Today I toured with leasing agent- Giovanni and had a fantastic experience. I was very impressed with the apartments that I viewed and Giovanni was extremely friendly, professional, and had an answer to every one of my questions! I am looking forward to moving in!

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THE FILLMORE PARKING GARAGE AND STAFF IS UNWILLING TO COMPENSATE knowing THAT THEIR CAMERAS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED FOR THE PAST 3-4 MONTHS AND WE WERE JUST INFORMED ABOUT IT AFTER OUR CAR WAS STOLEN. We have been only living here for 5 months and have encountered so many issues but still tried to stay patient but this is unacceptable. I have heard of cars being broken into but how does someone get away from stealing an actual car from the parking garage that they ask you to pay $250 a month for?!!! AND SECURITY TOOK NO ACTION, DID NOT REPORT THE RESIDENTS OF THE BORKEN GATE IN THE PARKING GARAGE WHEN OUR CAR WAS DRIVEN THROUGH IT AND STOLEN. NO POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. Why were the cameras not fixed immediately knowing that this area has history of break-ins. I will be posting an update soon after management gets back to me about our final request for compensation due to lack of security and broken cameras. So far they have said they won't compensate. Not to mention the security team was extremely unhelpful and insensitive to our car being stolen from THEIR parking garage when we went to them for help or if they knew anything about it after we returned from a 2 week vacation (The car was gone). It seems that someone was watching us, knew that the car was being undriven and had access, knowledge and time to steal the vehicle. Not to mention, we moved into a dirty apartment, after several complaints of urine stains on the doors of the bathroom and no response, I ended up cleaning it myself. No response to requests for cleaning the windows. Maintenance team is poor and security in basically non-existent!! Not worth paying the high rent fees during a pandemic while dealing with a huge loss of losing my car due to lack of security, no cameras, and only 2 staff RARELY patrolling ALL of the parking lots. If they do not compensate, we will be breaking our lease and will not stay another day here and find a safer place to live. AVOID AT ANY COST!!

One thing I really can't accept is that I didn't see you guys any efforts to enhance the safety of Fillmore center. Instead of that, you overcharged the water fee during the pandemic. It makes my roommate and I feel you're taking advantage of us. We're so disappointed. Can't wait to move out.

i would say that my epserience at this community could be described as lackluster. the management team is useless, they lie to get you in the door and most of the cheap building materials used to build the apartment fall apart after a short time.

Overall is good, I like the neighborhood but some noises are there all the time. The rental price is cheaper than somewhere else, that is the reason why I moved in in the beginning, the space you will have is bigger than other apartment too.

The water feature drew me to this location, its very relaxing to pop out and sit and relax right near home. Also very nice to have the package room and Amazon lockers on site for ensuring deliveries arent lost if Im away.

Terrible leasing staff and does not even answer phone or call back when left voicemail. It takes you calling 10 times to reach resident services if there is a problem or issue. Many times Ive given up after trying. Leasing staff at the building are unprofessional and incompetent.

The overall personal management of this apartment is poor. Bikes have been stolen from our gated garage and follow up on the review of the placed cameras were never responded to (2 emails blatantly ignored). Requests for window cleaning or even just knlowedge aboht planned cleaning - completely ignored. Our package room is a mess. Will get confirmed delivery by amazon, groupon, etc. and no notification for pickup by the package room up to 2 weeks later. Then, checking with the package room they will initially state they dont have it and at request search, only to find it. Overall, the quality of staff is poor for how much you pay for maintenance and the amenities. The apartment is awesome and renovated which is the only reason for referral.

The resident services managers are incredibly unresponsive and rude. Theyve lied to me, pushed me around for 3 weeks, and still not solved my problem. They only care about you when youre moving in but when you need to move out they treat you horribly.

Every possible corner is cut, the archetypal huge, faceless, blithe corporate landlord. Youll never speak to someone accountable, just underpaid front-line staff ----- trying their best but arent empowered to help.

Quite a noisy community, but altogether safe and secure. Weve had nothing but a lovely time here at the Fillmore Center and the staff are wonderful. Rory is a remarkable leasing agent, and Samuel And Emanuel are always a great help in Resident services.

