There is a constant homeless/junkie issue in the building. I have seen them sleeping in the stairway, in the trash shoots and discharges of their stool in the building. Not to mention the dirty leftover food all over the halls/lobby. People constantly smoke in the stairway and shove their cigarette buds into vents, causing the smoke to possibly go through the vents & access your room (what happened in my babys bedroom ! ) No1 knew how to solve the issue, and i had to figure it out. The storage unit is unavailable due to homeless junkies living there and it became a safety issue. There is many more disgusting things going on in & around the building, and i just wanted to share this so that i save a family if i can. If you sign a contract, this corporation will not be considerate of your situation and help you out, so your stuck here until your lease is up. Please share this with any family you know looking to rent . Think twice before you compromise your familys safety. ??

    Multiple safety concerns. Our apartment was broken into, we find transient people on our floor periodically. Past service requests were marked completely when they were not completed. I would recommend due to location and price. I wish there were more amenities like most other apartment complexes in the city.

      Great location. Unfortunately that's all I can say about the Fillmore community. Management take forever to respond, interiors/exteriors look old. Much better value elsewhere. I would not rent from here again. I find homeless people living in my hallways sometimes, and it is VERY loud during the day from noise on the streets.

        Overall it has been a good experience living at The Fillmore Center. It's a great neighborhood and my apartment is always quiet. The Farmers Market on Saturdays is a bonus and I haven't had any bad interactions with neighbors. The staff is friendly and receptive to concerns or apartment issues.

          It's been great living at the Fillmore Center. I would recommend this community to anyone. The location its great if you work in the city or have a family. Great day cares near by and schools. Or if you're in school or just a working professional the location it's great.

            All the local staff are fantastic. Greystar's national regional policies are anti tenant and anti common sense. I moved the same apartment same building same floor same flor plan and better finishes for half the rent. I asked to forgo the move and stay in the apartment I was in then (1505) The local staff supported but regional said no. Why?

              So far my experience have been great. Due to COVID restrictions I wasnt able to use the amenities the community provides and its a big bummer. I referred three of my friends to Fillmore center and now they live here as well.

                Location, location, location - a Phoenix raising from its previous manifestation into a luxury apartment complex right-smack in the middle of San Francisco. I lived here in early 2000s and moved back a few years ago and love it. Pacific Heights, Divisidero, Japan Town, the Geary Bus line that zips-into downtown in minutes, the Presidio, the painted ladies of Alamo Square on your doorstep - we eat, breath and #@#% San Francisco in this place.

                  I love the Fillmore Center. Ive lived here for 6 years, came back after 2 years, and Im happy to say that Im back home at the Fillmore Center. The convenient location, the amenities and the community in the complex and the surrounding neighborhoods. You truly feel more in the Fillmore.

                      Zero star is well deserves than 1 for the safety of this building. It's such a nightmare!!!!! And the most important thing is they (the Fillmore center) will not be responsible for anything that happened in this community. There's homeless people sleeping in front of apartment's door ,So dangerous and so terrible. I called to courtesy patrol and they answered they know that homeless, he comes to this building usually ??????? They told me if I want to be more secure, I can talk with residential office. Moreover, my room always full of weeds smell when I came back from work in the afternoon as there is a group of people always enter the building, play loudly music and use weed at the staircase. I claimed for so many times but of course, they couldn't solve the problems. So disappointed!!!! So dangerous and unsafe place to live!!!!!! Please be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          Id rather be waterboarded at Guantanamo bay for the remainder of my lease term than spend another day in this unit. Too noisy to WFH, neighbors playing electric guitars with amps, glaring TVs, permeating smells of burnt food, etc

                            AMAZING staff, Giovanni has been super helpful with my move and so accommodating. Super beautiful apartment, amazing views, and I love this area. Close to the 38 bus stop, good restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. definitely recommend moving here!

                                My apartment finishings are beautiful, but the community has many big issues that make it undesirable. The trash processing areas produce disruptive noise all day long (starting at 6am even weekends). The package delivery system is a mess and you WILL lose packages. Flood lights shine into the apartments at night making it hard to darken the room for sleep. Homeless people are often found wandering the inside of the building, and even deficating in the staircases. The hallways often smell like weed. Overall, a lot of unnecessary issues that make life not-so-great.

                                    DO NOT RENT HERE. I have been a resident for almost two years and am ending lease early. Things have gone downhill since COVID. I have had 4 packages stolen from their "secure" locker system in just last month. I lost my job in may and they were unwilling to give me any sort of of discount even though I have always paid my rent on time. There are so many better, safer and cheaper options now in SF.

                                      Great by now. But I had a package missing at the locker room. There should be more space for lockers. When package goes to the room where you talk to someone go get the pack, there is one guy who is very lazy and never looks for the package consistently.

                                        Its a pleasure living at Fillmore Center because its a vibrant community with nice people and a positive spirit. People living at Fillmore are welcoming and friendly in general which makes it a positive place to stay. The environment at Fillmore is pleasant and neighbors are friendly towards each other. A few areas could of course be improved such as the readiness for some apartments when you move in as a new tenant, where it wasnt completely cleaned and fixed for the new people moving in. The response time of the Fillmore Center could also be improved slightly but its of course challenging, especially now during the global pandemic. Overall the Fillmore Center its a great community with very nice people!

                                          Terrible service, terrible staff, terrible maintenance, homeless people inside the buildings, noise I can continue this list endlessly.. And price is crazy! I do not recommend The Fillmore Center anybody, never!

                                              Over priced and underperforming! Management is lax in resolving issues and weekend staff are the worst! If you call regarding service, expect to leave a few voicemails with no reply. The maintenance team has 1-2 good folks but the rest are lazy and do the absolute minimum and it shows.

                                                Dealing with anyone in resident services or leasing is painful, to say the least. The units are nice and of good value once you actually manage to either view, or by a miracle, sign a lease and move in. We love out unit but dread ever having to deal with the staff here.

                                                  The leasing process is a nightmare, once you pass that it gets better. The lockers room is a total joke, one tiny room for thousand of residents and it is centralized 3 blocks away from my building, so don't even think on order furniture trough amazon. People are crazy dirty, I live in front of a garden and thy throw trash from the windows and smoke in non-smoking areas, I can not keep my window open due to this. The staff that work in the facilities is amazing, the guys from the mail room, the security clerks, the plumbing guys etc.
