Nice Large quiet apartments at one time.
Since rents have gone down in the last two years the noise and trafic have gone up. Older apartments with 20year old appliance a mantenace staff which needs encouragement to get things done and more and more families with pets moving in. <br>

Great Deal, Great Price, Great Place
Just moved in and I made the right choice, Very Quit!!! Nice Unit w/good view and layout. Friendly people in complex and the staff gets an A !!!! <br> <br>Secure, Safe, Clean and Quit, You really get your value for the size and money to lease. <br> <br>If you like simple and clean, this is for you!

Too much money ......
This old place is highly overpriced. The only bright spot is the assistant manager. The elevators are death traps. The trash chutes are terrible. The people they are renting to are very sketchy at best. The parking SUCKS! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Excellent value
The floorplans are unique in design and spacious. Items such as a wetbar, fireplace, and washer and dryer are included. Some units have two patios, all have at least one. The community offers a pool, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, and tanning bed for free use to its residents. Management offers fun activities such as Beer and Pizza night to residents as well. Community is well-kept and service issues don´t take too long to get taken care of. My apartment was virtually sound-proof, and was in good condition for being as old as they are. Parking thus far has never been a problem. Location is great; easy access to many highways conveniences. Perfect communities for pets as there are many walking trails around.
