It's been one issue after another since my wife and I moved in. I've been told things/ promised things only to be told something different by another employee/supervisor; I've requested and been granted a reasonable accommodation as related to the parking of my Harley Davidson, only to then have the employee whom grabbed me the accommodation then completely deny knowledge of the situation. And, now I'm being told to I must pay $300.00 for a car parking spot, which is in direct contradiction to the $75.00 I was originally charged for the MOTORCYCLE SPOT I am renting. I'm also being charged, (Attempted) nearly $600.00 out of pocket for my monthly rent, which the SFHA has ordered I won't start paying until May of this year. I am sorry to say that I am a bit more than dissatisfied with my experience at the Fillmore Center.

so far my experience has been great. I do find that there is a small amount of horrible dog owners that live in this community specifically in building M2 . The only drawback is somebody keeps pulling the fire alarm and building him too so that sucks

Have been living here for a very long time and have seen the overall community change. The only thing would be people who have pets to clean up after there pets uses the area to relieve themselves. There are some pet owners who have aggressive dogs should be made to put a muzzle on for the safety of the residents as well as the safety of the animal.

I hate the new work order app. I love the building, location, grounds, pet friendliness, wonderful maintenance staff. I hate the new work order app, am indifferent about Fetch especially since we now pay for it, hate the annual rent increases (wish they went to the staff...)

It's been much better with the new management. It was horrible before. I've been impressed with the upgrades and changes and think it's been a huge improvement. It's still hard to get any answers to questions, though, like my parking question I asked a week ago and received no response and questions about things going on at the complex.

I wish I could pay my rent online—it’s very frustrating that I have to get a cashier’s check every month. Your platform blocked my online payments because of a one-time issue, even though I’ve always paid my rent on time. The problem happened when I updated my payment method and mistakenly used a new credit card that wasn’t yet active. It was an honest mistake, and I was hoping someone would take that into account. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to explain the situation or have it reconsidered. I hope this can be reviewed, as being able to pay online would make things much easier.

The neighbors are very friendly. However, the environment around the building is not so good. Maintenance and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Renting price is pretty high. In general, it’s okay for me.

I do think maintenance and security is good. Resident Services is always understaffed, no one ever answers the phone and it makes it difficult to get assistance. Last but not least, I think Jennifer Torres does a great job. I just feel if the facility was cleaned or remodeled with class it would feel more polished and personable.

Living a Fillmore Center is good, but there some important issues should be addressed and be taken care. 1. Security in the building is not there. Anybody can come inside. The building needs Security cameras. 2. The garbage cans are. ver, very dirty… They need to be washed or replaced. 3. Would be nice if some flowers would be planted in empty pots that’s been sitting there in front of the Tower 2 building ( 1510 Eddy Street, S. F.) just empty, collecting garbage.

I live on the 15th floor, and I have my own doorbell camera for added security. A person was still able to get to my floor and steal my package. It's upsetting to know that our apartment building isn’t as secure as it should be. If I didn’t install my own door camera, I’d be clueless where my packages go and that outsiders can come all the way up to my floor?! What if something worse happened, not just stealing packages but they broke in and killed people living here? It’s not safe here.

The Fillmore Center is fee-hungry. If you want to power wash your patio, even with their own power washing team, pedestrians will get injured by their own power washing team, so they demand a deep concrete scrubbing for $250. OR sweep and mop that includes the mopping of the walls, or pedestrians may get injured. Apparently the Fillmore Center is known for their maintenance team mopping the walls. No power washing. Just mop the walls. When was the last time the maintenance team was seen mopping, instead of power washing the walls of the building? A pedestrian may get injured because a tenant wants to hire the same power washing maintenance crew, unless the tenant pays a $75 mop the walls fee, or a $250 deep concrete scrubbing fee.

My wife and I have lived here for nearly a year and have a good overall feeling. We used to live in Massachusetts. After coming here, I felt the unique urban style of San Francisco. The neighbors in my community are friendly, the business atmosphere is good, and I feel the unique culture here. The community environment is good, and there are relatively good public facilities. I am quite satisfied with the property management and maintenance services here. I have encountered some difficult situations, such as the ceiling of the bathroom leaking, the disposal leaking in the kitchen, etc. The staff repaired them quickly and very professionally, and I am very satisfied. Of course, there is one thing I am not satisfied with living here, that is, the environment is not quiet enough. Because my apartment is facing the street, it feels quite noisy. Some motorcycles or cars pass by with loud music during the day, which disturbs my work. The sound of the bus stop announcement in the morning wakes me up from my sleep. I think if the windows facing the street can be changed to double-glazed, this problem should be well improved. I look forward to this problem being improved soon.

I do hear dogs barking sometimes, and sometimes people don't pick-up or clean-up after the dogs...and some people let them urinate in the common walking areas. I hear street noise all night at times, because my bedroom window is facing Fillmore street, mostly on the weekends. We recently lost Safeway shopping store. It was nice to have a shopping shop close by. Most people are friendly and they keep to themselves. I feel safe and one thing I love is my privacy.

The lack of care in this community is really upsetting. We shouldn’t have to constantly worry about our things being stolen, our apartment being broken into, or finding dead bodies in private resident areas. Courtesy patrol should come when called, and resident services should act with more empathy.

I've been here for 13 years, love my townhouse. My patio is located right in front of a waterfall, which is delightful. The grounds are well kept, and I feel like I'm in a little oasis in the middle of the city, without the city noises, but with all the city amenities.

I love my beautiful spacious studio and the view is great. Also the back your area is very peaceful with a beautiful outdoor area with trees and water falls . I do wish I could have new kitchen cabinets but over all the place is spectacular.

Do Not Live Here -Mold, cockroaches, theft and homeless in the building!
These are the worst apartments you can live in, in San Francisco. There is a reason the rents are low, coz nobody wants to live here. 1. Mold: The buildings have been poorly designed due to which there is severe mold problem. There was bad mold growth in the grooves of the windows which I noticed when I moved in. There has been severe mold growth in the unit, as you can see from the pics, from the last 1 year. The building management put in an industrial sized dehumidifier twice and said I was to blame for mold growth. The apartments have no vents so there is no ventilation when you keep the windows closed due to chilly/rainy weather. 2. Cockroach infestation: The pest control treatment has been done thrice but the severe cockroach problem persists. The management refuses to treat the neighboring units so the problem continues. I never had a cockroach problem before moving to this unit. 3. Lack of safety: There is a homeless woman who frequently gets into Tower 2 and there is nothing you can do about it. 4. Theft: When I was in Tower 3, a woman entered the apartment at noon, and walked off with my entire key bunch. Luckily, I was at home and there was nothing else she could grab. The building security said that the woman had been involved in many thefts in that building previously. Unless you have a serious financial problem and cannot afford rent anywhere else in the city, do not move into these apartments. I wish I had known better, before moving in.

I have lived at the Fillmore Center for seven years. For the majority of that time I have been quite pleased with the level of care and service I have received from the resident services and maintenance staff of the Fillmore Center. This remains to be true of maintenance and my direct interaction with many of the resident services staff. However since Brendon Birch became the resident services manager he has shown that providing service to residents, speaking to residents with respect and maintaining a reasonable quality of life for the community is not a priority.
