Our first experience with the community was setting up an apartment viewing with Denise, who was so kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. She continued to be a resource with any of our move-in questions! The apartment itself has modern finishes and was clean when we moved in. The apartment grounds are relatively clean (only trash is within the empty pond/water feature areas) but the grass and surrounding apartment areas are well maintained. We are loving our apartment so far!

Unclean, unsafe, and way too expensive for the experience you’ll have. Trash gets left in hallways, cars are constantly stolen or broken into, and you pay the same cost as someone renting downtown. It’s quickly devolved into a terrible apartment complex since the pandemic started.

The management only seems to care about what potential renters can see. We are treated like children with respect to the common areas. Management seems to make no effort to monitor what’s going on outside of people who complain forcing renters to either endure bad behavior by fellow renters or risk retaliation by reporting the bad behavior.

I started my lease pleased, regardless of some issues with some appliances when I moved in. However, almost every month my AC breaks down and they have taken between 3-10 days to fix it. Going 10 days with no AC while it’s in the 90s outside is not very pleasant. Cooking at home has become almost impossible because the temperature inside won’t gro below 80 when I do cook dinner and I cannot afford to just go pick up food and eat at restaurants for 10 days in a row. I still don’t know when my AC is going to be fully fixed. I hope I’m the only one with this issue and not my neighbors because it’s miserable and nobody deserves this.

Security doors haven’t worked in weeks. Maintenance people don’t tell you when they have been in your living space and leave it dirty, and don’t do everything you’ve asked. Staff talks to residents like children.

In my short time here so far everything has been amazing! Sabrina is insanely good at her job and has helped made the application and move in process so easy. She is so knowledgeable about everything and always had an answer for any question I had. Sabrina and Denise are so friendly and make me feel very comfortable with coming to them for anything!!

Staff can be rude, not all of them but some of them make it hard to communicate. Things are falling apart inside the apartment and on the balcony. Not the best place to live but not the worst. The pool is still not open in June.

It’s a pretty good place we need to have hot water consistently seems to only be every once and a while where it works we had only cold water for a couple days usually turns cold and sometimes doesn’t even turn on

Alta springs is an amazing place to live. Off of main roads but tucked away by a park so it is incredibly quiet. Lots of trees and wildlife like geese and ducks in the ponds make it feel like you're not in the city. Very very close to walking and biking trails make this place a win for me. The staff is so incredibly nice, and I've never had a maintenance request go unnoticed for more than 1 day. Love it here!

Great place to live! The team at Alta Springs is terrific, ALWAYS!!! Denise, Sabrina. Charlene, Bethany, maintenance. All great!!! When we have a request the team is very kind and responsive. Issues are taken care of either expediency and care. I have no issues with this specific team, ever! At time we have had bad neighbors but the team addresses the issue.

Great friendly staff, beautiful apartment views, fast working maintenance team. These apartments have easy access to lots of grocery stores and food places. It is close to lots of trails and parks as well. All the neighbors have been really friendly and I have not had any issues with noise.

We love it! We moved at the beginning of April and can’t wait to spend more time here. The staff is great. Maintenance is very responsive. There were a few things that needed to be addressed but got done super fast. Denise and Sabrina at the leasing office are amazing.

Denise and Sabrina in the leasing office are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The maintenance team is always working hard to keep the grounds nice. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and update you on progress.

I walked into the office for information regarding the apartments and the staff were very happy to meet with me and show me around. While on the tour at least 3 other residents greeted the staff member. It looked like the residents and staff here have a great relationship. I find that to be very important.

Great apartment complex, wish people would pick poop up more often, be more respectful to neighbors via trash chutes and screaming in the hallways. As my second time living here I've been really impressed with the upkeep of their property, standards and communication with tenants.

The maintenance issue was taken care of quickly and effectively. The only thing I would have liked additionally is painting. Since the work was filling in holes from the removal of an old light fixture you can see discoloration where it was. (Ceiling)

Just like any apartment there’s ups and downs no one is perfect but the staff do what they can to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied. Definitely more pros than cons in my experience. The apartment itself is updated with great space and a even better rate. Walls are thick enough you can’t hear your floor level neighbors. Love that there’s a elevator and a garage. Neighbors are respectful enough with noise control. Realistically an apartment shouldn’t be your forever home but if that’s the life you choose Alta springs is a great choice. #condovibes!!!

This is the worst place too live at, I moved here excepting what the pictures show. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. There are bugs everywhere and homeless people everywhere. My car has gotten broken into 3 times in a year

I have lived here for 21 years and I stay because of the security and the amenities within my apartment building/apartment itself. I wanted to be in a secure building, have the availability of a garage and a washer/dryer in my apartment. I have these here. When I was still working the location was great between my work and the airport which was essential for me. I also like living in a diverse complex. My experience has been good for the most part. The present management has really been good.
