Alta Springs is GREAT community! We have been so happy from day one. The office staff is amazing as well as maintenance. Any time that we have had a maintenance issue it has always been handled promptly. The office staff is always very nice and they always seem very happy!

Horrible I would not suggest anyone to come live here. My apartment was not ready on my move in date and still not ready I keep being told its going to get fixed things are still not done. I have been here for 32 days and its still not done the first 2.5 weeks maintenance was there pretty much every single day and its still not done

The leasing office staff are not helpful at all, not proffetional, and so means. I really regret that i moved to this place. So, my advice to anyone who think to move here DONT. The sad thing that even the leasing office manager she is so mean and rude.

I have a few complaints but 1st the property itself is really nice, lots of nature, walking paths and lakes. Sadly, the property manager is extremely unprofessional but the rest of the staff is great. It's getting worse, safety is a huge concern for me here. I lived here for almost a year now as a single woman and have seen domestic violence in the parking lot, cops in and out of buildings and worst of all gunshots! There is no parking if you come home after 9pm so you have to park far unless you pay for garage parking. Its better to walk as a pair and not alone at night. For informational purposes, there are no parks for kids just dog parks which is cool for people like me since I only have a dog. Worst of all security is limited, it seems they only patrol the property twice a week but I never seen them. You will see maintenance guys on golf carts driving around fixing things but they are not security which this property sorely needs now. I wouldn't walk around the complex at night because no security or golf carts are monitoring the property.

I love living at this complex. I've always felt very safe here! Residents are very friendly and the office staff is very helpful. I'm always so happy with the maintenance guys! They are so nice and work really hard for us! I wish Alta Springs would work on the exterior grounds of the complex. The pond by building L is so awful to look at and the landscaping is really bad. If they could work on that, this place would be completely perfect!

This is such a wonderful community. My apartment is large and beautiful. There is plenty to do in the area. I do wish they recycled. The staff her is so nice and often hold community events. It's nice to get to know your neighbor. I would highly recommend Alta Springs.

I have lived in the neighborhood before and I love this area. However, parking in this complex has been a struggle & I feel that the garage parking is overpriced, especially since I have huge, gaping holes where I park! I'm always afraid something is going to crawl out & bite me! Also, though there are some upgrades to my unit, I feel that I'm paying a lot more than it's worth & that some if these "upgrades" was poorly done! Not all of the electrical sockets work & a few other issues, which I indicated in my walk-thru, but we're never acknowledged not addressed. I have a neighbor that snores so loud that I can here them through the vents, walls or whatever! I don't sleep well at night because of this & have to play some type of sounds to combat the sound! I also have a woodpecker by the chimney that pecks every morning & it sounds as though he's IN the chimney! I'm told that nothing can be done about THAT! It's ridiculous & for the amount that I pay, I get upset every time I think about it.

Office staff is incompetent! The communication is terrible and the are unable to complete the most remedial tasks! Also they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by letting you pay rent! If I could rate this place ZERO I would!

I really enjoy the 24 hour gym and the view from my apartment patio is really nice. I guess my only complaint would be the parking, but that can be resolved by paying monthly for a garage spot and the loud plumbing in the walls. Other than that, I really love the community and the layout of my apartment!

We've just gotten the keys as of the 22nd and it is currently the 26th. We haven't moved our belonging over to the apartment as of yet so all of my ratings are around the application/leasing process, first impressions of the apartment, and how responsive the staff has been around both our questions and our concerns with the apartment.

Its been really great as of thus far. I dont like to complain much so this is the first time ive been actually very unsatisfied with the otcome and process. But the community is great i like the ponds the trail location behind us. Not a fan of the baseboard heaters tho ha. I like the trash chute except when its clogged up but usually not a huge iissue. The chute is so convenient especially in wonter times.

I enjoy my apartment and the neighborhood. I’m excited for when the weather gets nice to enjoy the pool. I wish there was more gym equipment. It would be cool if they expanded the whole clubhouse in order to make it a more welcoming environment for people to hang out.

I really like Alta Springs. My only issues are the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the apartment building. Also 3 of my 4 sliding glass doors didnt lock and 3 separate occasions I was told maintenance had fixed them and yet when I came home still None of the doors locked.

I have been a resident here for over 27 years. I feel like safety can be improved, in the garage. Sometimes the garage is broken and it takes a while for it to be repaired. I also feel that folks who live here for a long time should be given consideration on the cost of rent. I am also concerned about how many times since I have been here about the staff and company turnover.

Living here for 12 years. Love the 4 different 3rd floor apartments I have been in. One drawback is the tenants below. For some reason sound travels up. I hear everything below me. I chose 3rd floor thinking I would be exempt from noise below. Also the community has been bought out several times. And the front staff changes quickly. Once you get to know them they are moved to a new location.

Unfortunately, I live on the parking lot side, where people seem to think they can sit in their cars and play the radio as loud as possible. Also, it is where fights happen, with screaming and yelling at 1:30 AM in the morning, The neighbors upstairs are the loudest people ever. At all hours, I hear things dropping, and I even here them walking and running through the apartment. I also work from home, so during the day, I can't tell you how many times I have to put myself on mute, so my coworkers don't hear swearing and screaming.

Love this place cause of the indoor gym and the apartment has high ceiling and walk in closet you get your money worth! Lots of space and you feel like you apart of a neighborhood with the office get together and all the community activities.

I took this apartment to save money but found the utilities higher here than at my last place. The building and grounds need some updating to be considered executive because where I sat for the last two years it looked more ------. It certainly gets treated that way. The elevators always smell of trash. It’s hard to open doors with the key because of bad handles or faulty locks. The dog buckets are not placed at appropriate places in the complex so people either don’t by clean or have to bring their poop bags back into the bldg to dispose The lights over the garages don’t work Not disability friendly Safety concerns

Ever since you tried to make the heat noise go down for B103 my heater sounds like a machine gun in the middle of the night. Not cool. Please ask the person who you moved out of b103 where the music was coming from. The security company said B101. I never said b104. Shouldn’t a security company give you a report in the morning?

I have lived here for 2 years and love it. The location is great. I walk to the light rail for work downtown. Office staff is much better than it was before. New Manager is handling things that have never been fixed. No complaints.