Its a fine apartment complex and our unit is lovely. But the elevators seriously scare me and I dont feel like my concerns are taken seriously by the team. Ill probably not extend my lease solely due to being afraid of the faulty elevators that need a full replacement. Its unacceptable and I cannot believe that the team hasnt replaced the elevators after how many people have become stuck inside.

Used to love it here at The Fillmore Center. Samuel at the front desk always took great care of us. Maintenance requests were always taken care of promptly, and our neighbors are fantastic. Then they decided to reseal a tub multiple floors below me and released fumes so potent into my apartment that I was forced to go to the ER. They told me the fumes were safe "as they had someone working in there right now". Now I am stuck using an inhaler for relief and have pain with every breath...

Your team in resident services is dang good I always enjoy speaking with them. The grounds are well kept and clean, I think tenants need to be coached on the trash room. The commend areas shared with the gym folks need to be freshen up. But I love my apartment and my great view.

If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat-we are being priced out and forced to move during a pandemic despite the "Shelter in Place" policies. On top of a stressful time for everyone in this country, housing insecurity is the last thing we want to worry about right now. For-profit companies such as Greystar Apartments are opportunists are taking advantage of human suffering without the slightest hint of care for its residents. Before moving to San Francisco, I knew-had heard stories about how housing in the city was a nightmare. I didn't expect it to be this bad.

I hate to leave bad reviews but it's needed! 1. The Fillmore center fraudulently charged me fees on my rent because someone didn't enter in my renters information correctly into their system (I emailed it to 4 different people). 4 months later they still will not reimburse me despite multiple emails, phone calls, visits to the office. If the situation were reversed I would owe my life in late fees. 2. When I moved in the leasing agent grilled me about my disability, which is definitely illegal and 100% made me uncomfortable. 3. maintanence system is super flawed in it took2 weeks for them to come fix a few things that were messed up when we moved in- not even our fault, we moved into a broken --- apartment. It's a good location and the grounds are nice but the disorganized management is unreal.

I would give a zero star if I could. They never come to maintain anything broken if not submitting an "emergency" maintenance request. One day, the furnace was not working, when I reported as ask if I could get some one to come over asap. It was very cold and I was sick. The resident services manager - Brianna Becker (I believe it's her name), says: is the living room heater not working or your room, if only your room, I will not submit an emergency maintenance request. EXCUSE ME ?! Even if the living room is heated, in the case it was broken too, should I sleep in the living room instead? This is the first apartment that I lived in that never come to maintain anything. PLEASE stay away.

I've lived in apartments and rented my whole life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had start to finish. I just finished a 2 year lease. First of all ask the leasing agent when the elevator was replaced in the building you are looking at. I had the unfortunate pleasure of going through the replacing experience. Long story short about a year of only one working at a time and occasionally having to take the stairs from the 14th floor, long wait times, and dealing with angry neighbors. It's like riding the bus. Several times the one that was working would go out. Things were constantly falling apart in the unit. The main closet collapsed in my unit 3 times! Every time the maintenance people would say, "it looks like the last guy did a bad job". They are nice enough but don't seem to be trained very well. Packages - By far the biggest headache here. Do not be fooled by the Luxor system, it's always a complete mess. The delivery drivers may leave your packages in 3 different locations on the property, none of which are your front door. Expect to be chasing mail around. over 2 years I had roughly 7 packages stolen or "lost" here. Every time you need anything from the office staff they say, "Oh So and so needs to answer that question and they are conveniently out to lunch". This happend to me countless times including the simple question of "what is my final rent amount" - This took 3 staff members to figure out and about 45 mins of my day. They charge you a cleaning fee when you move out if the unit is not "market ready". My unit wasn't even market ready when I took possession. The vinyl floor was ripped and there was a huge candle burn in one the cabinets that took them 2 months to replace. My carpet wasn't new and had visible signs of wear and tear. On top of the couple hundred dollar cleaning fee they ended up hitting me for an extra $100 or so of my deposit with no notes or explanation. I called and they said (as you may have guessed from the previous passage), "Oh so and so needs to answer that and she's out, I'll transfer you to her voicemail". I left a message and got no reply whatsoever. Security guards to walk around and occasionally run people off but expect sketchy characters at all hours of the day lurking around the building and in the common areas. It's also common to see random piles of puke in the common areas on the weekends. Do yourself a huge favor and waste your money elsewhere.

