The community is good, however we’ve been here two years going on three and we’ve received no updates on when this side of the community will receive their renovation. When we signed our first lease, we were told a renovation would begin soon on the 1535/1545 eddy street side of the complex. It sometimes feels like this side of the community is an afterthought. Our halls are often dirty and unvaccumed and it can sometimes feel a bit unkept. The elevators work half the time and often stink. The staff processing garbage across the street are always playing loud music as they process garbage early in the morning and that process is really loud already coupled with music playing and staff yelling it’s a bit inconsiderate especially on days we have our windows open and we are working remote. All in all we enjoy our experience but would really appreciate in update on the planned renovation and reduced noise in the garbage processing center. Thank you.

Was great experience and good place until I got my car broken into in their garage and they did nothing to compensate or make me feel safe. Glad my 91 year old grama doesn't live here because she would be concerned that the garage had a crazy with a screw driver running through it breaking into people's cars and no one did anything.

It is a good location with easy access to shopping, healthcare, and busses. I can never hear my neighbors through the walls, and the outdoor spaces are relaxing. Management (excluding maintenance, who are great) have rude and unprofessional business practices, to the point that it feels like they are purposefully messing with us. Also, the fire alarms go off often and we have had to evacuate at all hours of the night (as late as 3am). The building is very expensive as well.

I just really love it . It's so peaceful and clean the are is nothing but amazing my kids love it so much I really recommend it.. also the community is quiet and we have so many places where to do shopping and have fun all around the corner I am glad we got to live here ??

Overall, this is a pretty building with nice apartment interiors. Unfortunately, it is a very noisy neighborhood with some safety problems and apartment management has not addressed my concerns about noise,

It's a Great Place to Live U Have Safeway Across the Street, Panda Express, Popeyes All Within Reach The Bus Lines 22 Takes u to Mission Bay Kaiser Hospital or UCSF Hospital The 5 Fulton, The 31, & The 38 All 3 Buses Can Take u to Market St. There is Also The 24 Divisadero That Can Take u To The Bayview District.

This place is a dump, the leasing agents are condescending, lack knowledge of their community and do not address questions and concerns with any sense of responsibility. I did not get a walk through from the leasing agent as promised, my garage fob did not work and we were asked to move in from the guest garage which is 3 blocks away. No mail keys on arrival and the place smelled like cigarettes so bad we had to leave the windows open(which have no screens) for 1 week before it was tolerable, inviting in plenty of bugs.

Safety is probably the biggest issue. Extremely poor. Not enough lighting on the street (e.g. the area in front of the entrance to 1755 O'Farrell is almost completely dark. That's very bad in a neighborhood this dangerous, and full of sketchy and drugged-out people.

Safety is a concern within the hallways. There's a lot of non residents running around. A lot of outside building problems. Call box wasn't working for weeks. The back door for some apartments have been broken, called to fix it and all they did was remove a piece of the door so it was not locked to the public for days. Residence services don't respond to leasing questions unless it's them charging the money.

Okay the absolute worst place to live and for the rent prices it’s a huge scam!! First it takes days to nearly a full week before maintenance will come for repairs and you have to follow up. The “new” appliances in the units are a sham because they always breaking down. No cameras in the hallways, someone is always setting off the fire alarm. My neighbor let her dog poop on the carpet and barely cleaned it. So there’s hardened dog poo in the hallway. The lights are always broken. The buildings haven’t been updated in like 30 years. The overall area is terrible… the Safeway is the worst in SF. Someone moves out of my unit every year and now I know why. You can hear EVERY single thing your downstairs neighbors are doing. Horrendous place!!

Can’t wait to not renew my lease and move to a place where I feel secure, know management is workable, service requests can be handled properly and the community isn’t smoking in hallways, consistently bringing in sketchy guests and security does something about it

I have an issue with the staff in the main office. They are not approachable & not willing to help in giving solutions/suggestions especially since we are talking about missing essential documents from the mail. I beg them to help but their hearts are hard as stone. The face of that black guy in the residence services is stoic and doesn't care. The other woman told me about "California law". Whatever their reason is, they are not humans.

So far I've had a great experience living here. I really like the cleanliness and the layout of my apartment. Im just thankful to have a roof over my head, and thank you to everyone that made it possible.

Overpriced apartments, with old finished, and in a neighborhood that's dirty and full of homeless. Not to mention how noisy the area is, with bars downstair full of people talking every night. Also, there's a farmers market with loud live music every Saturday morning at 9am, so take that and forget about enjoying your weekend morning because it's so loud there's nothing you can do. I could continue with more negative things but I think this is enough to give you a hint of what you'll find.

Overall good. It would be nice if we had more amenties,such as a community lounge / rec room, a dog wash station. Other communties offer this, and is would go far to keep current residents and attract new ones, and remain competitive with what apartment communities are offering.

I'm a man of few words. The location is convenient and I'm eager to go to the Cafe International, a cafe I frequent. I plan to take the Muni bus, the 22 line that stops at the corner and runs up Fillmore street.

Comment may be shared publicly. In recent years rents have gone up yet the grounds are not being kept up as they previously were, transient people roam the halls and ground near the BBQ area at night, services have been eliminated and management shows little concern (by action) for retaining residents. Most times it feels like you’re bothering the people in the office. On the other hand the maintenance team and mailroom people continue to be very pleasant.

Please tell all prospective residents that if they have any issues with their apartment, they should pray for less than 150-180 day turn around time. If they want their packages, please hope they arrive in the luxer room and if not, have a picture of the odd hours of the package room saved and favorited on their phone. The leasing office lied and said I could have a spot in my parking garage within 2 weeks, I only got that spot after three months and I demanded compensation for my broken window and stolen belongings in the “security patrolled” public parking garage. I was offered compensation but it was never provided because I settled for the parking spot I was previously promised!

It’s been alright living here. Poor communication from staff. Good complex overall. Have had an outstanding issue with my monthly payments for 4 months now that has gone unresolved despite multiple attempts.

It’s been good. I’m thrilled that there is a gym downstairs! It’s a rough over my head & a place my dog is accepted. The views are beautiful. I have parking which is fantastic, even tho it’s extra but it’s still parking. The noice outside can be too much but the community is in the center of the city so there is only so much that can be done. Overall, it’s a nice place.

I love my apartment, location and accessibility. It was easy to move in and the staff was very polite. It was and is everything i wanted and asked for. I plan on staying here for a long time........ ITS PERFECT!!!!!

Terrible resident services
Experience with resident services is terrible. If you send a email with a billing question, don't expect a response. Responses I've gotten when dealing with resident services in person: We'll complete this in 60 days. (It never got done.) It was always supposed to take 90 days not 60, it'll take 90 days from today. (Again it never got done.) You need to discuss this with a manager, but they're on their lunch break right now. (It was 11AM.) You need to discuss this with a manager, but they're out sick right now. You need to discuss this with a manager, they're on premises but are in another appointment right now. Please leave your number and they will call you at a scheduled appointment time. (They never called during the scheduled appointment time.) Fillmore staff pays more attention to bad reviews than to their own residents.

This is a beautiful neighborhood, complex and apartment unit. Nice, quality amenities and comfort all around. The neighborhood is not ideal as there are areas I wouldn’t frequent at certain times during the evening but there is a lot of convenience like Safeway, Starbucks, Boba and a beautiful field and park within a clock. You’ll be paying for every amenity and you would think the property management company would test its residents as such but there is definitely a lack of clear communication whether there is a fire in the unit or you need a key for your mailbox that you didn’t receive at move in. Overall, I work close by so this works for me but I would weigh all options and decide what your deal breakers are before moving here.
