Great location. If you are in the right location it's very quiet. Staff is pretty responsive. Maintenance could use some guidance to do a better job. They are doing ongoing improvements that will make the community better in the long run.

The apartment is wonderful, and the management is great. We've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff here. The only issue we have is with the noise -- the train is much louder than expected. Other than that, no complaints.

Great location and nice units. There is always something to do and see within just a few blocks. Guest will struggle to find parking when visiting. Rent is a little higher then some of the newer locations in the area.

This community has been enjoyable to live in for the last two years. I utilize all the amenities especially the fitness center and pool. You can't beat the location and how great the staff is... especially Carla!

The management team is flexible and helpful. It's definitely nice to be able to walk to Union Station, and to be within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The rent is also set at a decent rate for the area.

We've been living in this building for almost three years, and have no plans to leave. The transition from Monogram (former property owner) to Griffis was a little bit bumpy at first, but ultimately the staff has been able to maintain the same level of service that we value so much living here. We've met most of our friends in Denver in the building, including some of the staff! We first moved in because we found this building the be the best bang for your buck in LoDo, and I think that continues to be the case.

Griffis Union Station (aka Skye2905) has been a great place to call home. The maintenance team has always made sure the place looks great and the office team does anything they can to help. Carla went as far as bringing me soup and cold medicine when I was sick. There are so many options around the area now but they are all pretty much the same. The one thing that makes Griffis a step above is the incredible staff.

I have had nothing but a great experience living at Griffis Union Station. It is an ideal location to explore so many cool places in Denver. Very close to nightlife, the Platte River trail, and other fun attractions downtown. The staff and maintenance are super responsive, helpful, and nice (especially our leasing manager, Carla). The amenities are also great... the only thing missing is a rooftop :)

I love living at Griffis Union Station. Not only is the location amazing because of how close you are to downtown, highlands, rino/5 points (all walking distance), but you also have a staff who truly cares about every individual living at the complex. Brianna is so caring, conscious, and kind! There is a dog park, pool, fantastic gym, and coffee machine I use almost every morning.

I have lived in this building for 3 years now and just signed my 4th lease. Not only is the location perfect, the staff and amenities are incredible. When ever I am in need if assistance, I receive help almost immediately. Carla, one of their staff, has been hands down the most amazing here. She goes above and beyond her expected duties and is a valued member of the community. I've loved my time here and have no plans to move out anytime soon.

Lived here about a year and very impressed with the staff, complex, security, etc. The bedroom is on all internal walls so noise is at a minimum at all times. There's a nice gym, dog park, pool and is conveniently located.

I've had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences living here. The staff is not only friendly, but attentive and empathetic as well. Personally, and more specifically, Carla has always gone above and beyond addressing any of my needs. The property is very clean, safe and well maintained. There are several amenities, and everything you need is within walking distance, including Coors Field. I highly recommend Griffin Union Station if you're looking for a new home.

I've had a great experience living here the last 2 years! Obviously when a new management company takes over there are a few hiccups but I've found the office to be very informative and helpful through the whole experience! The leasing office has always been more than willing to help me when they can when it comes to my lease, or needs for my home.

I would not recommend this building to anyone. There are always problems and it takes an unacceptable amount of time to fix them. The safety issues are a huge concerns as many cars in the garage have been broken in to and stolen. There's always vagrants roaming around the outside of the property. Apparently they are increasing the rents by astronomical amounts for renewing leases so I think they are trying to get current residents out so they can have a brand new start. There's propbably much better places around where you can get more bang for your buck.

I've lived here for more than 4 years in a few different units and just signed a new lease. I like location a lot with the proximity to the light rail, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and other nightlife. The on site dog park is great for dog owners like myself. The last (almost) year of transitioning to new management has come with growing pains but the new company is trying to make the building better with upgrades and a facelift to the building inside and out. The staff here is one of the main reasons however that we continue to renew our lease - everyone in the front office especially Carla, Bri and Gio who have brought continuity through the transition, to the maintenance and grounds/housekeeping staff.

I moved into Griffis when it was Skye back in 2014. Most people are aware of the change in ownership and some new faces in the office. I have to say I have never had an issue with management! The office staff have always been helpful and friendly. There have been a ton of projects that have come up since the building was bought and my understanding is that these are issues that were ignored before and are now being taken care BECAUSE of new ownership - that is a GOOD thing! Many improvements have been made over the last few months and continue to be made , so THANK YOU for continuing to improve our home! The dog park was just re-done which looks awesome - my pups love it there :) My boyfriend and I just renewed our lease again and will be staying for at least another year. I would recommend this building :)

I have loved at GUS for half a year now and I feel quite at home. My partner and I with our puppy rent a one bedroom. We like the proximity to downtown and union station (the restaurant scene rocks and I use public transportation to commute to and easy). The staff promote a friendly atmosphere - whenever I walk through the office they take a minute to say "Hi" and ask how things are going. We've had some small maintenance requests involving lights which go out on our 13 ft ceilings and a clogged garbage disposal each of which have been responded to within the next business day. Coming from previous apartment buildings in which the noise levels were out of control and maintenance requests were slow to be fixed I appreciate GUS for being great in these aspects, but they also go above and beyond in other ways.

My roommate and I? moved across the country this summer to Griffis and we've had a positive experience since day one. First of all, Carla is AMAZING and made our move as simple as it could've been. Such a stress relief to have someone like Carla in your corner to help with such a big task! We also love our apartment. Can't beat the location- within walking distance of awesome bars and restaurants, not to mention the bustle of Coors Field. Dog park is a god send and most of the dog/owners are so great. Overall, great community for downtown living!

We have loved our time living at Griffis Union station (previously Skye) for the past 1.5 years. The staff is amazing- always so helpful and friendly! The location is incredible- we love being able to walk to King Soopers, and now Whole Foods, as well as Union station, LODO, LOHI and RINO, Platte River walking path, etc. Street parking can be tricky but still glad there's no charge. Our pup LOVES the dog park and it's so convenient to take her there multiple times a day to play with other pups. Also love the in-unit laundry- a life savor with a baby! Definitely highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a fun, friendly, urban setting.

Griffis at Union Station has been nothing but wonderful since we moved in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Carla especially since she was the first leasing agent we met. The amenities are wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond to keep them clean. Gym & Pool are my favorite part. Oh yes and the coffee machine!! Lastly the location is great! located right in between the lower highlands and lower downtown. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the grocery store and liquor store are steps away from your apartment! Dog park is a big park for the lots of pet owner.
