Best apartment building ever

This is a great place to rent. The maintenance team is out cleaning the property daily. I have literally no negative things to say about this apartment complex and I have rented no less than 8 different apartment complexes in various locations around Denver. This property is unique in that it is in an area that is tucked up and behind the Union station area, with no through traffic. Possibly the best place I have ever rented. Walking distance to grocery stores, Coors field, mcgreggor square, Elitch Gardens,pharmacies, and union station. Seconds from I-25.

Celeste at the front office was phenomenal and extremely helpful when I needed a maintenance request processed immediately. Within in an hour the technician Chris was already assessing and fixing the problem with my shower. Took him only 10 minutes and it was fixed! I've never experienced such professionalism and efficiency from a maintenance team at an apartment like this experience.

Great staff, warm community, and a place that instantly feels like home.

Our time living here has been nothing short of amazing. The friendly staff and amazing amenities keep the space refreshing and lively. If you have the pleasure of meeting David at the front office, make sure to befriend him, as he is a lovely character and immeasurably helpful. The tenants of the building are all kind and considerate; I have never heard a single sound from any of my neighbours. And the apartment itself is spacious, well thought out, and lovely. Though I am partial, as I am moving from a tiny flat in the UK, I have seen many other apartments here in Denver, and this one tops most. Overall, living here has brought an unexpected level of comfort and community into my life, and I genuinely feel lucky to call this place home. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run, and truly enjoyable place to live.

Great Living Environment

I have enjoyed living here over the past 6 months. The staff at the front desk, Sara and David, always offer a warm welcome every time I walk through the lobby and are super helpful and responsive. Maintenance request are resolved quickly, making you feel like a priority. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to live here.

Excellent Location & Helpful Staff

I've lived here for almost two years and love the area. Everything one might need is within walking distance, including some of Denver's best downtown spots. The office staff is great. David is especially helpful and always responsive. I recommend living here!

Don't live by the train it's loud af it make it hard to Sleep I find it best cry at night so I don't hear it I'm sad but I will pull through with my chicken lamp it has provided me much comfort I have butt problems

It's a great complex, management does there best to keep everything on point. If you're a dog lover this place will fit you well if not there's a lot of dirty people who allow their dogs to use the bathroom any and everywhere. Including hallways,garage in front of your balcony, sidewalks etc

moving into and living at GUS has been pretty much entirely pain free. Never had a problem with management, maintenance does a good job. When an issue occurred with my hot water heater, and running water was turned off inside my unit, they relocated me to a loaner unit for the time that the maintenance was being completed. I was very thankful that they did this. I would recommend GUS to a friend.

It has been overall good. Things are going to happen, things break. Fix the tv by the bbq and the carpets in the hallways are filthy. Coffee machine is down often. I do think the the property is well maintained and the residents are friendly.

Cute little corner of downtown Denver

Loved living in this quiet corner within walking distance of all things downtown. It’s a dead end street, so not a lot of traffic or noise. Occasionally noise from the train but if you live not directly next to them, you’ll be fine. Loved the amenities as well!

I have enjoyed living here, however be aware of 2 things before moving in. The trains passing by can be a little loud, and there are way too many bad dog owners here who just let their dogs run loose without of them also dont pick up their dogs waste. Nothing is done to enforce this.

Very good place to live. Its generally bery quite and well maintained. Good security and staff all day plus ive never had a problem that wasn't able to get resolved within a decent time if not sooner then expected. The maintenance team is too notch as well.
