management needs to set higher standards for tenants living here. Make rules and follow through and when rules are not met by tenants penalize or fine them. As a tenant myself I pay rent and deserve some respect. Other tenants who are ignorant and inconsiderate of others should face consequences for being ----py tenants.

                  I rented an apartment...

                  I rented an apartment for my disabled sister maybe November 2011 and then I moved in a couple of months ago. I really like the new staff here. When I first rented I was very discouraged and began looking for a new place for my sister to live but then there was a turn over in office staffing which made such a difference that I too moved into a different unit then my sister. I really like the fact that scheduling maintance is easy and accomidating.

                    People don't pick up after their dogs,we had shoes stolen sitting by front door,lighting out broken on walkways, people leave their trash in parking lots by the swimming pool-barbueque area

                        I love it here- The staff...

                        I love it here- The staff has been wonderful and sensitive to my needs. I needed to coordinate my move with family members from out of town and would only have one day to complete my move. Sara and all the girls in the front worked so hard to make it happen for me and even though I have only been here a few months it feels like home!!

                                the community is quiet,...

                                the community is quiet, yet there seems to be a lot of care to the grounds that seem to go unnoticed by the staff. first impressiond are key to filling units and keeping tenates. lighting along sidewalks are broken, lighting above mail area broken, lighting in parking area out, these are safety issues. Lawn and shrub care is poor. cob webs on building are not care for.

                                  The experience of being part of this community is great. However, I would like to mention that sometimes it is very hard to find an open parking spot(my husband has to park in the street in front of the apartments, sometimes) as we have two vehicles.

                                            Smells like an astray...

                                            Smells like an astray everywhere I turn to. I could never breath fresh air here because everyone is smoking. In the apartment, outside, and even in the parking lot everyone smokes. I think I'm die of cancer if I live here longer. Because of passive smoking.

                                              I have noticed that the...

                                              I have noticed that the grounds are not kept up at all. I never see anything other than lawn mowing. the trash sits for weeks around the parking areas and is generally very unsightly. I have never lived is a complex that is this poorly maintained. It seems like no one cares about how the place looks overall and that is sad. All the fxtures are old and falling apart or dirty and never cleaned. It looks like a very poor complex.Maybe my experience is unusual, but I have always lived where communities were constantly being cleaned and groomed. I never see that here. Do the leave ever get removed? When they cleaned the gutters, my patio was a mess nd no one to clean up the mess but me. Just no pride in this complex that I can see. They finally replaced the carport lights/electricals, that took a year to happen.

                                                  i just want to start of by saying that i would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! we have had nothing but issues before we even moved in, we signed for an apartment on 2/28/2012 and were not supposed to move in until the 31st of march, after we paid our deposite the pro-rated rent amount and all of aprils rent the office calls a week before our move in date to tell us the the current renters are refusing to leave and they are in the process of eviciting them, and all they do to help us out is give a comp apartment with a parking space at the other side of the complex, they were unwilling to let us use the apartment until the other one was ready, it was only after we got a lawyer and went straight to CTL that they worked with us, we did not move in to the orginial apartment until the end of May! athough we got new carpet and fresh paint the maintance staff left us with a moldy rusty unusable dishwasher for about a week before it was replaced, in addition to these issues the complex is a mess with trash every where and the other tenants have no care for any one around them, they are always out after quite ours makeing noise and keeping others up, i did refere one person and recieved 200 off my rent, which was not applied and resulted in a pay or move out notice on our door sayng that we were late and 130 short on our rent, we pay a month a head because we were lied to about how we can pay rent, it is the only way we can pay on time, and after all of this and many complaints to have the complex cleanded up the office manager and the person above her refuse to let us out of our lease or at least let us go month to month until we have a house.
