Amazing place- everyone is friendly and helpful. Rachelle made the experience perfect. There are so many different reasons I would recommend this complex to others. There are great amenities and very friendly staff.

I used to love living here, back when it was under different management. I was hopeful that new management would provide a better environment, but for how much hype they gave the renovations, nothing has really changed. The pool is basically the same, the gym equipment isn't that great, and the club house is the same. I feel like the quality of the whole community has gone downhill. Unfortunately, I feel like I outstayed my welcome here and can't wait to move

Great location, nice apartments and facilities. Make sure not to pick a apartment facing the train tracks. The dog park is probably the biggest perk of living here. If you don't like dogs this building may not be for you.

There's a reason we have lived here for 5 years. That said, things have been a little inconsistent lately. I attribute that to new management getting acclimated, and the old management letting certain things slide (landscaping, upkeep). I look forward to some great improvements.

Great complex to live in. The staff is friendly (especially Carla) and courteous. The dog park is nice - very pet friendly. The outdoor spaces are great. I love the concierge services offered as well. Very spacious and it's nice to have DirecTV. Close to some great restaurants.

Kind of challenging with this place and getting the lease/payment details hammered out. My roommate and I had to resign a lease three times due to moving in when the new owners took over, and the rent repeatedly being listed as the wrong price. Nice, helpful and extremely patient onsite team (Carla is incredible), but IDK if Griffis really shook things up when it took over and the leasing office staff just had this massive learning curve with the technology and different things the new operator was implementing (I know the associates did have to learn a new online resident portal/software system). But still, we've always been bewildered by the lack of organization in the leasing office. Living here has been amazing.. Perfect location... beautiful amenities... wonderful home. But apartment communities live and die with the onsite teams, and this was not a good move-in and first-month experience with this team (which did seem to change as well, which does also influence our experience)... We still have another 10 months to go, though, before the possibility of a lease renewal.

Overall, it has been positive. I am a majorly concerned about safety and security, which I believe it being addressed. There have been numerous issues over the last year. The prices have continued to increase, yet there is no sense of value at all for long term residents as no form of continuous improvements are made to made this community a highly desirable place to live, work and play.

I'm happy living here. Even with the new management company, everything is very well organized, quickly taken care of, stuff is professional and prompt. It does get a bit noisy during the weekends, but I think that's the case when living in an area full of millenials. :-)

Ignore all the other reviews (they apply to Skye 2905 who no longer owns the building). In March 2017 the building was purchased by Griffis. Under Skye we had 24/7 on site security. In the two months since Griffis took over I have not seen a single security guard on site. My car got broken into, my friends car stolen, another friends camping gear gone through and today (4/18) another friends car got broken into. This is all within the onsite "secure" garage. I honestly think my car would be safer on the street in public view. The other day I even saw a homeless person sleeping in the garage. I would not recommend living here until they improve the security. It will most likely take a violent incident before Griffis acts as they are aware of all these issues and have done nothing.

Great downtown location, but expensive for a 1BR/1BA. Very pet friendly community. Nice amenities. Easy to commute many places in Denver. Downside is the average age of the residents. Many are very young, right out of college, so the noise level on weekends and holidays can be a lot and there have been issues with loud music, parties, and vandalism.

I love this apartment building-- it's affordable and close to everything. However, I cannot recommend this place for anyone I like (or even anyone I don't like) because the office staff has been a complete disaster since the management change. We originally signed our lease under their former name. When presented with our lease it had the wrong rental amount and not the price we were quoted. We resolved this and signed lease number one. Upon moving in, we had to sign another lease with the new company and again, the rental amount was wrong-- significantly higher than we were quoted. We were finally sent another lease (the third one we've had to sign) with the correct amount. When we received our first invoice, it was again significantly higher than our rental price. After fighting with the office to get our payments applied correctly, we received a bill for the correct amount. We've now received another bill for an amount they cannot explain that was charged incorrectly. It seems that they're trying to get as much money out of us as possible. The community manager, Sara, is apologetic and very kind, but no one seems to be able to get to the root of these problems. It's going to be an exhausting lease term if we're constantly fighting over price.

My experience at Griffis Union Station (Griffis Residential Community) has been 5 star! My initial contact was with Carla on site at 4:30 on a Saturday. She was booked full of appointments and still took the time to give me all the information I needed and scheduled me a follow up appointment. My fianc? was still in North Carolina while I was being transferred to Denver. Carla sent videos of the different floor plans we were interested in, as well as met me 1 hour before I had to be at the airport to catch a flight to literally run with me through the two apartments we liked! She is top notch and so is the rest of the staff I have dealt with. On the day of move in I showed up, gave a copy of my id, and was handed the keys to my place. All documents were able to be signed via "Edoc" so it took no time to get settled in on a Sunday!! Love the staff and the building!

