We were treated harshly by another Greystar community called Alvista Nine Mile which tried to bait and switch us by withholding our apartment. Alta Springs understood our urgency and made the move in process swift and easy. They maintain the community and our apartment fits all of our needs.

There is dog waste all over the grounds that's not picked up. When the pool is open its closed half of the time due to other residents misusing it. Security team now is more present which is a bonus. Leasing staff doesn't help much. Denise has been the only one to give a yes or no answer but when it comes to their property damaging a vehicle they are ghosting you

I’ve had the worst of luck with apartments appearing as something they are not after moving in. Alta Springs has changed this and I enjoy the community as well as the listed amenities always being available. The leasing office is wonderful!!! Everyone is full of joy and very helpful- I never feel like a bother with my silly questions.

My overall experience in this community is good. The staff is kind and informative. Maintenance is quick and does a pretty good job for the most part. The grounds are well kept in the main areas. The other areas could use some attention. Security could be a bit better.

The staff is very polite and professional. My neighbors are very quiet. I will continue to renew my lease because of the way the staff run and maintain the buildings. I would recommend this complex to people looking for a new apartment

It is very nice I like the location and amenities the pool and the pond are all very nice, and the gym and weight room, and its easy to empty the trash,the patios are nice and big and we are close to good bike trails

Denise Ayon was the first person I ever spoke to when looking into renting these apartments. Her friendly demeanor and ability to answer all of my questions is one the reason I chose to live here vs the other complexes I was looking into. When I first met her I told her how I just moved here from out of state and was living off microwaved food until I could find an apartment, she immediately gave me coupons for different restaurants around me and I will never forget that. I have now been here for a year and just renewed my lease for next year and she is still as friendly and helpful as ever. She remembers my name every time and always checks in to see how we are doing, I really appreciate that. I can't say enough good things about her so I really just want to make it known that she is reason I am still wanting to live her. I truly love this apartment and all the amenities and events hosted every month. It really feels like a community here and I hope that feeling never fades. Thank you Denise, I definitely would not be here without your assistance.

I have lived at Alta Springs for 4 years and have loved it so far. Nice roomy apartments, washer and dryer in unit, great amenities. The office staff is also awesome and Shannon is so easy to talk to. I highly recommend the apartments to anyone.

Overall I have been satisfied with my experience here at Alta Springs. There have been periods where I have found that the staff in the main office have not had a good sense of community engagement and customer service. However the current staff, especially Denise, have made me feel that my concerns are important and I feel treated with dignity and respect.

Don’t rent from these people!!!

Don’t rent from Alta Springs or Greystar in general. If you come down with a disability and make a request for reasonable accommodation, they will ignore you and then hit you for your early buyout option on your lease. They don’t return phone calls, won’t email you back to address your concerns either. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!!!

Great. Everyone leaves me be. I Like to be left alone by the office an neighbors, in which they do. Everything is good except the small door issue that was fixed. I need faster maintenance. That’s the only thing. Other than that. It’s a great place and everything is going well

There are a select few of helpful team members who work in the leasing office. However the upkeep of the buildings is horrible. The garage door is broken every single week, people’s cars get broken into, there’s no security cameras , RV camps all summer in front of the complex, pool is always closed in the summer, elevator breaks almost weekly. My downstairs neighbors moved out because they had bats in their vents that came out and were flying around their apartment.

Fun, urban place to live. Very close to a lot of really great culture. We are going to miss the great places to walk to around here when we move. The only things that have been difficult are that there are just some cheap fixes to things upon move in. The drawers tracks break all the time because the drawers are made out of cheap materials. Pain chipping off, the tub liner is coming up, and the carpet on the patio is disgusting.. But overall, we've loved living here.

Overall a very good place to live in. Nothing is ever perfect, but as apartment complexes goes, this one is one of the best there are in its range of price. The neighborhood used to be nicer but it's not terrible. As safety goes, it could use a few cameras in the parking lots but I've heard worst from other places.

Mixed bag luv the elevators and controlled access to the bldg and all the appliances. I feel the rent increases have been way to high considering the bad inflation since the pandemic. I think one thing that major change is security svc. I would recommend a armed guard svc. since crime is way up in this area

Returning tenant

As someone who has lived here 3 years ago and is about to move back in at the end of the month, my previous experience at these apartments were nearly flawless. My unit was beautiful and the staff was great. My only gripe is that the buildings look outdated. The other apartments next door that are also owned by greystar (elm at panorama) got exterior repaintings and look much newer in comparison

Mgt is nasty and hateful. Other acting managers don't care about the residents or their safety. There is no security. I was given a card with a phone number to call for security and they wouldn't even answer their phone when I was threatened last night! I am currently looking for a safe place to move to.i cant go out at night. Its not safe
