Horrible experience with them. Applied for an apartment which they told me after I already applied and put my security deposit in that it was not valid and then they said they would refund me the application and security deposit and it’s been three weeks since. They don’t pick up the call and hardly respond to emails.

Lots of small issues, such as the doggy park lights are never working, dog poop frequently left everywhere, front door not locking properly to street, laundry machines constantly broken. but the big one is that an employee used the apartment key to enter while I was not home and steal my laptop.

It is regrettable, after having lived in this building for almost 8 years, to be forced to leave a negative review in the hope that the Fillmore Center/Greystar will finally communicate and protect us. From the very poor rating and numerous negative reviews, I realize that I am not the only person having problems with this management. I decided it is time to speak up publicly not only for myself but for other residents as well. We have been victims of repeated episodes of harassment, verbal and physical assault, and intimidation from an individual who lives in our building; their partner was also an accessory to one of the assaults. Greystar/Fillmore Center had been informed about the entire situation since the first incident occurred, but failed to help. There are police complaints against this individual, and after the last assault I finally filed a restraining order: the same could not be delivered since Greystar/Fillmore Center informed the police officer that my assailant “does not live in our building”. After the last assault, I contacted Greystar/Fillmore Center again, this time via the contact form on their website, and attached a PDF with a detailed description of all the incidents, with updates and photos: once again, Greystar/Fillmore Center never replied. It is important to mention that previous attempts to work with Greystar/Fillmore Center did not bring any results. We feel that our safety, happiness, and well-being have no value because Greystar/Fillmore Center never took our reports, police complaints, and restraining order seriously. The actions of this individual and their partner are not only violations of the lease (pages 3, 10, 17, and 18), but are also forbidden by the California Landlord & Tenant Laws, and are included in the 16 “just cause” reasons for eviction under Ordinance Section 37.9(a). However, this individual is still allowed to live in our building in the apartment rented to their partner, to take advantage of our community laundry room and building amenities, to cause a disturbance, to disregard COVID-19 safety guidelines, and to perpetuate their vile behavior. There is no place in our community for violence, especially against women and people with disabilities. No one should be assaulted in the building they live in, and no one can commit acts of violence and remain unpunished. If Greystar/Fillmore Center believes this behavior is acceptable, the Law says otherwise. Avoiding cooperating with law enforcement and residents does not mean avoiding responsibility. While we can all find someone to blame for the rising crime rate in San Francisco, living in the Fillmore Center used to be safe. Now, it is not safe anymore. We deserve to live in a building where we are not constantly at risk of being targeted, followed, harassed, intimidated, and assaulted when we do basic things such as doing the laundry or taking the elevator alone. We should not be forced to wear a body cam to feel safe in our building, nor to have to think about legal self-defense options each time we enter the elevator or are in the laundry room alone. Allowing violators to remain in our building just to make extra money in rent each month, disregarding the safety risks to other residents is not just morally wrong, but despicable. My fight for justice will not stop until the Fillmore Center will make things right.

This community has management problem and lake of employee and training. Most of employees are new hire and all manager team left at the same time. So new management team may don't know how or for some reason they are not able to taking care of resident issues. out door equipments are not inspected or not fixed. we have emergency generator alarm in our looby for over 3 months. Barbecues area are not clean and not working properly, there is no rules for keep them clean for next use.

Some residents are smoking in this building T2. Strictly implement your smoking policy, constant reminders to all tenants & emphasize this policy to new tenants. Place No Smoking sign in the lobby, hallways and pathways. Thank you for your service.

The Fillmore Center made moving to San Francisco a breeze. They listened to my concerns and gracefully made adjustments when I needed them while going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my living experience here. Everyone I have come into contact with has been so kind and interested in sharing their expertise about the area. This is a fantastic place to live.

Except for the Fillmore center thinking that they need to be the entertainment of the neighborhood (regular music in the Fillmore Center plaza) and the amount of light coming from the plaza (lights around the trees, spotlight shining from the ground AND flood light illuminating the plaza from the top of the building in front).

The service request and processing was very swift and the maintenance team timely informed about the updates and status of the repair. Nice and great professional service. Everything is pretty good overall. It is in a convenient location to everything, shopping and activities are easy and the environment is clean. The only issue is the monthly false fire alarms at random times. If you look at online reviews, it seems like that is also the main gripe for a lot of former residents. It isn't the biggest issue, but if you have pets, babies, children, probably not the best.

i'm dissapointed with the communication with the resident office. we are away for more than 2 months and we asked for a reduced rate for the utilities since we don't use any (like all the other companies do, gym, internet, phone), wrote an email and the response was no. I asked to see the uppermanagement response or to speak with someone in the upper management position and got no response at all

Its pleasure to live in The Fillmore Center. Its comfortable, clean and the green area with waterfall makes you feel like you are in paradise. The most important thing is that you dont feel lonely here and are welcomed to different programs. The farmers market on Saturdays is a nice addition to healthy lifestyle

NOISY to the next level! Every morning 8 or 9 am there will be the leaf blower noise for at least 30 minutes, every morning wake up to the noise doesnt help me to start my day with a nice mood. During Covid the entire S2 buildings fire alarms was ringing EVERY SINGLE DAY for months straight. I understand its fire departments work but do we really need to double the loudness for every residents when the alarm is already SO LOUD? Luxury building or construction site? The S2 building has been under construction as long as I lived here. I feel like I lived on construction site not a luxury apartment.

It has been lovely so far. I've been here for about 7 months now and the building is clean 95% of the time. Sometimes the garbage gets backed up, otherwise I'd give 100%. The grass is always mowed, I rarely see trash, I think they sweep everyday, and they are pretty responsive with service requests!

Location is very convenient. Leasing staffs are kind but they are very busy, probably understaffed and too much works overdue. Maintenance work is always prompt. Noise level from other neighbours is very loud. I hear upstair footsteps all the time. Its the main reason or moving out.

We have enjoyed living in our new apartment. We feel very safe and taken care of. There are so many wonderful amenities and it is in an amazing location close to everything. The apartment is clean with new appliances and very spacious while not be overly expensive. We love living here.

Amazing team! Amazing location! You will not be disappointed! All members of the Leasing, Resident Services, and Maintenance teams are incredibly helpful & friendly. Courtesy Patrol is there 24 hours a day and easy to contact after hours. My overall experience has been fantastic and you can tell that their team cares!
