Alta Springs has been a wonderful place to live from the first day I talked to Denise at the leasing office! Everyone is courteous and professional, maintenance is attentive as is security, and honestly it’s just gorgeous. I love the high ceilings and spacious floor plan of my two bedroom apartment, I’ve never felt so at home before!

So far, my family and I have been here for two weeks. I absolutely love this place! The location of the property is fantastic! The ladies at the leasing office made my family feel like we've been living here for years! The pool is fantastic, the apartment itself is huge with plenty of space for our belongings, and the icing on the cake is the secure entry points to my building. My family has decided that we're staying as long as we possibly can. If you're looking for a nice community with great neighbors and a very respectable office staff, stop looking and apply here!!

I don't feel safe here. The doors are left open every night and on multiple occasions I've dealt with people being violent and threatening. Security doesn't respond when I call them. There have been multiple shootings and stabbings. The building is also dirty and smells like rotten trash. The renovations aren't actually new, they just put paint over the old doors and cabinets which are made from old cheap materials and falling apart. The walls are paper thin, accidentally bumping into them is enough to create a hole. The heating is constantly broken and I rarely have hot water. Rent used to be cheaper than other communities in the area but now they are charging the same as better communities so it doesn't make sense to stay.

living here is not bad. they mess up sometimes but try to handle everything in a timely manner. they also work with you to the best of their abilities before certain processes take place. the fitness area is cool. pretty big for what im use ti. has a half court about 10 cardio machines and a weight room that 5-7 people can work out comfortably

It's very nice and quiet. But how long it's taking maintenance to come around and fix something is extremely longggg, they give an approximate date on order and it still takes weeks after that date until something gets fixed

The staff at Alta Springs is friendly, courteous and willing to listen and resolve resident concerns. Great location for public transportation and shopping. Alta Springs has been a generally quiet community with good residents.

I recently moved in to Alta Springs. It is a very nice, friendly apartment community. The maintenance and leasing personnel are very courteous, helpful and approachable. The place is clean and well kept as well.

I’ve only been living in the Alta Springs for a few months but my kids and I like it. This area is a lot more quieter than where we moved from. I love the accessibility to public transportation and the nearby restaurants.

Really great community. Pet friendly and staff is always available if you need anything. Never have issues parking in front of my building and haven't had any theft issues either. Right next to a park which is easy to take your dog to on walks. There are some dogs that can be reactive and sometimes left to bark on the porch. They just got a new security team that does hourly checks of each of the buildings, and I think that is helping increase safety in the community.

Beautiful apartments in a great neighborhood with great and cheery staff. Amenities are nice, the gym has more in it than I had expected. Very much appreciated. Security on-site keeps us feeling safe and we are just a quick drive to all kinds of shopping. Maintenance service is a bit of an issue and hopefully it’s resolved. Service request can take quite a bit of time before they are addressed or resolved.

The grounds used to be really nice (i.e., pond with fountain in the summer). Now the pond is dried up and full of weeds and trash. Don't feel the rent they charge is worth the property amenities, or apartment amenities.

Not at this time they seem to be very nice when I first moved in which they were on the inside a little on the outside but I thought everything will be just fine when it really wasn’t. I do like the apartment though if they app grade and make sure things can only be fixed one time instead of constantly having to fix the same thing over and over.

The staff at Alta Spings has been sarcastic and rude when concerns have been raised about safety and cleanliness. Simple emergencies seem to take days and multiple requests to deal with. There have also been several high profile criminal instances including a violent home invasion at Alta Springs and a double homicide across the street last month that resulted in no communication from office management.

The leasing staff is always rude. They have no professionalism. I have only been met with attitude and rude comments since moving here. I am a single mother, paid bi-weekly and always need to pay my rent in 2 halves. I am always met with opposition with this. The leasing office has blocked my payment options. When I had a safety concern and asked to be moved apartments, i was told because I have paid rent late, the company would not approve that. They are only concerned about rent being paid. Not about the residents and our well being. This is the worse apartment complex I've ever dealt with. The entire apartment is falling apart and they still want over $2000 per month for it.

I have had a great experience thus far, but the way that this recent situation was handled and the lack of communication really left a bad taste in my mouth. it felt horrible to come home from the weekend and have strangers in my apartment and not one person from management or otherwise attempted to contact me to tell me anything had even happened.

Biggest problem is the filth in garbage rooms and dumpster room, surrounding area and lack of clean up by staff. Really unsanitary. It remains this wAy after many complaints. We were promised the garage would be powered washes back in spring. Yet, it never happened

I have lived at Alta Springs going on six years now and I think it is very nice complex just outside the Denver metro area. The staff and maintenance people are absolutely wonderful. The apartments are large And up-to-date and still affordable in this time. I would like to continue to stay at Alta Springs they’ve been good to me.

There are better places out there - do not move here. They give you the run around and half the time the amenities are closed. Pay to much to not get enough. The front desk wants to blame everything on everyone else, but wont do anything to resolve it.

Not safe. Lots of theft. Lots of noise. Dirty and the buildings are old and need a lot of work. Maintenance team is under staffed. The grounds keepers and cleaning crew are lazy and sloppy. Residents like any other place have a lot to do with the issues but the slow response time that staff has to any issues has made this place a haven for dirty and stupid. Police do not patrol regularly despite the crime committed regularly. Good luck if you decide to move in. You'll need it.

Great place to live. Florplans are lovely . They are more spacius than most. I love the large balconies! There is plenty of room to have potted super friendly staff. We have been residents here for over four years and quite happy here.

Been great living here so far. Some issues with the app trying to pay rent, but was figured out quickly by staff. Have had complaints about our dogs barking. I believe every dog here barks as people walk by and at all hours of the night so we felt a little singled out. Some neighbors are very loud with music, their cars, and voices in general. Overall though this has been a wonderful place to live. We’re happy with our decision to choose Alta Springs. We miss Sabrina! Charlene is great and always helpful. Thank you! :)

Lovely apartments within a park like setting. The rooms are spacious, and I really enjoy a real wood burning fireplace. The surrounding neighborhood provides quick access to everything you need. Large windows and multiple balconies are wonderful.
