Lived here for over five years and would have renewed our lease again if we were not moving out of state. All of the amenities have been upgraded by Griffis since they bought it and the team rocks. I have never lived anywhere that the whole staff legitimately cares about the residents. Thank you for making our time in Denver one to remember!

I lived at Griffis Union Station for 6.5 years and the staff is what kept me there. During my time at Griffis, Carla consistently went above and beyond to help me with a few issues I had. She was always friendly and professional and was always prompt in communicating updates, resolutions, etc. The location was great and when Griffis Residential bought the property a few years ago, they made a lot of great improvements to the community. The only reason I am giving this four stars is because of some of the residents. In my 6.5 years living in this community, I found that a number of the residents are selfish and do not think about their fellow neighbors. From letting their pets relieve themselves in the hallway and not cleaning it up, to consistently partying in their units at all hours of the day/night, etc. The poor maintenance staff and the front desk staff work tirelessly to keep the community clean and an enjoyable place for everyone to live and certain residents are incredibly disrespectful.

Overall, great experience living in this community! I moved here March/April of 2017 and have not had any major issues. If you are dog owner, they have a little cute area for your pup to do it's business and mingle with other furry friends. Staff is very helpful and friendly too!

Very expensive for how small the apartments are. Bad cell phone reception, no free/courtesy parking for friends or family. Large homeless population in surrounding area. Throughout my lease I have found silverfish throughout the apartment. The windows are cheap so it is very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Most expensive electrical bill I have ever had.

The move in process has been exceptional. The management is great! I had to move quickly and they made it a super smooth process. Everything was clean, management walked through with me to help with any service requests necessary.

I really have enjoyed living here. The management staff and service staff have been nothing short of kind and hospitable. The changes and improvements have really shown that you all care about your tenants. I really want to renew, I am just fearful my rent will be raised upon renewal.

Moving into this complex is very difficult as they don't allow you to reserve an elevator. You either need to carry your items up the stairs or use the elevator along with everyone else on which the doors only stay open for roughly 10 seconds before the force close. Sadly, when we moved in there were multiple things wrong with our apartment, one of them being the hot water heater was/is completely non-functional.

Great community! All of the staff has been easy to work with and very attentive. Apartments are clean and very well maintained. Common areas are also very well maintained. The apartments are built with quiet in mind. The walls are very think and we have never heard our neighbors.

Cheap place in downtown so that is nice. Pool & club house are good. Dog park smells gross & hallways smell bad too. For the money it is a good deal in downtown Denver. Some office staff are great. Would recommend

I was nervous to move across the country but Griffis Residential was very helpful throughout the entire process. The staff at Griffis Union Station communicated with me via telephone and email which made my transition as smooth as possible. The location is great. It is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend Griffis Union Station.

Overall, a solid apartment complex to live in. Spacious, clean units, extremely pet friendly and great amenities. Some occasional noise, but worlds better than most apts in Denver. Most issues I have had have been promptly addressed by management or the service team. The service team is phenomenal. Some issues earlier this year with theft in the garage, but that is pretty common for Denver. Really, a solid place to live.

Griffis has been perfect all save for the day we moved in. They made a bad communication error and moved us into an apartment that we then found was not ready at all to move in to. (Appliances were pulled out mid repair) Unfortunately this all occurred over the weekend so management was not available to discuss this issue with us, therefore we were put up in a guest suite for the night. This forced us to take off work to move in the next day, however management did everything they could to amend the issue and we were very pleased. They offered to cover our moving expenses and then moved us into an apartment with a better view that was available immediately for the same price as the previous apartment. After the initial mistake, griffis did everything that they could to make our move in pleasant and easy and we were very pleased and happy with the outcome. Apparently our circumstances were rare, however based on the way they handled their mistake, I would definitely recommend this community. It is a very nice building in a great location near Coors field and union station as well.

I love Griffis Union Station! I am so glad I moved here over three years ago! The gym, the dog park, the pool and the hot tub ( which are heated all year ) are just awesome! We have a great game/clubroom and the coffee bar features lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, coffees and my favorite herbal teas. The office and leasing staff are just wonderful. They are so professional, friendly, helpful and treat all of us here like family. The property is so well maintained and the landscaping is very attractive, especially in the springtime with all the flowers and trees blooming and blossoming. The maintenance, groundskeeping and housecleaning staff are THE BEST! The proximity to the King Soopers grocery store and many restaurants and bars is so convenient. I am so happy I chose Griffis Union Station as my home out of all the properties in downtown. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family.

They take great care in their residents and ensure that their residents are always having a great experience at their community. The community grounds themselves are always neat and clean. My partner and I have lived in numerous apartment communities across the US over the years due to several job relocations. We've had the worst landlords imaginable at other apartment communities in the past. Griffis Union Station COMPLETELY stands out from the crowd! We've had nothing but positive experiences from first touring the community, to signing a lease, to moving in. We had the pleasure of working closely with Victoria in the leasing office to help us through this process. She is a godsend! From touring the apartment all the way up to her helping us with the planning of moving in - Victoria was absolutely fabulous. I really hope the management team reads this to recognize Victoria for her superb customer service and effort to make sure we were happy with where we lived! It feels great to call Griffis home. Great walkable location to LoDo/Downtown, stylish updated apartments, great neighbors, and the area feels safe. The leasing office truly cares about every resident (and I'm not just saying that!) I toured Griffis Union Station this pass weekend. The ladies at the office were very helpful and kind to my husband and I. We love the apartments here and location!! My roommate and I have only lived here since late December but so far our experience has been a pleasant one. We have had minor issues, but the office staff has always worked with us on them as quickly as they can. The location is great, but I do recommend visiting so you know exactly what you are getting into, it can seem a little weird living so close to the train and an HOV lane.

Ive only been living here for a week and a few days and I love it! The staff at the office are so friendly and easy going and very helpful. Was able to move in with no problems and any questions I had they answered in a very timely manner. I love the amenities available at this location! The location of the apartment itself is very central which is an added bonus!