We were seeking a high quality two bedroom apartment in walking distance to Union Station that was affordable and pet friendly. Our experience here has been fantastic- good sense of community and quick response from management whenever we have had an issue. They opened a grocery store across the street which has made this location ideal!

I have lived in this building for 3 years. It has great location for the price, and for the most part I like living here. A few downsides are the noise you can hear in between apartment floors (footsteps upstairs, etc.) and train noise from behind the building. The units are nice and for the most part up to date. Appliances could be newer and it is about time for them to replace the carpet in the halls as well as inside of the apartment units. Overall I feel as though I get a good value here.

Great staff, too many pets onsite which leave feces, bihldung needs work. Many broken doors and dirty carpet in common areas. Residents are messy and leave trash around the buildings. Apartment itself is in good condition.

Skye 2905 is a perfectly average apartment complex in downtown Denver. The amenities are nice (gym, pool, hot tub) and the staff is excellent. The location is conveniently located near the Highlands/LoHi and Downtown, but trying to park near the building without a designated spot is near impossible. Rent is excessive and additional fees are as well. Early lease termination requires two months notice and one month rental penalty (if you need to move immediately for any reason, that's three month's rent as termination penalty!). Overall, perfectly average. Not highly recommended.

I love living here. Great location and amenities. Rarely hear or see my neighbors. Feel safe even though it's in LoDo. The sales and maintenance staff are the best. They are always helpful and do a great job maintaining the place considering some residents just don't respect the property.

2 Years ago I lived here. I was a high level executive from comcast and when I went in and toured they promised me it was concrete construction and I will never hear my neighbor. I didnt hear one neighbor I hear all 4 above below and both sides. The person below me even had such loud subwoofers that it shook my place. I complained and they did nothing. Then they wouldnt let me transfer or out of my lease. Also there was ALLWAYS pee and poo in the hallways and elevators. This is THE worst property in Denver these people on here must work there.

I love living here very hype, and serene when in need of it.The ladies and gentlemen at the office ar3 very nice and professional all the time. If there are any questions they keep up and keep me informed. I think the parking situation for people visiting could be better but overall I love it here.

It is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful community atmosphere and great amenities. Its proximity to downtown makes walking to anything I want convenient and fun but its location just off of twentieth also makes sure that you are tucked-away and don't experience heavy foot and car traffic within the community. The best of both worlds.

We love living at Skye 2905 Urban Flats- the location is amazing- we can walk to Union Station, Coors field and lots of restaurants, breweries and bars. The neighbors are friendly and our puppy is warmly welcomed and loved as much, if not more, than we are:)

Skye 2905 apartments are located in a great area that is booming with young professionals. With a grocery store, Rockies stadium and parks within walking distance, a resident has access to fun activities throughout the week and weekends. The clubroom and outdoor areas are great for having friends come over to meet/watch football/cookout. The dog friendliness let's your four legged friends happy every day and playing with friends makes the apartment living not so bad.

Overall I like the apartment. I think the staff is helpful and I like my unit. It can be noisy though. It is a pretty young community, which can be good, but personally I am reminded of what it was like to live in a dorm. For me, it is worth it. I am able to work to work and have easy access to King Soopers. I wouldn't say there are any surprises at Skye. It sort of is what it is and you know what you're getting. I wasn't pleasantly or unpleasantly surprised about anything.

Living at Skye Urban Flats is great. The location is perfect and its close to downtown Lodo. Everything you need is within a 10-15 minute walk. Apartment layout and features are pretty nice. We have 11 foot ceilings and wood floors with a view overlooking the pool area. I wish we had a balcony instead of the Juliet, but there aren't as many 1 bedroom units that have the full balcony. Staff at the leasing office are great and the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful.

I have been mostly happy with this building, but the incessant fire alarms over the past few months have killed my love of the place. At least twice, there were three separate times during the night (between 11pm and 6 am) that the fire alarm went off. That's three times in one night - on separate occasions. I am less bothered by the days that the alarm only went off once during the night. Today I got home from work and was stuck outside for 15 minutes while the LOUD alarms went off again, and then it came back on twice more after I finally made it into my apartment. This is on a day that I will be working until midnight, and I am not pleased. And there has been no compensation for the fire alarm issue, despite its frequent recurrence and the extreme disturbance.
