Maintenance is great, everyone is super nice and helpful. Only complaints are sometimes the elevator behaves in concerning ways, and general filthiness of other tenants in letting their dogs pee in the buildings, etc. Not apartment staff's fault though.

After we got the pest situation under control it’s been fine. Only problem is, these are not secure buildings as you advertise, none of the doors to the building lock and anyone could walk in at anytime of the day or night!!!!!!!!!

I have lived in this community for over 10 years only because my rent has not been increased to an outrageous amount. My experience over all has been good! Wish the apartment complex would keep up with cleaning the hallways and lobby more frequently rather then every month.

I like the apartment size for the money. I love the view from our balcony and the fact that we have two balconies. They make an effort to get the community together to get to know each other by having different events through out the year. I just think the office needs to smile more.

The Property Manager, Christina, is great! I would also say the other office staff are wonderful as well. They are available, helpful, and responsive to requests or needs. I appreciate that maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Loved living here. The staff is great. Didn’t have much problems ever. It was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to anyone. The move in was very simple and easy. The process was easy. Everything was easy. It was never stressful.

The incident with leaking from the apartment above was a horrible experience and management of the situation was extremely poor. My rugs were never dry-cleaned and I never received an apology for how the situation was handled. However, that management team has since left and the new staff have been much better.

I moved at Alta springs few days ago. I like my apartment. Because living in here is very comfortable and safe. Only residents can enter apartment. Also there has good scape and organization. I like new kitchen staff.

My overall satisfaction is fair.. not really enough parking, people keep smoking in the building and the maintenance crew did not fix what they were supposed to. As for the office staff they have always been pleasant and very helpful..

Alta springs was wonderful and comfortable. Never had any issues and they were always eager to help. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Never had any issues and they were most helpful in my move out.

Alta Springs is a great place to live. The community is perfectly tucked away from busy streets. The property is always clean. The staff is great, they really help anyway they can. The amenities are nice I love that the gym is 24hrs.

The property is very clean and kept nicely. The staff is always available to help and answers any questions. I also requested for maintenance to fix a dripping sink and they came to my apartment within the hour, I was very pleased.

Very rude and unprofessional management. Kept over charging on eveything and talk very rudely when you ask for explanation. Neighborhood is nice but I definitely will be moving out after lease is over.

Rented online without ever seeing the place in person. Love my apartment. Layout is perfect. Issues are always fixed quickly. Leasing office is open 7 days, perfect for when I’m picking up packages. School nearby is amazing. Just renewed my lease.

Almost every interaction I have had, has been unpleasant. My first experience has been with the office management, especially the property manager Skye. Staff (management in particular) puts an active effort into making you feel uncomfortable in your own home. Not a single request that I've made has been done to satisfaction, nor completion.

I love living here. My apartment is updated with a great view. The grounds are well kept, The amenities are awesome and the community is quite. The staff and maintenance team and helpful, professional and efficient. The few work orders I've placed have been taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you

On my first initial visit to Alta Springs I knew that this was the community I was to lease from. The staff at move in time were all exceptionally professional and courteous. On move in day, there were a few minor items that needed to be fixed in my unit. A work order was placed, and all work completed and fixed that same within 2 hours. Kudos to Kiel, Christina and Laraena whose professionalism welcomed me to their community. Also a shout out to Daryl, from maintenance, who so quickly complex my work order on move-in day.

The property is pretty much kept ladies in the office are really nice and willing to help with any situation you may have with you has been a new manager recently and she is on top of things..I would recommend living here to anyone!

I have enjoyed living here. It is kept up well and pet friendly. Parking can be difficult late at night. There are strange lighting issues in the halls but it more annoying than anything. I would stay here for another lease if i wasn't moving out of the city.

For the price I pay here I would have never thought to have gotten bed bugs here also the manager is rude and one of the maintenance guy thinks he's a rental cop. Sure the gym and pool are cool but the way they run this place sucks

The floor plans are unique, as well as big, open & airy. The outside setting is park like with Babi Yar park directly behind the complex & lots of ponds, as well as wildlife surrounding the property. They definitely exceed the standard of apartment living.

Apartments are clean and spacious. Complex is pet friendly. They keep milk bones at the office. It's nicer than most other places I have looked at. Location is great. Walking distance to just about anythin you want.
