The community has been exactly what you would expect from moving in. Improvements and required maintenance get taken care of regularly. The staff are great at communicating any issue that affect the community as a whole. Our apartment has stayed in pretty good shape throughout our time living here.

The apartments started off chill , but the leasing office never fixed any of the things that were wrong with my apartments to begin with . I've never had a secured lock for the back door as well as I needed my room door replaced because there was a huge hole in the middle of it . There so many rats and the train is noisy . I definitely would not live here again

Best location, price, and staff!
I have lived here about a year and a half and just moved into a two bedroom. The location is extremely ideal in that it is walkable to Union Station, LoHi, and Rino areas of Denver. There is also plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores that are also walkable distance. The neighborhood is pretty safe and there is definitely lots of sidewalks and walking/biking trails that are close by. For the amount of square footage per price, this place is the one to beat. I have toured other apartments in the area and nothing compares. All of the office staff are super friendly and welcoming. Any concerns that I may have, they are quick to understand and address if needed. My pup loves coming by to say hi to them and stopping by their treat station in the office. The maintenance guys are also amazing and any maintenance requests that I have had typically get completed within a day maybe two depending on volume and priority. I have honestly had nothing but a great experience here and cannot recommend it enough if you are looking for a place in downtown Denver.

We have had a great experience at Griffis Union Station including friendly staff, kind and courteous other residents, and nice facilities. Whenever we have needed to request maintenance assistance, the technicians have been kind, efficient, and quickly resolve any issues.

Great Move-In Experience
Just moved in, so cant say too much about living here yet. That being said, the move-in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful! Probably the easiest move-in experience Ive ever had. Excited to be living here

Amazing apartments. The maintenance team was always on top of it and i never had any real issues. The leasing agents are all super friendly and helped in any way possible. Love the activities they would plan for tenants too. Cleanliness 10/10 and Environment 10/10

The community was in a great location! Even though near a main road, noise was well below expected. The units seemed clean and the amenities seemed well maintained thought the property. It was clean and presentable throughout as well.

The service team was exceptionally quick. Within the hour of me submitting the request was a service advisor at my door. I didn't receive a follow up however on my flooring issue which would be appreciated I'm checking in one more time to get it added to my file. Otherwise very helpful

It's been a great community to stay at. The apartments are a comfortable size to live in, aesthetically pleasing, and well-equipped. I haven't faced any major issues with the appliances provided, and the apartment is well insulated from the weather as well as surrounding apartments, ensuring no noise disturbances occur. The leasing office staff has been friendly and helpful in resolving any issues that arose, and the few other interactions I've had with other residents have been positive.

Wonderful staff and great amenities. I love living here. I think that is a great p,ace if you are a fan of downtown. There is a train but you get used to it. Also a great place for pets. I wish they had a board game night though.

The community was great. The amenities and public spaces are very nice, and the units are as well. My tour guide was able to show me a few units that met what I was looking for, and in the end, help me settle on one. Would recommend.

Awesome place to live.
I lived at Griffis Union Station for about a year and a half. I've never had an issue. The apartment was as I expected, the maintenance team handles issues quickly and the property management team couldn't be easier to work with. Cody, Lukas and David have taken great care of me. They have addressed multiple issues for me and I regularly stop down into the lobby to chat with them.

Staff is excellent. Rent is a bit high, train outside is loud at all hours, guest parking is annoying/inconvenient - to clarify you have pay 10-15$ each time a guests wants to park at night and you have to print out a paper to put in the dashboard and id they are late by 5-10 minutes it is highly likely the vultures contracted to tow will tow your car - and they charge a lot. Also there is broken glass and dog crap all over

It has been mostly smooth and everyone is nice. The hot tub has been out of commission since before summer was over (5 months). I love the little amenities here like the donuts and coffee. Parking is an issue for guests if outside of business hours.

If you live by the train tracks, do not be surprised to hear the train all day every day (especially if you leave your window open). Rent keeps going up by $200-300 a year despite it being a pretty mid location.

Amazing Customer Service by whole team
I went through the entire process remotely from Arizona. The whole team and specifically David went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the choice to move to Griffis Union Station. Since moving in, they have assisted with package deliveries, maintenance requests, local entertainment recommendations and even loaning me a cart to assist with returning items to Uhaul. This team is a 10/10 for their customer service, willingness to help and making me feel welcome in a new state!

Love the location! It's great to be this close to Coors field, I just wish the Rockies were better. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to fix things. Overall I feel very safe in this building and would resign my lease.

It's a good apartment complex. The amenities are nice and the location is excellent. The first floor is usually pretty clean, but the fourth floor (and maybe others), isn't super well maintained (and has noticeable moldy smell in the hallway). The apartments are renovated fairly quickly and sloppy, but the price reflects that (and they ARE renovated). Make sure you see your specific unit because it's fairly different unit to unit in my experience. The staff is great and you can tell they genuinely want to help.
