Overall it’s a decent place to stay. Maintenance request usually are handled in a timely matter. Dog poop is usually all over the place and in some buildings people let dogs piss in the hallways. Gym is pretty nice but the machines are older. They will make plenty noise while you work out. Cars are constantly being broken into even if you get a garage space. I’ve never had a rodent/bug issue so that’s nice. Also the pool area is nice. Overall it’s an average apartment in my opinion.

Pretty good for the most part. The neighbors throughout the complex are courteous and friendly and helpful. Short drives to stores restaurants etc.*******************************************************

The apartments here are large and the rent is very reasonable. Garage parking is an option which I really like and the office staff is very very good. The access to walking trails in nature is excellent and for the most part its a fairly quiet community.

Its a comfortable, clean and generally safe place to live. The management and staff are amazing. I love having access to an elevator and the option to rent garage space for my car. There are some problems with marijuana smells in hallways that seep into my apartment, some noises, the stairwell door opening and closing loudly, etc.

The outside looks nice, but the interior is needs some attention. The elevator floor is always sticky. the garage door is always broken. there is a big hole under the carpet in my floor that is simply covered by carpet. The screen doors never work right, one of my balconys is literally sliding off and we feel unsafe to use it. We dont get notice when the water and electric get turned off in the building. The local security is more concerned about the parking stickers on vehicles than break ins in the buildings. the front doors do not lock so any one can enter any building. the pool was quickly growing mold/algae across three sides so fast it was a wonder it wasnt shut down the entire summer. the front staff are wonderful people and the maintenance crew is nice and respectful, i just believe the community isnt as well off as the price tries to show off.

Im so happy I found Alta! Everyone here is extremely kind and professional. I plan on raising my daughter in this community for a very long time. The apartments are kept up with pretty well, and there are a ton of amenities. Denise and Charlene specifically are always amazing to talk to over the phone! I will definitely recommend this community to all of my family and friends

I have been living here since 2016 and it has been a great place to live. There are some suggestions I would make to make the place even better, but overall the staff is amazing and super accomodating, the neighborhood is nice and it is located close to just about anything you need. I would absolutely recommend someone to live here.

I really love this apartment complex everything about it is fantastic, but my neighbor upstairs is little noisy and their kids run all the time but I havent complain about it because they are my neighbor and theiy live here too, so Im trying to Work with it, but they could do better.

Alta Springs is a beautifully maintained apartment complex filled with nature (i.e. mature trees, ponds, and grass). Combine that with an extremely convenient location, a staff of people that make you feel like family, and amenities that will make your friends jealous to get what I am now very excited to call my home. From the very beginning, Denise at the front desk took the time to answer all my questions, show me around, and make me feel truly welcome. Since then Sabrina in the office and Cameron in the maintenance department have continued to help me out and make me feel happy to be here. Now that I've been here for about a month I can honestly say I love my home, I love my views, and my friends are very jealous of me.

I love the environment here, there are only a few bad apples that give trouble to everyone. Minus the few, everyone else is over all respectful and courteous of others. The staff is really great at working with you no matter the situation and are very responsive to any issues no matter what it is; they are always willing to work with you and have alway maintain professionalism.

My enjoy my overall experience at Alta Springs Apartment homes. Most of my issues have gotten rather quick responses and the staff is normally very thorough. Office staff and maintenance staff that I have encountered are helpful and courteous.

The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful and made the process easy. Moving in was a breeze as well with the elevator, which was nice. Maintenance staff has been very quick with working the work orders we've placed!

So far, I have not experienced any major issues personally. The late-night outdoor noise among other tenants and visitors, including loud music, has decreased considerably. Courtesy patrol should continue to remain adamant about any suspicious behavior. I do occasionally heard gunshots, but they are not in the immediate area; usually a couple of miles down the E. Hampden neighborhood.

I absolutly loved living here. If we did not buy a house I would still live there. Everyone in the office are wonderful not one bad experience Any problems we had maintenence. Was quick to respond. I think it was kept up very well. I lived in the steamboat apartment and it was beautiful I loved everything about this place.

I love the apartment but the rent is too high and the security is basically non existent. The staff is awesome but the office and the maintenance crew have had an extremely high turnover rate with the amount of people coming in and out. I wish the rent was lowered significantly and there was cameras on the buildings and in the garages

Alta Springs has been great. The manager, Bethany, is beyond kind, caring and helpful. She has gone above and beyond for my family. Denise and Sabrina have been amazing. Love stopping in just to say hello to them. They have all asked me how I am doing as they know about my health. They actually care where as other apartments I have been could give a rats --- about you.

Alta springs is a beautiful apartment complex that definitely gives value to the renter. Not only that but the management staff and maintenance team are one of a kind, literally the best from my experience! Denise was the person who gave us a tour when we first moved in. She was so polite and joyful that it gave us comfort in the decision we made. She is also always there to answer our questions. All of them are greatly appreciated!!!

There have been some issues with car break-ins, air conditioning and leasing office response to concerns lately, but the maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. The units are big in comparison to other places and you will definitely pay for it. Most of the buildings seem to be quiet (depending on who is above you) and the location is convenient. The units could be freshened up on the outside and some little updates on the inside would be nice just so the building doesn't reflect its age so much. But there isn't anything that would prevent me from staying at this point.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Denise and Sabrina. They made the apartment search process and move in wonderful for us. If I absolutely had to complain about anything, it was that there were some minor issues with certain appliances in the unit, but the maintenance crew was very quick to respond. Alta spring is a great location close to many stores and restaurants and the apartment is definitely worth looking into if you are on the search. Overall we are happy to live in Alta Springs.

It's a nice place to live. Good community, friendly staff. I have meet some of my neighbors while I have been here. They are all vary friendly. I enjoy the fountain and the ponds threw out the complex. That was one of the selling points for me.