Hey guys, it is with a huge weight on my heart that for the first time in my life, I have to use public means to complaint about something, but this time Fillmore Center deserves it. I've been living here for almost two years and noticed multiple issues since moving in, but considering my higher than average threshold for complaints, I've always decided to move on (i.e., elevator is always broken, laundry machines very often don't work etc.); however, now they exceeded any threshold: My bike was stolen from the bike rack that they make available to residents on building T3. The most annoying part is that a couple of months ago my wife's bike tire had been stolen from the same place and, despite our complaint to the service patrol team, nothing has changed regarding security. Obviously, we did not solely rely upon the property management to do something about it, and added additional locks to both bikes, which still wasn't enough: someone had the access, knowledge and time to break three solid locks (including one chain) to steel my bike. It is very frustrating because the property management was warned when my wife's bike tire was stolen and nothing happened; as well as I'm assuming nothing will happen again, despite my financial loss (the bike wasn't a cheap one). While they say bikes are not their responsibility, I can't see how security is not. Another issue that is worth noting is the terrible package system that they have. Just in the past couple of months I lost three packages, that Amazon and UPS said were delivered, but they never found them. In one of the cases, the property management specifically said that it was never delivered, just to tell me one month later that they had the package in the back (after I had requested a reimbursement and re-ordered the item). The worse was still about to come: I received a code from the system used by the property manager with the picture of the package being delivered by UPS, but when I went there to pick it up, the code did not work and they said that "UPS must have not completed the delivery". Fillmore Center, it is unacceptable that these things are happening. These are all security-related issues that should not be happening, especially considering the extremely high rent charged to the residents. I wish I was hopeful that something would happen regarding these issues, but at this point I know it is not; thus the complaint. At this point, I'm waiting until my lease is up to move on with my life away from the Fillmore Center. Recommend you do the same. Bruno, 01/05/2019

We stayed here for 2 years, however, we would rather rate it 0 star if we could - just for how bad the people in the leasing office are! 1. We have experienced continuous loud party upstairs for the entire year. People were screaming and jumping all night long. We have complained a thousand times to the leasing office, but they never replied the email or address the problem. All they did was to say 'we apologize'. Who needs an apology? Can't you just do something to stop this from happening?! 2. The maintenance support is super slow! We waited weeks just for fixing the lighting bulb in the bathroom...we reported several times, and they finally sent people to fix it after we complained to the manager. There is another time when the ceiling is leaking. They just sent a person to stab the dripping bubble, and that's it! They never came back to fix the hole. 3. The staff were playing tricks with us only to charge us money when our lease was about to expire. We moved from the east coast so we did not know about the 30 day written notice rule. But on the day that's exactly 30 days prior to our lease end time, we did walk into the leasing office and told the staff that we wanted to move out because we had the noise issue. However, the staff said 'oh instead of ending your lease, you can do a transfer to another unit'. Then they gave us a quote on a unit that is not available for viewing. They even said we could wait for a few days for viewing. So, on that day, they knew our lease is expiring in 30 days, and they knew we intend to move out, but they gave us a suggestion that is totally & ONLY beneficial to themselves. So after a few days, when we checked if the quoted unit is available for viewing, they said the unit is gone! Plus, we are late for the written notice! And we need to pay $1500 extra! Only at that time did they tell us that in order to move out we need to fill out a bunch of forms! What can I say?! Why didn't you just give us those forms when we said we wanted to end the lease? Why did you suggest us to do a transfer?! Isn't this a pure setup?! Maybe on legal-wise we cannot do anything, but this just shows what kind of people they are!! Really bad people!! They do not care about the residents at all! All they care is money! They try everything to grab the business at the tenants' own risks! They are the worst people I have ever met! Stay away from this apartment!! You never know what kind of tricks they are playing!

I moved out end Jan and still haven't received my deposit back. They sent a wrong cheque and kept saying they have sent "new" ones but they never showed. We have been chasing Jennifer Torres for the last 5 months. Please could someone get in touch to help sort this asap? Thanks! According to SF Tenants Union, landlord must pay interest every year so I will also ask for interest payment.
