Do NOT waste your money or time on this place. The management is a freaking joke, something is always broken and they take FOREVER to address your needs, the buildings and grounds are filthy, there's a huge lack of communication between the office staff and between the office and tenants, and there's a big lack of professionalism and courtesy. They're freaking rude. Take your business elsewhere!!

It hasnt been a great experience. You can see from my survey that we have had issues with smells from people smoking pot coming through our vents and our hallways being permeated with pot smells. Our apartment home was a mess when we moved in-nothing had been cleaned and no one should have to move into a professionally managed apartment home and have it be disgusting inside and have to do so much of their own cleaning from previous residents. We found cat poop behind our washer and dryer and so much pet fuzz everywhere as well as our home just smelling like a recently used hot box. Honestly I feel like the turn around time in between residents was too short for the team here to make a good/professional turn around-and it appeared like surface level stuff was wiped down but if you opened drawers or curtains or looked behind things-you would find all kinds of dirt, grime, and pet hair.

Last 2 years due to pandemic, more domestic fights, intoxication, altercations, lack of courtesy for neighbour's, other people living in building A. Hopefully this clears up once ppeople can resume more normal life once quarantine is lifted.

I will be moving after this lease due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional office staff. It has deteriorated over the years since I moved in and I will NOT continue to put up with it. While the buildings and amenities are nice (I really like the central air and high ceilings) it's just not worth it. I'll also mention that when I moved from one unit to another, I wasn't given the full description of how the process would work. We suddenly lost 5 days on our last apartment lease and had to turn in our keys the day we moved into the next unit, which was NO WHERE in our paperwork.

We were nervous to move to Colorado from KY and have to sign for a place via video call. Denise made everything a breeze and even FaceTimed us from her personal phone. The Steamboat is such a beautiful apartment with a beautiful layout. Alta Springs is in a perfect location as well! Their maintenance guy, Steven, is on top of things and fixed the minor issues we had promptly. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful, warm, and inviting community. Super easy to schedule appointments, very helpful and super sweet staff. Close to shopping and public transportation, highways arent to far, yet the way its situated youd think it was in the suburbs far away. Definitely better than a lot of the properties in the area.

I have had a great experiance with the front office. Bethany has a good team and they do a good job of listening to my concerns and acting on them quickly. The level of engagement has always been professional and kind. I love this community and the facilities/ amenities. Alta Springs is the best community I have lived in over the course of 20 years of being in Colorado.

I've signed two leases with Alta Springs and it has been pretty great. The staff are nice and professional. The complex is quiet. On site gym and pool are great! There are so many things close by Alta Springs. Tons of restaurants, bars, parks, etc. Lots to do!

I like that Alta Springs is pet friendly, safe, has alot of nature around the property. Love the swimming pool area. Love the package hub, office staff has events you can win prizes, or come into office for treats. Buildings are kept clean, and the office staff makes this all work because they are awesome, especially Denise

My partner and I moved here from the Bay Area and have been loving the affordability in price and square footage. The apartment itself is beautiful. It could use some upgrading but for the price it works wonderfully. Staff and maintenance team are very accessible and very helpful. We have lived here almost a month and enjoy it very much. The move in process was very easy and Denise was very helpful.

To be honest, It is so early to get a objective opinion about my experience living in Alta Springs. The only thing I can say is that the day I moved the elevator was broken down and then I knew that it will be broken for a long time. Absurdly, three months was necessary to fix it. And nobody at the leasing office said me that the elevator had several troubles in months before. I talk about it, because my kid is a disabled and that situation made our first three months living in Alta Springs quit comfortable for us. We got a discount for one month.. but that didn't exactly we need... Because the little discount didn't work for us. I mean, the discount didn't help for nothing. And that is my story, and you can have your own conclusions.

Do not live here. It's hardly safe (gunshots multiple times per week) and the property is no longer well-kept. Maintenance is great but the newer management has attitudes and is pretty snarky. Parking is still extremely limited and since they've blocked you from using side entrances, you sometimes have to climb/go downhills to get into the building, which when it's snowy, it's pretty sketchy. It's just not worth the hassle.

The staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional! They have created a bad name for the company. The general manager and a staff member were speaking bad about a resident because the resident was requesting maintenance assistance! Not knowingly the general manager and the staff member left the voicemail to this poor woman(who recently gave birth). This unethical and they deserve to not be the face of this company. These woman clearly know what it means to be educated professionals. They should work at Burger King!

I was looking forward to moving here for months. Our last apartment complex was unresponsive and they looked at their tenants as cash. Alta Springs sees you as people and they are especially considerate during the pandemic. Denise and Sabrina helped me so much. On move in day, they even gave us a little welcome gift. They are considerate and they care about your experience.

My wife and I have had a decent experience at Alta spring so far. The main issue has been upstairs neighbors making noise but this is to be expected living in a bottom unit. Other than that the community is surprisingly peaceful for how many people live here.

Overall Alta Springs is one of those places that you sorta live at for the space you receive. We've been here for over a year now and the office staff has definitely been stepped up since MGR Bethany took over and made sure certain professional qualities were resurrected! Her and Denise are truly the only reason we have not packed out back and left our lease! Maintenance was a joke unfortunately prior to like July, but it seems that as of recently they hired a few new guys who seem to have a better, "let's Fix it" attitude when they come to our units now and in a much more timely manner! Overall I can't say it's the place I can see myself at for several years, but for the time being it's also better than 80% of the apartments I've seen in Denver! The staff truly make a huge difference in the living experience we have received, which I believe is half the battle when it comes to finding a good place to rent!
