The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Everyone is pretty respectful of one another and offer help if they see you need some assistance. I love the wildlife here and seeing the geese and squirrels run around on warm days is relaxing. It is not a perfect place, but I have lived in much worse. For us, this place is pretty peaceful.

I love living here. Its definitely worth the money! Office staff is GREAT, and responsive. Great location. Its near bus and train system, parks, and choice schools. We plan on living here for more years to come.

I have had a great experience at Alta Springs. Management is very friendly and quick to help when Ive needed it. The apartment is huge and has nice updates. You cannot beat the location. We are close to several chain restaurants and as well as local coffee shops and restaurants.

I moved from PA to CO and Alta made the burden of finding a new place easy. The apartments are luxurious and everything I wanted. There is more than enough parking and my dog loves the trails. The community is a comforting and warm environment.

I like the location of this complex. The only complaints I have are regarding the noise and the pool. The pool has been dirty or closed for quite some time this season. It is also very loud in the building next time mine - building C. I do love the complimentary coffee and the dog clean up baggies. Thats a nice touch.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my move here. Super dog friendly with lots of open areas for them to play. Parking is never an issue with the provided spots/street parking. Generally very quiet. I absolutely love my individual apartment. The finishes are beautiful and my whole unit is beaming with natural light from the large windows which I love. So spacious and so much storage which is hard to come by in an apartment. So far I'm very impressed by the management team here. Ive lived at Greystar communities before where the management was awful and so far they've been great and maintenance was very quick in resolving a minor issue (drawer was broken in the kitchen...quick fix). The only thing I've noticed that needs improving are the grounds but I think they're working on the landscaping now that the weather is getting nicer.

This is the first apartment we rent ourselves without roommates and it has been an amazing 1st choice. They do community events atleast once a month and are very prompt with correspondence across all departments.

Not what i expected when I rented. I would not recommend it to family and friends. This community is not very safe. I would expect at camera at the entrance of the building and the garage, especially for the amount I pay.

Good neighbors decent community and fairly quiet. Plenty of close by shopping and eating locations. Plus the park behind us is quite convenient. Not only that there's plenty of places to take our dog for walks

The community is very good. But the maintenance orders are not prompt, they take longer time than before to get completed. the overall community is clean and safe. Their trash disposal system is great.

Great community, the cost for living is a little high but its worth what you get. The staff is always able to resolve your issues. Been living in Alta springs for about 2 years and there has been problems with the elevator ever since.

The office staff here is the best and they take care of maintenance issues expediently. The cleaning lady in our building is very efficient and I am sure it is very difficult with all the in and out traffic.

The ladies in the office are always so sweet and help me with my problems asap. They have wonderful gatherings. I have two friends that I have sent here and both moved in. I love my home and would recommend alta springs for sure.

Its an older building and has it's issues, but for the most part, it is quiet because the walls are pretty well insulated. The apartment is very large compared to most in the Denver area and affordable. A lot of DU students live in the complex and you can only tell in the hallways when the smell of cannabis is thick. The heating comes from old steam baseboard radiators and in my unit, it is noisy from the pipes popping in the walls. The office staff is very pleasant and I have never had problems communicating with them my issues or maintenance needs. Maintenance responds very quickly when requested. I don't use any amenities so I have no review of them.

Its beautiful and homey and thats what we wanted. The management is amazing and deserves a round of applause everyday for all of their hard work and dedication they put towards the community! Its amazing here and we would tell anyone to come in and check it out!

I've really enjoyed living here so far. Only wish there was more parking at night. Some vehicles seem to never move and i wonder if maybe they should be put on the street if not in regular use. Other than that the staff and my unit are great!

This is a great little community. Friendly neighbors and staff. Pet friendly. Cozy and comfortable. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Our floor plan is roomy and is an awesome home!

We both love this apartment complex. Both our cat and dog do, too. Close to everything, the maintenance people are all great. I love the area and the park is so close by. I've only had one other apartment so this is cool.

The communities staff is awesome and helped us with all moving and lease needs. The apartment layouts are great (Im in a 2bed/2bath). Sliders and windows could use updating, but they arent horrible. Great price and location!

The staff is always so helpful. I appreciate the concern and compassion they show when necessary. It's very quiet in the building that I live in. I have experienced very few serious maintenance issuea here which is so nice.

The community is great, the office staff on the other hand is not. They are rude and unprofessional. They will take one form of payment one month but not the next without notifying the residents. The grounds are not cleaned, when it snows it is icy and dangerous to walk across the parking lot. Soggy stations are cleaned once a month if that, exposing dogs to waste and potential parasites.

When I walked in to the property clubhouse, I was greeted by the friendly staff. All of my questions were answered prior to going on tour. Rae was very helpful and so nice, she made the tour seem like we've been friends forever. I would definitely recommend.
