Awesome Apartment, Staffs and Facilities
I love our apartment.. We searched and searched and finally found a place we can call home. It's got a very warm feel to it. Yes, the location may be a bit off, you have to walk for at least half a mile to get some grub but, it's good for you!! The complex is pet friendly. We have a fitness center, Cool entertainment area with pool table, big tv screen and kitchen for your party needs. We've got a hot tub and pool heated 24/7. (It sure is gonna be busy after winter). The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. We get cheap tickets for events every now and then too!!

I wouldn't recommend
Skye 2905 is undoubtedly a nice apartment complex with pretty floors (if you get wood). It's new and the amenities are incredibly enticing - but I went into the lease a little blind and I do regret it often. First my rent is outrageously expensive. For the area it may be average, but the "convenience" of living downtown isn't worth it. Parking is hell on the streets, so I pay even more for a spot in the garage - which is a treacherous place. Security is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Sure my friends and delivery men can't get in - but neither can the police. Who can get in? Drunk young adults on a Monday morning to interrupt my 5am workout. (Hence calling the police) Might I add that the inebriated couple were NOT residents of Skye? The garage doors are often open, and it's not difficult to tailgate in either. I've seen cars vandalized terribly and have heard of things being stolen, so the "security" officer napping in his car is clearly worth every penny. The counter-tops are a home-owners nightmare. They are beautiful marble but after continuous asking by myself and my father upon move in we discovered that they are not sealed. If you spill a glass of kool-aid or red wine on marble counters that aren't sealed then you have a permanent stain. I mean permanent. I am fearful for the day I move out because I don't know what protection I have in the lease, though they've assured me that I wouldn't be fined. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly - but also very young and occasionally incompetent and unprofessional. Like I said, very nice and very friendly but not exactly who I'd pick for the task of leasing and upkeep for these apartments. They have difficulty even explaining the new billing system to my roommate and I. I love dogs. I mean I absolutely love dogs. I don't have the time for one now, and I wouldn't be able to afford one with the outrageous expenses here. Pet rent is a reasonable $15 - but the deposits and fees add up to another $500!!! Ridiculous! And pet owners here are rather careless with their dogs droppings - the first floor smells consistently of pee and the courtyard of general waste. I thought that based on the expense of the building many young college party-ers would be weeded out. I was very wrong. It is not rare for me or my roommate to be awoken by loud pounding music, shouts in the courtyard, and stomping/jumping up and down int he apartment above us at the wee hours of night. This is a terrible inconvenience since we are both adults with jobs and have to be up very early M-F. All in all, I give this place 1 star - only for it's "pretty" factor and...that's it. I guess it's close to the highway too, so that's a plus...but not a big enough one to gain it anymore praise in my book. I will be moving out at the end of my lease because it is too expensive to break it now (or else I would've). Hope that you find this helpful.

do not live here!
Management/office staff is horribly unprofessional, noisy, and basically a college dorm!

Love it!
I've lived at Skye since May and absolutely love it! It's nice to be able to walk to the bars, restaurants, and kickball and never worry about having to drive and park downtown. Plus I loveeeeeee my kitchen. Definitely check it out!

DO NOT RENT HERE
There are so many things about this place, I don't even know where to begin: 1. They the model and not your actual apartment to get you to agree to a lease 2. Your actual apartment looks nothing like the model 3. It is insanely overpriced for the square footage/view/location 4. They say there is guest parking on the side, but do nothing to enforce the "private road" sign, so drunk kids are always taking every spot and walking to baseball games or lodo 5. There is still construction, but they do not lower the rental price even if construction workers are directly outside your window and start yelling at 6:30 on a sunday (actually happened) 6. The hallways always smell like wet dog. I felt really duped into renting this place. I am actually breaking my lease to get the ---- out and I swear to god the other review was written by one of their rental agents, who will pretty much say anything to get you to sign a lease.

Best Place Ever!!
*Brand new apartment, competitive price. High end finishes. *Club house is fantastic and open 24/7. It has a garage door that opens up to the court yard, where you can BBQ, sit by a fire pit, or watch the outdoor TV. *Gym has cardio equipment with little personal fans that blow cool air on you while you sweat, free weights, and a yoga room. *Dog shower room. *Leasing office is always having BBQ's, and parties at Lodo's. They will give away Rockies tickets. Seems theres an event every couple weeks. *Location is great, walk to Lodo or Riverfront Park. *Parking isn't easy. If there's a Rockies game, forget it. I'll actually stay out longer and wait for the game to end so that I can come home and park. Each apartment gets one space in the garage. *Pool, is still a dirt whole. I'm confident it will be nice when it is finished. But there is no clear timeline when it will be done. Hopefully Ill get to enjoy it in August. Crossing fingers!!
