I moved into the community during the pandemic, June '2020, and have always felt welcome. I have not required maintenance much during my residency, however, when I have the issues have been addressed the same day (sometimes within hours). Management/Staff makes attempts to get compliance with rules, but it's a constant battle with some of the tenants. Overall, I'd recommend living here, especially if you want to be in walking distance to all the activities downtown Denver has to offer.

Great community and excellent representatives. Parking is included which adds to the value, other amenities such as pool and gym are great too! I just moved in yesterday so don't have too much to add right now. Thanks

Great amenities if you use them. The location is pretty ideal, especially since it's tucked just off 20th meaning there are less homeless folks hanging around. The apartments and appliances are quite nice. The trains are incredibly loud and can interrupt sleep. Generally a good experience, but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Generally my experience has been positive. I think we have a great location and a lot of perks such as a relatively modern facilities, finishes, etc. Accountability only flows one direction at this complex, so residents are consistently expected to uphold community standards that the property management does not, such as cleanliness and tidiness. It should come as no surprise that property management is only concerned with providing a "good enough" quality building in order to gouge profits out of residents (i.e. my rent increased $250/month last renewal, coupled with absolutely zero property improvements - que property management concocting some reason to explain it away). Maintenance is hit or miss. The staff that upkeep the property is fantastic and likely underpaid, so I am eternally grateful for all they do, however it would be nice to have reliable trash cleanup, green spaces for pets (any would do at this point with how they continually get removed - in order to beautify to attract new residents who will pay more $$), and for more consistent repairs of the garage door, elevators, pool, etc. that only work about half the time.

My experience has been nothing short of positive. Moving in, my apartment was very clean and the leasing agents were amazing! They went over all documentation that I needed to get up to speed at this new place, and made sure the apartment was ready. Super flexible and communicative, cannot recommend more.

This is an amazing place to live. The office staff cares very much about the residents and the community. They are always doing things to make the property nicer and an even more awesome place to live.

It is in a great part of town. Having its own parking for residents and guests is huge. The amenities are great and the staff are amazing. The little dog park has been a life savior some days. Love that the grocery store is so close

I very much have enjoyed my experience with Griffis Union Station. There have been long standing maintenance issues that have been ongoing and frustrating - pool renovation, hot tub renovation taking 9 months, and frequently broken elevator in the parking lot. These are frustrating as a resident.

It seemed to be a nice community and relatively younger people which would be helpful since I am new to the area. I also enjoyed getting to see different floor plans and this helped me narrow down what exactly I wanted to see.

Still a relatively new resident, my move-in experience, specifically with the leasing office was amazing. Kieran was very helpful and thoughtful. Griffis offers either a self-tour of the apartments you are interested in or will walk thru with you.

I will not be renewing my lease due to price for size of space, pool was closed majority of my time living there with lack of communication, limited parking for guests- hardly ever they found spaces to park, and other residents not caring for their animals properly (often they'd go to the bathroom in the hallways and residents didn't clean up after them, numerous times this has happened). If you have a dog it's limited on green space to take them for walks to go to the bathroom and the dog pee pad area smells really bad.

This is a safe place to live with a warm, friendly and excellent staff. Any problems are fixed expediently with a caring attitude and knowledable staff. Tamra goes out of her way to make sure this apartment building is well looked after. I am thankful for this complex and the people who work here everyday!

Griffis is great! Would certainly recommend and I might be renewing my lease (pending some life changes). The gym is fantastic, the community is young, and the managers are responsive and kind. The pool, hot tub, and community areas are really nice. If you're moving to denver, this is a great location ? near the heart of everything, but on a more residential/not as busy street The only note of caution I'd have are that there are a LOT of dogs, if that's not for you. Many of the dogs are pretty big & the outdoor area often smells due to all the dogs. The indoors doesn't smell though! Not a dealbreaker unless you hate pets :)

So far, the leasing process has been very straight forward and simple. We've been in to the leasing office 2 times and have had all of our questions answered each time. We were able to tour and see our unit each times as well.

Overall good place to live. Right downtown and close to everything. Apartments are nice and spacious. Dog friendly community. It can get a little noisy but that's what happens when you live in the middle of a city I suppose.

Great location, have had zero problems. Although the first floor smells funny. Very quiet, even with the train nearby. Great bars nearby within walking distance. I feel safe in this general neighborhood!

Overall this community is nice and very well located. The apartments are nice and spacious. However, maintenance and community cleanliness can be lacking, and the office staff isn't always the most helpful. Generally good experience but it could be better for the cost of rent.

Given that I just moved into my new unit, it is difficult for me to give an accurate description of the living space as well as the community surrounding the apartment. However, I can say that I have had no issues and my experience has been wonderful so far.

Very helpful communications over the phone, in person and through email. We didn't tour the apartment before moving, but spent a lot of time ensuring this was the right fit. Cody and Tamra helped understand the floorplan and unit location very well over the phone. They've also been great help getting acquainted by answering any questions, requests we have had. Couldn't be happier!

Griffis Union Station is awesome!
I’ve been living at Griffis Union Station for about 4+ years now. Safe to say that I love it here! It is in the perfect location, quiet and calm during the winter, and vibrant and lively during the spring and summer. The people are friendly, the amenities are great, and it’s dog friendly! I upgraded apartments in 2020, it was literally the smoothest transition. Their leasing team has always been friendly, professional, and hands-on. Shout out to Tamra, Kieran, Alyssa and all other staff here at Griffis Union Station, they do an AMAZING job to make sure that all of my concerns and needs as a resident are met! Keep up the good work guys. The maintenance team is awesome as well, I have never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t met in a timely and delightful manner! Thank you all for the good experience here at Griffis.

Lot's of good things about this community but recently has been some issues. Pros: everybody here is nice, the staff is also very nice, great location, and neighbors are generally conscious about noise volume to each other. The apartment themselves have also been perfectly fine with just the rare maintenance issue. Negatives: The amenities are in poor condition from the clubhouse with many of the items broken in poor condition, doors to get in and out of the building do not work well and very hard if you are not able to walk the long way around because you can't get in the one near your apartment, pet waste is getting worse in the common areas. Overall opinion: This apartment could use an update and better procedures for making sure that dog waste isn't an everyday occurrence. It's a fine place to live but for paying $2000 per month would hope that they could update the common areas, fix maintenance problems, get a working hot tub in under a year of maintenance, etc.
