Wonderful location. Improvements will happen over time I’m sure. Staff, engineers and maintenance are great. Dog parks are nice. Close proximity to parks is great. Enactments in community are coming in time will help. Overall will miss being here. Great location.

So far, so good! We've only been here about a month, but staff, maintenance, and courtesy patrol have all been friendly and responsive to concerns. It's the Fillmore, so it can get a bit loud at night with the music and whatnot, but we like that! Gym on sight is clutch and the area is wonderful

Bad experience living here, my mail has been stolen constantly. Maintenance never fix what is broken that we requested to be replaced. Squatters and teenagers sneak into our building to do drugs on our emergency exits and hallways. Neighborhood is actually kinda racist toward the Asian community and the supermarket we rely on going to in the neighborhood is closing down. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and me and my family will be relocating somewhere safer when lease ends.

I'm pretty happy with living here because it's a place where many people have chosen to live and not just a temporary living situation like many places in SF. Every time that someone realizes I'm dealing with a severe medical condition but treats me like a positive person an valued Fillmore Member it makes me feel better about everything in Living here.

The Fillmore Center is right in the heart of San Francisco and allows me to easy access to many great neighborhoods. Having an apartment with contemporary finishes and appliances + garage parking + on-site staff and my gym steps away, makes life in the city comfortable.

The team and staff are amazing! They are willing to help as fast as they can. They are understanding and they definitely go out of there way. Great team. As for the community, I also like how they keep the elevators clean, hallways, trash area. They are on top of making the living place clean and comfortable.

Too much marijuana smell in the hallways. I fell like you should regualte marijuana smoking in the buildings and hallways. Because the stink of the smoke permeates everything. The overarching smell is everywhere in the building.

The Fillmore Center has potential to be an exceptional property. The price is tarting to outweigh its current value. If areas address in this review are addressed, price tag would be justified. I want to want to stay here. For now I am undecided.

It is a truly beautiful experience...but what worries you in this building is the arrival of packages. I hope this problem is solved because they are often stolen or are stopped by security to obtain a permit.

The Fillmore Center has a great location since it’s near 4 parks, several grocery stores, great places to shop and dine, superb bus transportation, professional and helpful staff, kept very clean, the apartment walls have the best sound control so I never hear my neighbors.

It was a great experience since it is nearby my school and has entertainment such as supermarket and malls. Everything is great, just small sounds made from neighbors around that i dont mind, just having water problem for quite a while which they failed to fix the root problem

I was sold on minimal noise but I hear my neighbors through the cement walls above and below. I was given a parking stall but had it mismanaged twice and I had to choose from a limited selection for the third time and only after prodding for more information and selection was I able to select a neutrally satisfactory parking stall. Residents are overall nice and conflict free.

The apartments are beautiful, and overall we enjoyed living here. Our neighbors are very kind and we have never had any issues with the community. The localization is perfect for being close to downtown, yet living in a mostly quiet and green neighborhood. On the other hand, there is a homelessness problem around here, so you need to accept passing them on the way home and we have one person coming into the building regularly. It never caused any inconvenience to us though. The only thing that I did not enjoy was management. The rent you see while leasing is not what you should expect to pay every month. There a many extra fees every month, and our utilities were twice as expensive as at our previous apartment. When we asked about that in the management office we were told the utilities are calculated based on many factors like your footage and the number of people living in the apartment in addition to what you actually use. Also, we were charged a fee by mistake for our first month, and even though management agreed it should be taken off, it took them 8 months to do so. Finally, to resolve any questions, you need to go to the residents' office. I've never received answers to my emails, even when I was promised they would send them. To sum up, I believe it's a great place to live, but I wish we knew up front the estimate of all the fees and utilities, as they significantly bring up the rent, and the management was more responsive.

This place is hands down the worst I've ever lived in.

When I first moved into my unit, I had no idea what I was getting into, and boy, was I in for a surprise. The problems here are just endless. Let's start with the neighbors. I swear, it's like they've never heard of basic rules or common courtesy. Garbage in the hallway? Yeah, that's apparently normal here. And don't even get me started on the homeless people casually strolling into the building. I mean, come on, can't management do something about that? Oh, and the whole "smoke-free" claim? Total joke. I've complained about the reek of cigarettes and marijuana more times than I can count. And guess what? They tell me it's allowed to smoke inside the units. Seriously? So all those odors seep right through my bathroom ventilation, making my place smell like a dingy bar. Nice. And the employees? Don't even get me started. Some of them act like they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence. And then there are those who promise to help with your issues and then vanish into thin air. Super reliable, right? Let's talk about security. I've lost track of how many packages of mine have mysteriously disappeared. It's like a common occurrence in this building. Do they even care about ensuring our safety and privacy? Looking back, I can't believe I didn't do my homework before moving in here. The regrets are real. This place is a prime example of a decision gone wrong. I can confidently say that this is the absolute worst place I've ever lived in, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Here's to hoping I can find a way out of this mess soon.

I think it’s been great so far. Nothing to write home about. I just really like my specific unit. There are some homeless/sketchy characters that find their way into the building. I wish the amenities were better. I basically just get bbq areas as a bonus amenity. I would like to see a better discount to the gym/fitness sf or to have it somehow built into my rent. 10% is not enough.
